This study aimed at seeking the improvement and developmental direction of support business of industry and learning cooperation superior vocational high schools by providing basic materials. Of 20 high schools selected for the support of industry and learning cooperation superior vocational high schools, 10 schools were selected with the consideration of local characteristics and the features of support business of the schools. Based on initial business plan and interim reports of the selected schools, the data were collected from related report materials, theses and reports. The following conclusions were made in this study. First, with regard to consignment education conducted under the agreement with an outside education specialized institution, consignment education institution directly related to the business area which was promoted by the school was selected. Second, the management of industrial field experience education program included various activities Third, as for employing teachers involving both industry and teaching and lecturing by outside experts, lectures by outside experts were aggressively delivered based on specialized areas. Fourth, as for graduates' career status, the employment rates of the entire university students and students who participated in business were lower than the rate of students who entered schools of higher grade.

Most of all the transfer of undertakings in such a service provision business as labour-intensive operation creates uncertainty of employment, aggravates terms of employment and breaks a trade union. However there are no regulations in Korea to protect employees from these undesirable situations. On the other hand Great Britain has introduced the concept of a transfer of undertakings by service provision change in 2006. It was intended to remove or at least alleviate the uncertainties and difficulties created by the need under TUPE 1981 and EU Directive to establish a transfer of a stable economic identity which retained its identity in the hands of the alleged transferee. In contrast to the words used to define transfer in the 1981 Regulations 'service provision change' is a wholly new statutory concept and distinguished from the economic entity. The new provisions seems to be straightforwards and the circumstances in which service provision change is established are clearly set out in Regulations. In this context there is no need for a judicially prescribed multi-factorial approach, as advanced by European Court of Justice like Spijkers test. The new concept of service provision change apply even though there are some minor difference or differences between the nature of the tasks carried on after service provision change as compared with before it. A commonsense and pragmatic approach is required and It is enough only to ask whether the activities carried on by the alleged transferee are fundamentally or essentially the same as those carried out by the alleged transfer. TUPE 2006 of Great Britain far exceeding the scope of the Acquired Rights Directive is full of suggestions as a model of legislation to secure a stable employment itself and favorable and fair conditions of employment. More active efforts are needed for lawmaking to prohibit a dismissal and vary conditions of employment for the reason of the transfer of undertakings itself.

The present study analyzed the effect of firms' external research and development (R&D) on corporate productivity, while investigating the moderating effect of firm size on the external R&D-productivity nexus. In the empirical analysis, we estimated South Korean manufacturing firms' total factor productivity (TFP) using the firm level data drawn from the Survey of Business Activities (Korea National Statistical Office) for the years 2006-2015. Thereafter, focusing on the role of external R&D and its interaction with the firm size in determining firms' TFP, the productivity function was estimated as well. To this end, we used ordinary least squares (OLS) and quantile regression to highlight the heterogeneous impacts of external R&D by companies' productivity level. Empirical results confirmed that firms' external R&D significantly enhanced corporate productivity in all manufacturing industries, from high-tech to low-tech. The moderating effect of firm size in determining the productivity effect of external R&D was not as prominent as in the case for internal R&D, which exhibited some degree of the size premium in the productivity-enhancing effect. These results suggest that regardless of the firm size, external R&D can be an important channel for corporate productivity improvement, and can be a particularly effective strategy for SMEs with relatively limited internal R&D capacities.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the present status of outsourcing of the academic library working in Jagan and to suggest the alternatives of the problems facing with conversing the National University to the Corporation(named the government authority Corporation). The Corporation is implemented because of government financial crisis and decreasing of student candidates. As the result, the university autonomy will be enlarged, but the government financial assistance will be decreased. So outsourcing will be increased in the reason of the cutting of working expenses. For facing to the that environmental change, academic library should make preparations of their future.

The purpose of this study is to verify the gain and loss of cataloging outsourcing in Korea public libraries. To this end, the following specific research questions are investigated: (1) How much has cataloging outsourcing enhanced the efficiency of cataloging operations? (2) What is an influence of cataloging outsourcing on the quality of catalogs? and finally, (3) Is there any evidence to strengthen core library service by outsourcing cataloging? The data needed for this study were collected from a survey with 3 public libraries which have experienced outsourcing. To make a comparative study, a survey with 3 public libraries against outsourcing are also included.

