Development of a Traffic Simulator for Evaluatiing the Traffic Management and Information System (교통관리 및 정보제공시스템 평가를 위한 모의실험모형에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 ATMS와 ATIS에서 요구되는 교통관리 및 정보제공의 효과분석을 위해, 운전자의 주행 및 경로선택 의사결정과 교통제어에 대한 반응등 운전자 행태를 모의실험에 반영함으로써 교통시스템의 실시간 특성을 모사할 수 있는 모형을 구축하고 이를 기반으로 하는 미시적 교통 모의실험기를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 운전자, 차량, 교통망, 검지 및 신호시스템, 교통정보제공시스템 등을 교통시스템의 주요 구성요소로 설정하였으며 운전자 및 차량특성, 차두시간분포와 차량발생모형, 차량주행모형, 차로변경 및 간격수락모형, 경로선택모형을 주모의실험모형을 구성하는 부모형으로 결정하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각각의 부모형들에 대한 최근의 연구결과들을 검토하고, 현실모사 능력과 함께 다른 부모형들과의 연계, 모의실험기의 구현상에서의 적합성 등을 고려하여 적정모형의 선정 및 수정, 새로운 부모형의 구축을 수행하였다. 구축된 부모형을 통합하여 교통모의실험기를 개발하였으며 구축된 모형의 타당성 및 적용성 검토를 위해 현장자료 및 가상자료를 이용한 검증을 수행하였다. 검증결과 모형의 목적인 교통제어 및 정보제공등의 시스템 대안의 평가에 이용 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 논문의 연구결과는 교통제어 및 정보제공전략 대안의 평가뿐만 아니라 차량추종 및 차로변경 등의 미시적 교통모형 연구, 동적기종점 통행량 추정, 동적통행배정의 연구에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문의 연구모형은 현단계에서는 현실의 모사 및 분석을 위한 도구보다는 새로운 대안들간의 비교평가를 위한 도구로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 따라 현실모사의 정확도를 확보하기 위한 검증 및 개선이 필요할 것이며, 각 부모형들에 대한 계속적인 연구와 새롭게 발표되는 연구결과를 수용한 지속적인 개발이 필요할 것이다.유기적인 연계에 있음을 밝히고 있다. 건설을 위한 정책적 시사점과 동북아 연구개발정보 Portal 및 APEC APGrid 연구망 등의 구체적인 정보인프라 구축방안을 도출하였다.술 주기를 도출하고, 산업 내 평균 권리 청구 항목 수를 이용하여 각 산업의 기술 범위를 비교하였다. 각각의 동적 분석을 통해 시간에 따른 변화 양상이 관찰하였고, ANOVA 분석을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 기술 패러다임 내에서 Pavitt이 제시한 산업 분류의 근거를 보충 설명하였고 특허 정보를 이용하여 기술혁신의 산업별 유형에 대한 폭넓은 분석방법을 제시하였다.별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. Development of Project Delivery System in Public Sector for Modular Building (모듈러 건축물의 특성을 반영한 공공발주 방식의 개발)

  • Recent research has been ongoing for modular buildings in the country and interest increases. However, the activation of modular building projects is obstructed in the construction industry. There are many reasons to identity for this obstruction but one issue should be focussed. Modular buildings require to change the existing construction production system to a new construction production system, which is factory production - transportation - erection. However, the existing project delivery system in the public sector could not be adapted for this new construction production system due to the obligation of multi prime contract use, such as electrical, communication, fire fighting contracts by Law. Therefore, modular buildings in the existing project delivery system are separately contracted by multi prime contracts and modular units composed of the buildings are contracted by an architectural prime contractor as a commodity. As results, construction costs are increased, potential quality problems are raised and the existing project delivery system is finally an obstacle not to maximize benefits of the modular buildings. In this paper, we propose a new project delivery system for the modular buildings to adapt then ew construction production system.

A Study on Improvement of Modular Specifications - Focused on technical specifying method in waterproof and mechanical works - (모듈러 공사시방서 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 방수 및 기계설비공사의 기술방안 개선을 중심으로 -)

  • A modular specification is a contract document that specifies the requirements of production, transformation and installation in a modular construction. A problem of the currently used specification is that it does not guarantee the level of performance required by the modular construction and fails to accommodate unique characteristics of each construction because it widely uses the standard specification as it is. This study proposes a specification that reflects the unique feature of modular construction in order to improve the quality of modular construction. Research focuses on the leakage in waterproof and mechanical equipment because it is the area with the highest rate of defects. This study suggests ways to improve the modular specification as follows: 1)Descriptive specifying (following MasterFormat) 2)Propose leakage verification method and test clause 3) Reflect characteristic of modular construction. Proposed modifications to modular specification are reviewed by experts for validation and their opinion verifies suggested improvements as a way to secure the quality of modular construction and to promise characteristics of the modular specification. This improvement will be used for reference when writing construction project specification, which can be an important contract document, so that it could lower occurrence rate of the modular defects.

