본 연구는 서산 6쪽 마늘로부터 완전장 유전자 은행의 제작과 이를 통해서 확보된 1,000여개 재조합 클론에 대한 염기서열 결과를 web-based database를 통한 상동성 분석으로 부터 서산 마늘의 발현 유전자에 대한 생물정보학적 분석에 관해 것이며 본 연구로 부터 마늘의 대표적 생리활성 물질인 allicin의 생성에 관여하는 효소인 allinase의 cDNA를 클로닝 및 완전 염기서열을 해석하였으며 allinase 유전자의 genomic structure 에 대한 일부의 결과를 확보하였다. 또한 다양한 생물종에서 연구 되어지고 있는 생리활성 단백질인 lectin 유전자 cDNA를 클로닝하여 완전 염기서멸을 분석하고, 6xHis Tag올 통한 재조합 단백질을 대장균에서 E.coli에서 발현시켰다.

We investigate characteristics of viewing resolution improvement in three-dimensional integral imaging, when a dynamic lens array method is adopted. We show that the viewing resolution changes for different moving directions and distances of the lens array through computer-synthesized integral imaging. From this study, optimal moving conditions of the lens array for efficient viewing resolution improvement can be determined.

An exact asymptotic solution for a perfect conducting wedge with H-polarized plane wave incidence is analytically derived by substituting the exact boundary fields of the perfeet conducting wedge, the well known series solution, into the dual integral exquation in the spectral domain. The validity of the derivation is assured by showing that the analytic integration gives the null fields in the complementary region. The merits taking the dual integral equation for derivation of an asymptotic solution for a perfect conduction wedge is discussed.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the cultural practices for improvement of rice grain quality under different cultivation times and fertilizer levels at panicle initiation, heading and different drainage times after heading. The obtained results could be summarized as follows. In consideration of brown rice whole kernel form, and analyzed physico-chemical properties cultivation time required the optimum season before June 5. Feltilizer level at panicle initiation and heading needed 3kg/10a or less. Drainage time desired late drainage at 30-40 days after heading.

폰탄술식 후 수술사망률이 감소하고 생존자가 증가함에 따라 대정맥-폐동맥 순환의 부자연스러운 생리와 관련된 합병증이 발생하게 되었다. 이러한 혈역학적인 문제로 인하여 발생한 합병증 중의 하나가 단백소모성 장질환이다. 단백소모성 장질환은 폰탄술식 후에 발생하는 드물지만 매우 위험한 합병증이다. 많은 다른 치료경향이 제안되었지만 성공적인 치료보고는 제한되어 있다. 폰탄술식후 단백소모성 장질환이 발생한 3명의 환아에서 완전 대정맥-폐동맥 연결로 전환을 시행하였다. 완전 대정맥 폐동맥 연결로 전환함이 만족할 만한 치료방법임을 보고하는 바이다.

By solving the current distribution, natual frequencies, and the amplitude of natural modes about the perfect conducting scatterer of revolution are presented. Singularity expansion method is applied to slove the time-domain response based on the simplified E-field integral equation by the application of the extended boundary conditin for the perfect conductin scatterer of revolution.

일반적으로 크고 복잡한 소프트웨어 시스템은 커다란 다이아그램의 집합으로 구성되지만 이들 각각의 다이아그램들이 일관성이 있고 완전한가를 알기는 매우 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 [1]에서는 최근 객체지향 개발에서 많이 사용되고 있는 UML 다이아그램들에 대한 일관성과 완전성을 검사하기 위하여 각 다이아그램들을 ER 모델로 표현하고, 각 다이아그램에 대한 공통된 표현으로 통합된 ER 다이아그램을 제공하였다. 이렇게 통합된 다이아그램은 일편의 집합과 함수들을 사용하여 정형적으로 명세되며, 이러한 정형 명세를 기반으로하여 일관성과 완전성 검사를 수행하기 위한 규칙을 제공하였다. 그러나 [1]에서 정형적으로 명세된 집합과 함수를 실제로 사용하기 위해서는 우리가 알고있는 정형 명세 언어로 변환할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 집합을 추상자료형으로 명세하여 정의하고, 추상자료형으로 표현된 명세를 우리가 잘 알고 있는 Z 명세로 변환하여 검증 도구를 설계하는 기초로 사용하고자 한다. Z 명세는 쉽게 실행가능한 형태로 변환되어 검증 시스템을 구축할 수 있게 된다.

