Multi-Class Whole Heart Segmentation using Residual Multi-dilated convolution U-Net (Residual Multi-dilated convolution U-Net을 이용한 다중 심장 영역 분할 알고리즘 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 딥 러닝을 이용하여 완전 자동화된 다중 클래스 전체 심장 분할 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 recurrent convolutional block과 residual multi-dilated block을 삽입하여 기존 U-Net을 개선한 인공신경망 모델을 사용하였다. 평가는 자동화 분석 결과와 수동 평가를 비교하였다. 그 결과 96.88%의 평균 DSC, 95.60%의 정확도, 97.00%의 recall을 얻었다. 이 실험 결과는 제안된 방법이 다양한 심장 구조에서 효과적으로 구분되어 수행되었음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘이 의사와 방사선 의사가 영상을 판독하거나 임상 결정을 내리는데 보조적 역할을 할 것을 기대한다.

  • An automated healthcare monitoring is demand of time, lot of problems occurring just because of less monitoring of patients health condition on time. In this paper an embedded healthcare service is proposed by an iSCSI protocol on an automated multi-agent coordination by resource-constrained devices controlled system for healthcare service. The coordination between the resource constrained devices (e.g. PDA, SmartPhone, Tablet PC), and automated agents are maintained by a two-way handshaking mode iSCSI protocol. The automated health care control could be useable, and beneficial in the repetitive way. A fully centralized control is not applicable for this kind of approach.

Development of a Clustering Model for Automatic Knowledge Classification (지식 분류의 자동화를 위한 클러스터링 모형 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a document clustering model for automatic classification of knowledge. Two test collections of newspaper article texts and journal article abstracts are built for the clustering experiment. Various feature reduction criteria as well as term weighting methods are applied to the term sets of the test collections, and cosine and Jaccard coefficients are used as similarity measures. The performances of complete linkage and K-means clustering algorithms are compared using different feature selection methods and various term weights. It was found that complete linkage clustering outperforms K-means algorithm and feature reduction up to almost 10% of the total feature sets does not lower the performance of document clustering to any significant extent.

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has led to the widespread adoption of contactless transactions, resulting in a noticeable increase in the trend towards fully unmanned stores. In such stores, all operational processes are automated, primarily using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. However, this AI technology has several security vulnerabilities, which can be critical in the environment of fully unmanned stores. This paper analyzes the security vulnerabilities that AI-based fully unmanned stores may face, focusing particularly on the object detection model YOLO, demonstrating that Hiding Attacks and Altering Attacks using adversarial patches are possible. It is confirmed that objects with adversarial patches attached may not be recognized by the detection model or may be incorrectly recognized as other objects. Furthermore, the paper analyzes how Data Augmentation techniques can mitigate security threats by providing a defensive effect against adversarial patch attacks. Based on these results, we emphasize the need for proactive research into defensive measures to address the inherent security threats in AI technology used in fully unmanned stores.

  • The interest of ACT (Automated Container Terminal) is increasing because of expansion of container's transportation quantity, appearance of large-sized and. high-speed vessel, high labor cost of container terminal and the change of technical level. Therefore, the ACT had been developed in several ports in the world, such as ECT (Europe Combined Terminals) and CTA (Container Terminal Altenwerder). They have studied detailed technique for the operation of ACT. In Korea, it also has increased not only expansion and improvement of container terminal, but also necessity of ACT. Now, many projects related to the development of ACT are working in Korea. And the technical improvement of operating system, automated equipments and information system has accomplished by the projects. The ACT consists of the basic equipment and the integrated information system for operating and controlling automated equipments. The productivity of ACT is maximized through efficient connection between them. Thus, the automated degree of container terminal is dependent on the developing time of operating system, reliability, transportation quantity of container, investment amount and technical level. In this paper, we propose important strategy in developing ACT through analyzing the property of each ACT.

  • International major container terminals are trying to expand automation facilities in order to dominate the competition and grow as central harbors. Recently, system design and development were put underway to fully integrate automation systems in container terminals. This is because it can focus on improving the efficiency of the yard operations in container terminals and facilitates integration with other container terminal operation processes. Automation in the container terminal business today is essential to better serve customers and improve profitability. Real-time position and status of container handling equipment (CHE) have been required for more efficient terminal operations and consequently higher productivity. This study examined the real-time location and status of the container terminal automation equipment using DGPS in container terminals, and reviewed the components and functions of the container terminal automation yard equipment systems that developed, applied, and operated the automation systems. In addition, this study compared the existing yard system and the automation yard system and presented application methods. Also, the results revealed that the productivity of the container terminal and the efficiency of the transportation equipment can be further increased when the optimal yard automation transportation equipment system is used to efficiently operate the transportation equipment, which is the core equipment of the container terminal.

  • 본 연구는 지역적으로 널리 분산되어 있는 생산지의 완전 자동화된 공정이나 물류 창고를 원격에서 실시간으로 제어 및 감시하고, 이로부터 생산된 물품의 물류 과정을 GPS를 연동하여 실시간으로 모니터링하는 시스템을 초고속 통신망을 이용하여 Web상에서 구현하기 위한 것이다. 특히 본 연구에서는 전용의 어플리케이션으로 개발한 원격 감시 및 제어 시스템을 Web상에서 구현하고, 지역적으로 널리 분산되어 있는 여러 생산지로부터 원격으로 소비자에 물품을 공급하기 위한 원재료 구매 후 생산 물품을 소비자(또는 소비자 인접 물류 센터)에 공급하기까지의 일련의 경로를 원격에서 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석 후 제시하며, 제시된 경로의 제품공급 현황을 원격/실시간으로 감시하고 통제 및 관리하는 시스템의 구현 방법에 대하여 제시한다.