Comparison of Environmental Impacts of Green and Traditional Buildings using Life Cycle Assessment (전과정평가(LCA)를 이용한 친환경 인증 건축물과 일반 건축물의 환경영향 비교 사례 연구)

  • This study aims to understand the environmental impact reduction of green buildings that are certified by Green standard for energy and environmental design(G-SEED). To ensure this end, this study assessed and compared the environmental impacts(global warning, ozone layer depletion, acidification, and eutrophication) of a G-SEED-certified elementary school building(green building) and an uncertified elementary school building(traditional building) using the life cycle assessment methodology. This study considered the environmental impacts from the material manufacturing, material transportation, on-site construction, and operation during 40 years. The comparison of the environmental impact intensity of two buildings showed that the green building generated much more environmental impacts than the traditional building. For example, the global warming potential of the green building was approximately 12.5% higher than of the traditional building since the global warming potential of the green building was 3.751 $t-CO_2eq./m^2$ while that of the traditional building was 3.282 $t-CO_2eq./m^2$. It signifies that the G-SEED doesn't guarantee the reduction of the environmental impacts in terms of four impact categories. Therefore, the G-SEED should be complemented and improved to achieve the environmental impact reduction.

Implementation Techniques for the Seafarer's Human Error Assessment Model in a Merchant Ship: Practical Application to a Ship Management Company (상선 선원의 인적과실 평가 모델 구축기법: 선박관리회사 적용 실례)

  • In general, seafarer's human error is considered to be the preponderant muse for the majority of maritime transportation accidents in a merchant ship. The implementation techniques for Human Error Model (HEM) to assess possible accident risk by deck officers including captain, chief officer, second mate and third mate are described in this study. The scope of this work is focused to 642 deck officers in the ship management company with 130 vessels. At first, HEM can be constructed through the statistical analysis and expert's brainstorming process with human data to 642 deck officers. Then the variables $\upsilon$ for the human factors, the evaluation level EP($\upsilon$) for $\upsilon$, the weight $\alpha$ of $\upsilon$, and the title weight $\beta$ of each deck officers can be decided. In addition, through the analysis of ship's accident history, the accident causation ratios by human error ${\gamma}_H$ and by external error ${\gamma}_B$ can be found as 0.517(51.7%) and 0.483(48.3%), respectively. The correlation coefficients to $\upsilon$ are also shown significant for a 95% confidence interval (p < 0.05) for each coefficient. And the validity of HEM is also surveyed by the analysis of normal probability distribution of risk level RL to each deck officer.

  • 이용자의 경로선택 형태를 모사하는 통행배정모형 결과의 정확도는 교통계획에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 이용자의 경로선택 결정과정에서 가장 중요한 판단기준은 통행시간과 통행요금이다. 그런데 통행요금은 이용자의 경로거리에 따라 다양한 방식으로 부과되므로, 링크를 분석단위로 하는 기존의 통행배정모형은 현실적인 통행요금 반영이 힘들었고 또한 수요예측 결과를 이용한 다양한 분석에서 제약을 받아 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 경로교통량을 도출할 수 있는 경로기반 통행배정모형을 구축하였고, 또한 경로거리에 따라 결정되는 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 경로기반 배정모형에서는 GP(Gradient Projection) 알고리즘을 이용하였고, 계산상의 효율성 제고를 위해 K-최단경로 알고리즘 중 MPS(Minimal Path Search) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 개발된 배정 모형은 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로 통행배정 결과의 정밀도를 향상시켰을 뿐만 아니라 기존 배정모형에 비해 최적해로의 수렴속도도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 배정모형은 경로교통량이 도출되고 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로, 통행요금과 통행 거리 관계에 따른 목적함수의 규명과 그에 따른 효과척도를 계량화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 모형은 통행배정에서 실재상황을 보다 현실여건에 맞도록 규명할 수 있고, 기존의 제한적인 효과분석의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로 그 활용범위가 넓다. 또한 본 논문은 개발된 배정모형의 적용사례로서 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안을 제시하였다. 기존의 고속도로 통행요금 산정 방법은 이론적 근거가 미약했던 반면, 본 논문에서 개발된 배정모형과 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안은 고속도로 통행료 결정에 대한 과학적이고 합리적인 분석방법을 제공하였다.한 민감도 분석을 실시한 결과 대안1의 경우 교통량의 변화 및 화물통행의 시간가치의 증가시 사회적 편익이 오히려 감소하였고, 대안2와 3의 경우 사회적 편익이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 경부고속도로의 화물차량의 구성비에 따라 대안 1의 경우 오히려 화물차의 통행시간이 증가함에 그 원인이 있다 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 결론을 통하여 경부고속도로상의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. Flexible Unit Floor Plan of a Modular House Considering the Production System (생산 시스템을 고려한 모듈러주택의 가변형 평면계획 연구)

