  • 재건축에 대한 각종 규제로 뉴타운과 재개발에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 서울시는 사업 속도를 높이기 위해 행정 절차를 간소화하고 용도 지역 변경과 용적률 제한도 완화했다. 입지 조건이 좋은 천호뉴타운과 시내 중심부에 위치한 돈의문뉴타운을 찾아가봤다.

A Study on Arterial Characterization by Photoplethysmography Analysis (용적맥파 해석에 의한 동맥 혈관 특성화 연구)

  • In this paper, we present a new methodology to analyze the characteristic of artery by using 4 channels photoplethysmograpy. The proposed parameter is a time difference of pulse transit time(PTT) between Pulse waves at finger site and at toe site. To verify the usefulness of the developed system volume pulse waves on 4 sites were measured simultaneously for total 51 normal subjects (male 26 and female 25) aged from 9 to 83 years old. And then correlations between the analysis parameters and age were evaluated by using linear regression analysis method. As the result of experiments, the change of parameter was found according to ages. The result of regression analysis about relationships between the parameter and ages for n=51, the coefficient of correlation of non-normalized data has 0.79770 in left side and 0.80599 in right side and the coefficient of correlation of normalized data by height has 0.81345 in left side and 0.81605 in right side.

Pharmacokinetics of Once-Daily Amikacin in Korean Adult Patients (한국인 성인 환자를 대상으로 한 1일 1회 요법 아미카신의 약물동태학)

  • 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 한국인 성인 환자를 대상으로 아미카신 1일 1회 요법을 시행하였을 때의 약동학적 파라미터를 평가하고, 신기능에 따른 아미카신의 약동학적 파라미터를 비교함으로써 최적의 개인화 약물요법을 설계할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 방법: 그람 음성균 감염에 대해 1일 1회 요법으로 아미카신을 투여 받았던 353명의 한국 성인 환자를 대상으로 항정상태에서 아미카신의 농도를 2회(약물 투여 전 1시간 이내, 약물투여 종료 후 0.5~1시간 이내) 측정하였다. 각 환자의 약동학적 파라미터(분포용적, 청소율, 반감기) 및 혈중 최고 농도, 최저 농도는 환자의 나이, 체중, 신장, 성별, 혈중 크레아티닌 농도, 투여된 약물용량, 측정된 약물의 혈중농도, 감염의 종류 등을 감안하여 산출하였다. 크레아티닌 청소율에 따라 환자를 4군으로 분류하여 아미카신의 약동학적 파라미터를 비교분석하였다. 결과: 본 연구에서 아미카신 혈중 최저, 최고 농도의 평균 ${\pm}$ 표준편차는 각각 $1.14{\pm}1.95mg/L$, $26.35{\pm}9.28mg/L$이며, 청소율, 분포용적 및 반감기의 평균 ${\pm}$ 표준편차는 각각 $55.40{\pm}23.72mL/hr/kg$, $0.35{\pm}0.12L/kg$, 그리고 $5.22{\pm}3.34hrs$로 산출되었다. 크레아티닌 청소율에 따른 아미카신의 청소율, 분포용적 및 반감기의 유의한 차이가 관찰되었다. 종합적으로 아미카신의 혈중 최저 농도는 크레아티닌 청소율이 40 mL/min 미만인 경우 40 mL/min 이상인 경우에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다. 결론: 아미카신의 약동학적 파라미터들은 신기능에 따라 유의한 차이가 있으므로 최적의 치료효과를 위해서는 환자의 크레아티닌 청소율에 따른 개인화 약물요법이 필요하다.

Influence of Noise on Chaotic Time Series (카오스 시계열에 대한 잡음의 영향)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of noise on chaotic time series. We used two time series of Lorenz system and of Great Salt Lake's volume data which are well known as chaotic systems. This study investigated the attractors, correlation dimensions, and Close Returns Plots and Close Returns Histograms of two time series to investigate the influence of noise as increasing noise level. We performed Chi-square test to the relative frequency of Close Returns Histogram from Close Returns Plot for the investigation of stochastic process of chaotic time series as increasing noise level of time series. As the results, two time series were changed from chaotic to stochastic series as noise level is increased. Finally, we analyzed the effect of noise cancellation by using Simple Moving Average method. The results of applications of Simple Moving Average method to Lorenz and GSL time series showed that we could effectively cancel the noise. Then we could confirm the applicability of Simple Moving Average method to cancel the noise for the hydrologic time series having chaotic characteristics.

An Experimental Study on the Properties of Strength for Lightweight Concrete of Coated Scoria Lightweight Aggregate (피복 화산암재를 이용한 경량콘크리트의 강도특성에 관한 실험적연구)

  • This experimental study is aimed to investigate the coating method of scoria lightweight aggregate for reo duction of water absorption and the physical dynamic characteristics of coated-scoria jightweight aggregate con¬crete. The coating methods are as follows: I) Non-coating method. II) Coating method of only cement paste. rn) Coating mehtod of surface-coating agent after coating by cement paste. IV) Coating method of only surfaee-coating agent. V) Coating method of cement pasted after coating by surface-coating agent. The summerized conclusion are as fallows ; 1) Specific gravity and the rate of water absorption were lowest when aggregate was covered by only surface-coating agent, especially, rate of absorption was about 10% of non-coating aggregate. 2) Coated-aggregate were about 0.87~0.97t/m3 and lightweight concrete made of coated-aggre¬gates were 1.80~ 1.94 t/m3 in unit weight. 3) Compressive strength of the lightweight concrete made of cement pasted-coating aggregate was about 200~215kg/crrl. 4) The higher the rate of water absorption of coarse aggregate, the higher the rate of deterioration of compressive strength.
