Modeling the Aviation Safety Risk Management (항공안전 위기관리 모형 구축에 관한 연구)

  • To develop a crisis management for aviation safety, this study has defined crisis management includes risk management which is eliminates or lowers risks prior to accidents and emergency response after the accidents. This study takes a look at different kinds of crisis managements, risk managements and statistical methods of other nations and fields in order to develop a risk management model. Through surveys which have 102 risk factors that include air traffic control, maintenance and airport sectors, the weight of each risk factor was calculated and the probability was divided to develop a model for risk management. The risk management model of this study is conducted using four steps (risk management plan, risk factor identification, weight and probability analysis, decision making) and 4 standards of weight along with 5 standards of probability This study takes a look at Predictions through a quantitative method using a risk index for the risk management model An effective risk management model should have a wide and continuous collection of data and adopt various methods using this model. The crisis management could not be very effective only using a pre-active risk management. So it should also be conducted by using a pro-active response system to protect additional damage and to prevent accidents of the same nature. From the results, the most important points were the establishment of command and control accountabilities, and cooperation of related organizations.

Study on Vehicle Routing Problem with Minimum Delivery Completion Time (특송소화물 배송완료시간 최소화를 위한 차량경로문제 연구)

  • The growing demand for customer-response, made-to-order manufacturing and satisfactory delivery are stimulating the importance of commercial fleet management problem. Moreover, the rapid transformation to the customer-oriented multi-frequency, relatively small fleet, such as home delivery and Perishable goods, requiring prompt delivery and advanced real-time operation of vehicle fleets. In this paper we consider the vehicle routing problem(VRP) to minimize delivery completion time which is equal to the time that last customer wait for the vehicle in fleet operation. The mathematical formulation is different from those for the classical VRP which is minimizing cost/distance/time by running vehicles in manager's point of view. The key aspect of this model is not considering the return time from the last customer to depot in every vehicle path. Thereby, the vehicle dispatcher can afford to dynamically respond to customer demand and vehicle availability. The customer's position concerned with minimizing waiting time that may be applied for the delivery of product required freshness or delivery time. Extensive experiments are carried out to compare the performance of minimizing delivery completion time by using the ILOG Solver which has the advantage of solving quickly an interim solution very near an optimal solution. The experimental results show that the suggested model can easily find near optimal solution in a reasonable computational time under the various combination of customers and vehicles.

자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘을 이용한 컨테이너 식별자 인식

  • 본 논문에서는 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘을 이용한 운송 컨테이너 식별자 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 일반적으로 운송 컨테이너의 식별자들은 글자의 색이 검정색 또는 흰색으로 이루어져 있는 특정이 있다. 이러한 특성을 고려하여 원 컨테이너 영상에 대해 검은색과 흰색을 제외하고는 모든 부분을 잡음으로 처리하기 위해 퍼지 추론 방법을 이용하여 식별자 영역과 바탕영역을 구별한다. 식별자 영역으로 구분 된 영역은 그대로 두고, 바탕 영역으로 구분된 영역 은 전체 영상의 평균 픽셀 값으로 대체시킨다. 그리고 Sobel 마스크를 이용하여 에지를 검출하고, 추출된 에지를 이용하여 수직 블록과 수평 블록을 검출 하여 컨테이너의 식별자 영역을 추출하고 이진화한다. 이진화 된 식별자 영역에 대해 검정색의 빈도수를 이용하여 흰바탕과 민바탕을 구분하고 4 방향 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 식별자를 추출 한다. 개별 식별자 인식을 위해 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘을 제안하여 개별 식별자 인식에 적용한다. 제안된 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘은 입력층과 은닉층 사이의 구조를 ART-l을 개선하여 적용하고 은닉층과 출력층 사이에는 일반화된 델타 학습 방법과 Delta-bar-Delta 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습 및 인식 성능을 개선한다. 실제 80 개의 컨테이너 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 식별자 추출 방법이 이전의 개별 추출 방법보다 추출률이 개선되었고 FCM 기반 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘보다 제안된 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘이 컨테이너 식별자의 학습 및 인식에 있어서 개선된 것을 확인하였다.색 문제를 해결하고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 정보추출은 사용자의 관심사에 적합한 문서들로부터 어떤 구체적인 사실이나 관계를 정확히 추출하는 작업을 가리킨다.앞으로 e-메일, 매신저, 전자결재, 지식관리시스템, 인터넷 방송 시스템의 기반 구조 역할을 할 수 있다. 현재 오픈웨어에 적용하기 위한 P2P 기반의 지능형 BPM(Business Process Management)에 관한 연구와 X인터넷 기술을 이용한 RIA (Rich Internet Application) 기반 웹인터페이스 연구를 진행하고 있다.태도와 유아의 창의성간에는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 일반 유아의 아버지 양육태도와 유아의 창의성간의 상관에서는 아버지 양육태도의 성취-비성취 요인에서와 창의성제목의 추상성요인에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창의성이 높은 아동의 아버지의 양육태도는 일반 유아의 아버지와 보다 더 애정적이며 자율성이 높지만 창의성이 높은 아동의 집단내에서 창의성에 특별한 영향을 더 미치는 아버지의 양육방식은 발견되지 않았다. 반면 일반 유아의 경우 아버지의 성취지향성이 낮을 때 자녀의 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 자녀의 창의성을 향상시키는 중요한 양육차원은 애정성이나 비성취지향성으로 나타나고 있어 정서적인 측면의 지원인 것으로 밝혀졌다.징에서 나타나는 AD-SR맥락의 반성적 탐구가 자주 나타났다. 반성적 탐구 척도 두 그룹을 비교 했을 때 CON 상호작용의 특징이 낮게 나타나는 N그룹이 양적으로 그리고 내용적으로 더 의미 있는 반성적 탐구를 했다용을 지원하는 홈페이지를 만들어 자료

