본 연구에서는 조선왕조실록의 호우기록을 이용하여 강우량 기록기간을 확장하는 효과를 얻어 이를 반영했을 때의 확률강우량의 변화를 검토하였다. 우리나라의 조선왕조실록은 약 500여년에 걸친 조선왕조의 주요한 사건들을 다루고 있으며 큰 피해를 입힌 홍수나 가뭄피해 및 현상을 잘 기록하고 있다. 특히 조선시대의 경우 조선초기부터 강우량의 과학적 측정에 대한 관심으로 측우기를 개발하여 전국적인 우량 관측망을 갖춘 바 있으며 현재는 영조 말년에 해당하는 1777년 이후의 측우기 기록이 남아있다. 따라서 조선왕조실록의 큰 호우사상이 발생하였을 때의 기록을 당시의 대처, 기록방법 등의 검토와 함께 측우기 기록과 비교하여 조선왕조 전체에 걸친 주요호우사상을 판별할 수 있었다. 이때, Stedinger가 제시한 censored data를 이용한 빈도해석 방법을 적용할 경우 조선왕조실록을 검토하여 얻은 주요 호우사상의 개략적인 규모 및 회수를 이용하여 확률 강우량을 산정할 수 있었다. 이 방법은 일정기간동안 특정 크기 이상의 호우사상의 크기를 안다면 연속적인 연최대강우량계열이 있는 것과 거의 동일한 수준으로 확률강우량을 산정하는 방법이다. 현대 강우빈도해석의 가장 큰 문제는 자료의 관측기간의 부족으로 인해 고빈도에 대한 신뢰도가 떨어지는 문제이다. 이에 대한 대안으로 조선왕조실록과 측우기 자료를 이용하여 장기간의 강우자료를 확보한 효과를 반영할 때 확률강우량은 현재보다 상당히 증가할 수 있는 것으로 검토되었다.

왕조의 건국이념부터 알기 위해 매달린 전도전사상 연구는 뜻밖에 구세주를 만난 것과 같은 위안을 주었다. 조선왕조는 죽어버린 시대가 아니고 지금 우리가 배워야 할 살아 있는 시대로 가까이 다가왔다. 조선왕조의 명예를 회복시키는 연구는 곧 왜곡된 식민사관을 바로잡는 길이라고 믿고 내 길을 가고 있다.

Annals of the Joseon Dynasty is a librarian that compiled the history of the Joseon Dynasty for 472 years, from Taejo to Cheoljong. The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty, National Treasure No. 151, are important documented heritages, but they are difficult to analyze due to their vast content. Therefore, rather than analyzing all the contents of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty, it is necessary to extract and analyze important words. In this paper, we propose a method of extracting words from the main body of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty through web crawling and analyzing the translated texts of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty based on the data sorted according to the frequency of words. In this study, only the part of King Sejong of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty was extracted and the importance was analyzed according to the frequency of words.

규장각 관장을 역임한 한영우 한림대학교 특임교수가 지난해 말 '조선왕조의궤'로 대한민국 문화유산상과 간행물윤리상, 한국출판문화상을 연달아 수상했다. 한 교수를 만나 '조선왕조의궤'를 연구하게 된 동기와 조선시대의 기록문화 등에 대해 들어 보았다.

The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty are important records registered in UNESCO. This paper proposes a method to analyze big data by examining the frequency of words in the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty translated into Korean. When you access the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty from an Internet site and try to investigate the frequency of words, if you directly access the source included in the page, the keywords necessary for the HTML grammar are included, so that it is difficult to analyze big data based on the frequency of words in the necessary text. In this paper, we propose a method to analyze the text of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty using Java's Jsoup crawling function. In the experiment, only the Taejo part of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty was extracted to verify the validity of this method.