Linux 응용프로그램들의 확산을 위해서는 인스톨, 다운로드의 번거로움이 없이 서버로부터 PC로 보다 쉽게 서비스 할 수 있는 스트리밍 체계가 필요하다. 이 스트리밍의 중요 부분이 기존 응용프로그램을 수정없이 스트리밍 전송이 가능한 형태로 인덱싱 및 포메팅을 하는 패키징의 과정이다. 기존 패키징 기술은 응용프로그램을 구성하는 직접적인 파일들을 이용하여 구성한다. 응용프로그램과 직접적 상관관계를 갖는 파일들에 대해서는 정보수집이 용이하기 때문에 완전하게 패키징으로 재구성이 가능하나, 간접적 상관관계를 갖는 파일에 대한 정보들은 정보누락이 쉬워서 완전한 패키징으로 재구성이 어려운 문제점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 Stackabe file system의 기법을 활용하여 한 응용프로그램과 간접적 상관관계를 갖는 정보수집을 보다 더 정확하게 하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 이를 활용하여 보다 완전한 패키징이 가능하도록 하는 방법에 대해서 논의한다

전문가 시스템 개발과정에서 완전한 경험적 규칙들을 얻는 것은 극히 어려운 작업이다. 전문가들이 확고한 경험적 규칙들을 얻기위해서는 오랜 시간이 걸리며, 그 얻어진 지식조차 확신할 수 없다. 또한 같은 분야 지식도 전문가들 사이에서 큰 차이를 보일 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 전문가 시스템이 보다 완전한 지식베이스를 얻어, 주어진 영역에서 기존의 고도 전문가 수준의 전문성을 갖는 완전한 전문가로 활약하기 위해서는 지식 배제, 둘째 기존의 경험적 탐색 공간은 물론 보다 다양한 문제 해결 전략이 가능한 심층적 탐색공간을 제공하여 그로부터 새로운 문제 해결 지식을 학습하는 자기 학습기능이 필요하다. 본지에서는 이러한 자기학습 기능을 갖는 전문가 시스템의 알고리즘을 검토하였다. 그리고 끝으로 전력계통에 대한 적용예로서 전압제어 전문가 시스템을 설명하였다. 아직 전문가 시스템의 자기학습 기능의 구현은 초보적 연구에 머물고 있으며, 그들의 학습 능력조차 낮은 수준에 불과하다. 그러나 전문가 시스템 연구자들은 기존 전문가 시스템의 문제점과 그 적응능력의 중요성을 인식하고 있기 때문에 보다 진보된 개념(데이타들로부터 이론과 원리를 학습하는)이 도입된 자기학습 전문가 시스템의 적용연구는 앞으로 여러분야에서 폭넓게 이루어 질 것으로 기대된다.

A case of distal aortopulmonary septal defect associated with aortic origin of right pulmonary ar- tery, patent ductus arteriosus and hypoplasia of aortic isthmus in a 50-day-old female infant is presented. Ligation of patent ductus arteriosus, resection and end-to-end anastomosis of hypoplasia of aortic isthmus, implantation of rlght pulmonary artery to main pulmonary artery and autologous peri- cardial patch repair of aortopulmonary septal defect were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass as one-stage approach. Deep hypothermic total circulatory arrest was applied during repair of hypoplasia of aortic isthmus. The p stoperative course was uneventful.