An Analysis of Shipping Industry Awareness and Its Implications (해운산업의 인지도 분석과 인식 제고 방안)

  • This study investigated what the general public thinks about the shipping industry and how important it is. As a result of the study, more than half of the respondents answered that they knew a little about the shipping industry or that they were normally knew about the shipping industry. Regarding the necessity of budget input to prevent bankruptcy of national shipping companies, it was found that more than half of the respondents answered that it was necessary or moderate. Regarding the necessity of maintaining a national shipping companies, 53% of respondents said it was necessary, and 23% of respondetns said it was normal. However, when asked if they thought that maintaining a national shipping companies would benefit me and my family, 39% of respondetns answered "normal" and 28% of respondetns answered "mostly". As for the cause of Hanjin Shipping's bankruptcy, 49% of respondents said that the owners' family members were immoral and incompetent, and 17.4% of respondetns said that the shipping market conditions deteriorated. Regarding the necessity of fostering the shipping industry, foreign currency acquisition and service balance improvement through export of shipping services accounted for 43.5%, and smooth transportation of import and export cargo accounted for 36.5%. When asked what kind of damage I suffered from Hajin Shipping's bankruptcy, 54.6% answered other (not much), and 14.5% said inflation. Abouve these results, this study gave implication in terms of public promotion and transparent business management.

  • 마그네슘 합금은 구조용으로 사용 가능한 금속 재료 중 가장 가벼운 소재이며, 동시에 비강도 및 비강성과 같은 기계적 특성이 우수하여 알루미늄 합금의 뒤를 이을 차세대 경량 재료로써 주목을 받고 있다. 더욱이 석유자원의 대부분을 소비하고 있는 운송기기 분야에서는 경량화를 통한 연비향상과 배출가스 저감이 가장 큰 과제이며, 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 최경량 소재인 마그네슘 합금의 사용량은 더욱 증가할 것으로 기대된다. 한편 기존의 마그네슘 합금 관련 연구는 새로운 합금의 개발에 치우쳐 있었으며, 상대적으로 이들 합금을 활용하기 위한 가공기술, 특히 용접에 대한 연구는 아직까지 많이 부족한 실정이다. 이는 철강재와 비교하여 마그네슘 합금의 고유물성이 용접의 관점에서는 상당히 열악하기 때문으로, 마그네슘은 융점 및 비점은 낮은 반면, 증기압과 열전도율은 높고 표면장력 및 점성은 낮은 특성을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 타 공법에 비해 상대적으로 입열이 적고 고속용접이 가능한 레이저의 적용이 최적으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Nd:YAG 레이저를 사용하여 압연판재로 상용화되어 있는 AZ31B 마그네슘 합금의 맞대기 용접성을 조사하였으며, 용접부의 미세조직과 용접조건에 따른 용접부의 기계적 특성을 비교 및 검토하였다. 용접부의 기계적 특성은 인장 및 경도시험을 통해 평가하였다. 그 결과 레이저 출력 1.2kW를 적용한 경우에 안정적인 강도를 얻을 수 있었으며 레이저 출력 1.5kW, 용접속도 80mm/sec의 조건에서 모재 인장강도 대비 103% 그리고 연신율 대비 47.1%의 최적의 결과가 얻어졌다. 또한 용접부의 경도는 모재와 동등하거나 다소 높은 수준이었다. 이는 용접시 용접부내 잔류하는 알루미늄에 의한 고용 강화 효과와 금속간화합물의 석출 빈도 증가, 그리고 레이저 용접의 특징인 급열급랭 공정에 기인한 결정립 미세화의 영향 때문으로 사료된다. 한편 용접부 미세조직을 관찰한 결과, 열영향부의 존재는 두드러지지 않았으며 용융경계부에서는 주상정이, 그리고 용접부 가운데에서는 등축정이 관찰되었다.