Most social networks have power-law distribution that is one of distinct properties in scale-free network. In contrast to social network character, people networks of the Goguryeo, Baekje, and Silla show dissemination network that is a narrow and deep-reaching style of information transmission. However, people network of three kingdoms that is integrated each national people reveals scale-free and hierarchical properties. Pattern of territory expansion and abridgment in Silla is distinct from those in Goguryeo and Baekje, indicating that the distinct pattern reflects a power for unification. Several patterns in national management and national development of the three kingdoms are also analyzed based on network. Our results provide new insight that is analyzed by network-based approaches but is not analyzed by historial approaches in history of three kingdoms.

본 연구에서는 역사기록서 분석을 통해 조선왕조시대 산불방지정책을 분석하였다. 조선왕조시대 산불방지정책은 크게 예방분야와 민생안정에 관한 정책으로 구분할 수 있었고 산불예방분야에서는 산불발생가능지역과 산불보호대상지역으로 구분하여 예방정책을 시행하였다. 산불발생가능지역으로는 화전경작 산림지역, 강무장 등 사냥터, 봉수대 주변 산림지역, 병해충 구제를 위한 입화 가능지역이며 왕실묘 주변, 사고(史庫), 소나무 육림을 위한 산림인 금산 또는 봉산, 도성 숲은 산불보호대상지역에 포함되어 산불방지정책을 시행하였다. 민생안정에 관한 정책에서는 산불피해지역 백성을 위로하고 산불피해지 복구를 위해 어사를 파견하여 구휼토록 정책을 펼쳤다. 특히, 산불예방정책 시행을 위반하여 산불을 발생시킨 죄에 대해서는 엄하게 책임을 물어 귀양에서부터 사형에 이르는 처벌을 내렸다. 결론적으로 조선왕조시대에도 산불의 심각성으로 인해 조정 및 지방관서 등에서 여러 방지정책들이 시행되었다는 것을 알 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 조선왕조실록을 중심으로 조선시대의 호우 및 홍수기록의 기술방법에 대해 텍스트마이닝 분석을 실시하였다. 조선왕조실록은 조선시대의 큰 호우사상은 모두 포함하고 있기 때문에 이를 일정한 등급으로 나누어 분류한다면 극치 호우 사상의 발생특성을 이해하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 전체적으로 '큰비'에서와 같이 강우에 대한 언급만이 있는 경우가 '큰물', '홍수', '폭우'와 같이 홍수유출 및 이에 따른 피해가 설명되어 있는 경우보다 강우의 재현기간이 작게 나타나는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 또 하나 주목할만한 점은 기록된 호우사상이 강우의 총량보다는 강우의 지속기간에 보다 민감하다는 점이다. 즉, 일시에 많은 비가 온 경우보다는 장기간에 걸쳐 내린 호우사상에 보다 초점이 맞추어져 있다는 점이다. 즉, 홍수유출의 크기 및 이에 따른 피해의 정도가 실제 이들 호우사상이 기록으로 남게 되는 원인으로 파악된다.

The purpose of this study is to find the theories of public policy in Confucian politics during Choson Dynasty. As a result of the analysis, there are five implications. First, the area of Confucian policy of Choson consisted in authority, organization, financial policy, affection for the people, and li(ritual propriety). Second, major political context had been maintained from King Se-Jong, through King Sung-Jong and King Yeong-Jo to King Jeong-Jo in the perspective of dynasties' characteristic. Third, there were major ideas on Confucius's idea for li in early period, $Zh{\bar{u}}z{\check{i}}^{\prime}s$ idea for the authority in late period and Mencius's idea for financial policy in major risk situation. Fourth, there were five periods with establishment, foundation, crisis, restoration and collapse in the change of public policy. Fifth, $Zh{\bar{u}}z{\check{i}}^{\prime}$ and $Ch{\acute{e}}ng{\cdot}zi$ had influenced bigger than Confucius as a factors of policy making. This study has been promoted the complement of context analysis and understanding of semantic analysis with implementing dictionary using two language with Korean and Chinese.