  • After World War II, modular housing was developed as a means of quickly and efficiently meeting the housing supply demand. For the past 30 plus years, efforts have been made to improve modular housing in South Korea and to increase their competitiveness in the housing market. This study investigated modular houses based on a steel framed rahem structure which provides a flexible floor plan where walls are easily reconfigured to create rooms of various sizes and functions. Similar to the factory production methods used in the automotive industry, the modular housing industry can also benefit by standardizing such aspects as building components, manufacturing and construction methods, materials, process management, and floor plans. This study examined the feasibility of using a 3m × 3m module for developing various floor plans which are easy to produce and transport. Each 3m × 3m module can be configured to meet different living needs resulting in a complete home when multiple modules are connected. The module configurations can be varied to meet ground transportation and crane limitations. This study found that a 3m × 3m steel framed modular unit is a promising step towards providing residents with plans that meet their living preferences while improving and increasing the supply of modular houses.

Study on Affecting Factors for the Segmental Joint Behavior of Spliced Girder Bridges (분절교량 접합부 거동의 영향인자에 대한 연구)

  • Recently, precast PSC girder bridges have been widely applied for short and middle span bridges. The construction of the spliced girder bridges has been increasing to overcome the length limit of girder and transportation restrictions. In case of the spliced girder, the integrity of the segmental joints is very important to secure the structural soundness of bridge because the discontinuity on the segmental joints between adjacent segments could be vulnerable point. The study of segmental joint behavior with different influence factors of joint type, shear key installation, confining force is very important. In this research, finite element analysis and scaled model test with different shear key shapes and confining forces were carried out and the comparative study was performed to evaluate the segmental joint behavior of precast spliced PSC girder bridge. It was confirmed that the installation of shear key with height and depth ratio of 1/2~1/3 and applying of confining force of 1/2 of the concrete strength at the joint was effective in improving the integrity of segmental joint. In addition, the field loading test for existed precast spliced PSC girder bridge was performed and the measurement of the difference of deflection between adjacent segments at segmental joint was proposed as the assessment solution of the integrity of segmental joint.

A Study on the Changes in Korean Ocean Carriers' Financial Ratios and Profitability Before and After the Bankruptcy of the H-Line Carrier (H선사 파산전후 국적외항선사의 재무비율 차이분석과 영향요인 연구)

  • This study conducts differential analysis on the financial positions of Korean shipping companies before and after the bankruptcy of the H carrier, looking specifically at their financial ratios, profit and loss patterns, and other factors related to their financial operation. Firstly, it was discovered that major measures of financial health, such as average assets per carrier, were not affected by the bankruptcy of the H carrier. However, despite this, most carriers experienced large changes in profits and losses, with total sales and shipping revenues averaging 424.5 billion won and 381.7 billion won respectively before the bankruptcy, but falling by half to 252.1 billion won and 234.6 billion won after the bankruptcy. Additionally, charter revenues and expenses also dropped by more than half. EBIT/sales and pre-tax revenue margins were also heavily affected after the bankruptcy, with both figures averaging 8% and 3% respectively before the bankruptcy, but falling into the negative range at -2% and -8% post-bankruptcy, resulting in significant deterioration in operational profitability. The study concludes that there is an urgent need to establish a global sales network, improve cost structures, and consistently secure stable cargo in order to increase Korean carriers' profitability. Of all financial measures, liquidity and total asset efficiency were identified as the most severely-impacted by the H carrier bankruptcy, thereby requiring the most pressing policy addressing.

A Study on the Safety of Food Packaging Materials from the Perspective of the Circular Economy (순환경제 관점에서 본 플라스틱 식품포장재 재활용의 안전성에 관한 고찰)

  • Advances in food packaging play an important role in keeping food manufacturing and food supply safe. Food packaging facilitates the storage, handling, transportation and preservation of food, and also contributes to the minimization of food waste. On the other hand, food packaging materials have high production volumes, short usage times, and accelerate the occurrence of environmental problems related to waste. The circular economy has already been introduced to pursue sustainability through resource conservation and recycling, and to reduce waste and carbon emissions. By activating an eco-friendly economic system that minimizes resource depletion and environmental pollution, reducing, reusing, recycling and redesigning the goals of the circular economy will reduce the impact of food packaging on the environment. This review focused on the safety aspects of recycled food packaging as recycling is currently considered an important means of packaging waste management. Assessing the safety of recycled packaging is very important because recycling can increase the levels of potentially hazardous chemicals in packaging and in the food after they are migrated. Various food packaging materials such as plastic, paper and cardboard, aluminum, steel, and multi-material multi-layers packaging are commonly used, but only the recycling safety of plastic food packaging materials, which is the most used and has a significant increase in post-use problem, is discussed in this review.