A Study on Quantitative Risk Assessment Method and Risk Reduction Measures for Rail Hazardous Material Transportation (철도위험물수송에 관한 위험도 정량화방안 및 경감대책 연구)

  • The object of this study is to develop a tool for quantifying risks related to the rail transportation of hazardous commodities and to present mitigation measures. In this study, the Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) is used as a risk analysis tool. Based on the previous explosion history (Iri explosion) and consideration of its high risk, Iksan-si is selected as a model city. The result, expressed as average individual risk for exposed people with various distance, indicates that the model city is considered to be safe according to the nuclear energy standard. Also, the mitigation measures are provided since Societal risk of Iksan-si is set within ALARP. Risk reduction measures include rail car design, rail transportation operation, demage spread control as well as derail prevention and alternative routes for reducing accident frequencies. Finally, it is expected to achieve high level of public safety by appling the risk reduction measures.

  • Life can be kept in suspended animation either before fertilization at oocyte stage or after fertilization at different stages of embryonic development for a variety of reasons. It not only has potential applications in fertility preservation and management in human but also has important roles in the preservation and management of animal genetic resources, low-cost international movement of selected genetics, and rapid dissemination of germplasm through assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and genetic engineering. Currently, slow-freezing and vitrification are the two approaches by which oocytes and embryos can be cryopreserved for long-term storage. Both of these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages but allow the cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos with comparable efficiency. Vitrification of oocyte and embryos, although proven successful just 13 years after slow-freezing, is generally considered an emerging technology and appears to slow gain acceptance in both animal and human ART despite having controversial storage and contamination issues. In this manuscript, we discuss the basic techniques of oocyt/embryo cryopreservation and review the current status and recent developments in vitrification.

Principles for Government Involvement in Urban Logistics Planning (도시물류정비를 위한 공공부문의 역할에 관한 연구)

  • The pattern of urban transport activity has two major components: the movement of people and the movement of goods. Roads in urban areas carry large number of trucks laden with goods that support urban economy and lifestyle. Therefore urban goods movement plays a vital role, but at the same time, urban goods movement are an important source of congestion, and a major contributor to the adverse environmental and social impacts of urban transport. In addition, the demand for goods movement is growing at a faster rate than personal travel in many cities, due to changes in industry logistics and consumer purchasing patterns. As a result, the significance of urban freight activity is increasing in terms of both its role in urban economy and its adverse impacts on urban amenity. This study is focused on the role and involvement scope of metropolitan government in urban logistics aimed at increasing its efficiency and reducing its negative impacts. The major suggestions of this study are (a) development of a measure of urban goods movement activity, (b) evaluation of data requirements and availability, (c) dialogue between the public sector and private sector, and (d) the role of metropolitan government.

  • Chemical accidents caused by transport vehicles account for 20% of all chemical accidents every year, but there are difficulties in the accident-response process due to repeated situations where the impact assessment information is unknown. In this study, we developed a calculation table and formula for predicting the range of damage for chlorine and hydrogen fluoride, which have a high domestic usage, high risk of accidents, and high accident frequency in the last 7 years. The calculation table is based on the leakage rate, wind speed, and temperature, and the calculation formula was derived using R software for special situations where it is difficult to apply the calculation table. The calculation table and formula could be used on site by related organizations to obtain important information for decision making, which could help in minimizing damage from chemical accidents, setting separation distances, and deciding to evacuate residents.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the perceptions of passengers on various topics related to passenger ship operation, by targeting the passengers (passenger ship consumers) at coastal passenger terminals in three regions, Incheon, Mokpo, and Tongyeong, where many coastal passenger ships operate in Korea. The survey period was October 1-October 11, 2019, just before the outbreak of COVID-19, and the number of samples was 277. The analysis was divided into two elements. Results of the analysis show that, for items islanders as well as the general public did not respond to more than 50% positively, a more in-depth review of policies and fare policies for transportation-disabled facilities through comprehensive fare evaluation such as the excellence of transportation-disabled facilities, the appropriateness of fares, and the appropriateness of fare guidance are necessary. It is expected that this study will contribute to the preparation for re-opening after COVID-19, as well as contribute to public transportation policy.