공급사슬의 구조가 복잡해지고 고객의 수요가 다양해지면서 공급사슬에서의 물류기능은 점점 중요시되고 있다. 지금까지의 생산자는 전체 물류의 60% 이상을 제 3자 물류 업체를 통하여 수행하였다. 택배 시스템은 자신의 서비스 능력과 상호보완관계에 있는 여타 서비스 제공업체와 연계하여 공급사슬 효율화를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 체계가 필요한데 공급사슬 전체에 대한 물류서비스를 여러 업체로부터 개별적으로 외부 위탁하는 경우보다 한 번의 계약으로 통합된 물류서비스를 제공받기를 원하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 이에 협력택배시스템의 추진이 필요하고 있다. 타사에의 정보 누출을 꺼려 아직은 인식이 부족한 상황이나 보다 효율적이고 저렴한 물류비용을 위해서는 앞으로 제조업과의 다 자간 전략적 제휴는 필수적인 상황으로 전개될 것이다. 이에 현 3PL의 문제점을 살펴보고 제조업과의 협력 방안을 살펴보기로 하겠다.

1980년대 후반과 90년대 초반부터 정보시스템의 비상계획과 재해복구의 새로운 개념으로 대두된 업무지속성관리(BCM:Business Continuity Management)는 정보시스템이 조직의 업무처리(Business Process)에 중심을 두고 활용되는 현실에서 업무의 중단없는 지속적인 업무수행이 조직의 중요 이슈로 대두되는 추세를 반영하여, 비상시 또는 재해시 복구의 대상을 단순한 전산센터나 시스템 단위에 초점을 맞추는 것이 아니라, 가장 중요한 업무처리 차원에서 중단없이 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 관리하는 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 업무지속성관리가 기존의 재해복구나 보안관리 등의 개념들과 어떠한 관계를 갖고 있는지를 정의함으로서, 업무지속성관리의 개념과 범위를 좀 더 명확히 하고, 정보시스템의 운영환경별(중앙집중처리, 분산처리, 외부위탁처리) 업무지속성관리를 적용하는 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

전자상거래에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있는 오늘날, 상대방의 신뢰성을 보증해 주는 인증서 사용이 빈번해지고 있다. 기존에는 인증기관이 발급한 인증서를 사용자가 보관하다가, 전자상거래를 할 경우 이를 전자서명과 함께 상대방에게 제시하여 서로의 신뢰성을 확인하였지만, 이 방법은 사용자가 인증서와 비밀키를 자신의 하드웨어 디스크에 보관하거나, 스마트 카드 또는 플로피디스켓에 휴대하고 다녀야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 사용자의 이동이 많아지고, 사용자가 자신의 위치나 하드웨어 플렛폼에 상관없이 전자상거래를 하고자 하는 요구가 증대됨에 따라서, 인증서와 비밀키를 휴대해야 하는 불편함은 커다란 제약점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 극복하고, 사용자가 어느 곳에서든지 웹브라우져를 사용하여 쉽게 인증서와 비밀키를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 웹기반 인증성 및 키과리 시스템의 설계와 구현방법을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 복잡한 패스워드를 기억하지 못한다는 점과 패스워드가 쉽게 노출될 수 있다는 점을 고려하여 SPEKE에서 제시한 방법을 활용하여 로그인하였고, 시스템에 외부인이 침입할 경우에 대비하여 데이터베이스 안의 중요한 정보들은 암호화하여 저장하도록 하였으며, SSL이 설정되지 않았을 경우에도 안전하게 인증서를 위탁할 수 있도록 사용자와 인증서 관리 시스템은 정보를 암호화하여 통신하도록 한다.

오늘날의 기업 환경은 그 어느 때보다 다양하고 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 급변하는 정보요구와 기술변화에 대처하기 위해 많은 기업들은 해당분야의 외부 전문업체에게 위탁하는 아웃소싱 전략을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 기업이 아웃소싱을 활용하는 부분중 한 분야인 '웹사이트 구축 및 운영'에 관한 아웃소싱에 대하여 성공요인을 도출하여 보고, 이러한 요인들이 아웃소싱 성공의 여러 차원인 경제적, 전략적, 기술적 이익과 아웃소싱을 통하여 구축된 웹의 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다.

As technology has developed, companies in Korea change the object which improve the quality of product to meet customer satisfaction not to produce products more. While companies are trying to follow the international standard for quality assurance or obtain certification, outside verification and work by trusting is temporary. This research suggested organization composition and role for assuring quality of company through researching for ISO9000 and organization.
