현재의 침입탐지 시스템의 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 침입탐지 정보의 축약기술 및 연관성 분석 기법들에 대한 연구들이 진행 중이다. 또한 최근에는 침입탐지 정보의 연관성 분석 시스템에 대한 효과성 검증에 대한 연구도 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 침입탐지 정보의 축약기술 및 연관성 분석 시스템의 효과성을 검증하기 위한 평가방안을 제안하였다 즉, 침입탐지 정보의 연관성 분석 시스템에 필요한 기능 요구사항을 제시하고, 그러한 기능을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법으로 가중치 및 행렬에 의한 방법을 제안하였다.

보안 S/W의 보안성 평가기준(CC; Common Criteria)은 국제 표준 ISO/IEC 15408로 제정되었고, 시제품에 대한 보안기능요구사항과 보증요구사항을 표준화된 방법으로 표현하고 있다. 보안 S/W의 보안성은 중요하나 그 품질 또한 간과되어서는 안 된다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 CC에서 기술하고 있는 보안기능에 대한 S/W 품질평가기준에 대해 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how constructive-response questions in regular test was in aligned with the nature and goals of 2007 Curriculum Amendment. For this purpose, data were collected and analysed by using the framework for mathematical task and the cognitive demand of tasks suggested by Smith & Stein(1998) and mathematical proficiency suggested by National Research Council(2001). In particular, it aimed to reveal the overall picture of the level of cognitive demand and the proportion of mathematical proficiency of constructed-response items created by secondary mathematics teachers. The findings from the analysis showed that 70 percent of the constructed-response items were at low-level and the rest at high-level in terms of cognitive demand. Also, the constructed-response assessment focused on conputing (89%), understanding(45%), applying(30%) and least reasoning(17%). Most of the constructed-response items included computing and were algorithmic.

신용평가제도는 오늘날 그 영향력이 강력해져 사실상 세계자본시장의 문지기역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 신용평가기관의 중요성과 영향력의 증대와 더불어 이들 평가기관의 활동에 대한 비판과 감시가 커지고 있는 이때에 아직 선진수준에 미치지 못하는 국내신용평가기관들의 현황과 평가체계를 살펴보고 선진국의 신용평가기관들과 비교해 봄으로써 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 모색해보고자 하였다. 국내 신용평가기관들의 현황을 살펴본 결과 신용평가절차에 있어서 기준이 경영상태, 성장성, 그리고 재무구조의 건전성에 있어야 함에도 불구하고 이러한 기본적인 요인들의 영향력은 미미한 반면, 비공개적이고 불투명하며 비경제적인 요인들이 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 이에 반하여 선진신용평가기관들의 분석결과는 그 신뢰도에 믿음을 가질 수 있고, 대내외적인 공신력을 인정받고 있으며, 평가과정이 매우 주관적이어서 그 내용을 모두 공개하지 않지만, 국내의 신용평가과정보다는 투명성을 인정받고 있다는 것도 사실이다. 따라서 국내신용평가기관들의 나아갈 바를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비재무적 요인의 평가기준에 대한 인식의 재정립이 요구되고 있다. 장기적인 시각으로 비재무적 요인에 대한 평가기준과 방법에 대한 체계의 정립이 요구되며, 전문적이고 객관적이면서도 뚜렷한 평가기관의 주관이 있는 평가가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 신용평가방법과 기준의 강화로 대외적인 공신력을 얻도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 방안의 하나로 성장성, 수익성, 그리고 안정성 비율 모두를 반영할 수 있는 신용평가모형을 개발하고, 자기자본비율의 대폭적인 상승이나 현금흐름의 양호여부, 경제적 부가가치(EVA), 고정장기적합률의 이행기준의 설정 등에 대한 평가기준의 재정립이 강구되어야 할 것이다.

According to increase of concerning in health and entry of aging society, sensor-based smart clothing has developed various type and applications. Sensor-based smart clothing should be designed with considering of the interaction between a human body-device-clothing, such as accuracy of signal, wearability, suitability and the configuration of the sensor and so on. In this respect, these characteristics distinguish sensor-based smart clothing process from clothing process and Sensor-based smart clothing process is expected to be needing requirements Specification for development purpose and interoperability assessment based on requirements engineering. In this study, to assess efficiency of process based on requirement engineering, the sensor-based smart clothing process was deducted in two types by analysis of empirical performance. Presented two process were empirically evaluated through qualitative and quantitative evaluation. As a result, design process II based on requiments engineering were confirmed more effective process than processI.

최근, 정보통신 기술의 발달로 국가 간의 정보 경쟁이 치열해지고 이와 더불어 개인, 사회 간의 정보경쟁 역시 치열해짐에 따라 정보 보안의 중요성이 더욱 높아져 가고 있다. 이에 선진국들은 정보보호시스템 평가 $.$인증체계를 통해 안전성과 신뢰성을 보증하는 우수한 정보보호시스템 개발을 촉진하여 정보보호산업의 육성에 기여해 왔다. 우리나라의 경우 1998년에 처음으로 정보보호시스템 평가를 위한 기준을 고시했으나, 산업육성의 측면과 안전한 제품을 공급하여 신뢰할 수 있는 정보사회를 구축하기 위해서 국가보안시스템 평가$.$인증체계 모델의 보완 및 개선이 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국내 외 평가인증체계 관련기관 및 스킴, 절차 등을 연구 분석하고, 평가 $.$인증체계의 요구사항을 도출하여 정보보호시스템 평가ㆍ인증체계를 제안한다.

In this study, the earthquake damage evaluation of a R/C frame building is carried out based on the method proposed in Part I. Using the proposed method, the earthquake damage of building system based on non-linear required strength spectrum can be effectively evaluated without using the detailed seismic evaluation methods, including non-linear dynamic analyses, capacity spectrum method, etc.

전력시장의 환경변화와 전력소비자들의 다양성 그리고 전력소비자들의 다양한 요구를 수용하기 위해서 확률론적 전력공급 신뢰도 평가에 대한 사회적 요구가 커지고 있다. 과거 전력계통의 신뢰도 평가는 발전계통만을 대상으로 하는 HLI에서의 신뢰도평가였으나 최근 송전망을 포함한 복합전력계통의 신뢰도 평가에 대한 관심과 연구가 진행되고 있다. 복합전력계통의 신뢰도 평가에서는 일반적으로 각 부하지점별 공급지장 가능성 등을 시뮬레이션을 통해 산정한다. 본 연구에서는 각 부하지점에서의 공급가능용량을 확률론적으로 평가하는 방법을 보인다.
