많은 인터넷 서비스가 그러하듯 e러닝은 지금의 호황을 맞기까지 크나큰 기대만큼이나 엄청난 좌절의 시기를 거쳐야 했다. e러닝이 태동하던 초창기의 열악한 환경과 질 낮은 서비스는 오프라인 학원에 비해 몇 배나 낮은 수강료에도 불구하고 학습자들로부터 외면을 받았다. 하지 만 2000년 이후 폭발적으로 증가한 인터넷 인구와 획기적으로 개선된 기술, 포기할 줄 모르고 열의를 보여온 선두 업체들의 눈물겨운 노력 은‘e러닝’을 본격적인 궤도에 올려놓았다. 온라인 교육 산업을 이끄는 두 기업, 메가스터디와 YBM시사닷컴을 살펴본다.

문항은 지필평가의 핵심요소이다. 문항의 표현은 전통적으로 문항카드를 이용했다. 교육정보화가 발달하면서 온라인 평가 서비스는 다양한 문항의 표현 구조를 만들었으나, 새롭게 주목받고 있는 스마트 러닝 환경에 그대로 사용하기에는 한계가 있다. 이 논문은 국내의 평가 특성과 스마트 러닝의 이동성을 고려한 문항 표현 구조를 제안한다.

Today, as potential uses of the Internet continue to grow, e-learning in university an education course has taken on an important role. Accordingly, to provide good e-learning services, university officials attempt to develop high quality educational content in their courses. In this study, we investigate e-learning adoption by students using the extended technology acceptance model (TAM). In particular, trust in the online environment plays an extremely crucial role in student willingness to adopt e-learning. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the relationships of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and actual use on students' level of trust using a partial least squares (PLS) approach. This study suggests valuable implications for developing e-learning strategies and implementing e-learning.

This study aimed to develop a teaching-learning process plan for the 'adolescent nutrition and dietary behavior' unit of middle school technology and home economics through blended learning teaching method. "Analysis-Design-Development-Evaluation and Revision" model developed by Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) was applied to developing the teaching-learning process plan. The authors analyzed subject contents suitable for blended learning, and then designed a teaching-learning process plan by selecting the topics, developing the teaching strategies, and deciding on the media and evaluation tools for each class. Based on the plan for each week, the final version of the teaching-learning process plan, handouts for activities, and evaluation tools were developed. The teaching-learning process plan was revised and supplemented based on the expert verification results. The developed teaching-learning process plan which applied blended learning method was considered suitable for the current curriculum, and the group presentation activities implimented in the online classes were found to encourage learners' participation and interest. Also, the developed teaching-learning process plan could be used in the online only environment without any issues depending on the intention of the classes, by the appropriate use of distance learning tools such as Paddles or Thinkerbells. The developed teaching-learning course plan is expected to be effectively used in either online or blended learning environment, as a means of helping adolescent students improve their dietary life.

We presented a method of deep quiz cropping for automatic construction of quiz pool in online quiz systems. The method detects question boxes and sunda boxes in images captured from test papers by a deep learning-based object detector, and makes pairs of question box and sunda box by the box coupling. We applied the deep quiz cropping to images captured from test papers and achieved successful results.

G-learning, based on online game, virtual reality activities and communities, is considered as a fresh, differentiated idea at learning which drives learners' interest and attention. The paper is to analyzed effectiveness of G-learning at the mathematics classes in elementary school. Fourth, fifth and sixth grade students in Seoul are selected as an experimental groups and their achievement scores are measured. The difference between G learning group and textbook group was significant. This result shows that G-learning has a positive effect on learning.

As the usefulness of big data analysis has been drawing attention, many studies in the business research area begin to use big data to predict firm performance. Previous studies mainly rely on data outside of the firm through news articles and social media platforms. The voices within the firm in the form of employee satisfaction or evaluation of the strength and weakness of the firm can potentially affect firm value. However, there is insufficient evidence that online employee reviews are valid to predict firm value because the data is relatively difficult to obtain. To fill this gap, from 2014 to 2019, we employed 97,216 reviews collected by JobPlanet, an online firm review website in Korea, and developed a machine learning-based predictive model. Among the proposed models, the LSTM-based model showed the highest accuracy at 73.2%, and the MAE showed the lowest error at 0.359. We expect that this study can be a useful case in the field of firm value prediction on domestic companies.

This study is investigating the effectiveness of a blended learning for English listening and reading class by analyzing students' learning behavior. To this end, two surveys were conducted on a total of 75 students from the two different classes of Academic English Listening and Reading course. The research results showed that in the online class, the students built undesirable learning behavior such as solving listening quizzes by reading listening scripts or watching the instructor's lectures about the scripts and completing the assignment of summary of the scripts by referring to the Korean versions. In the offline class, the students' participation in group activities and attention to lectures was good. Therefore, it can be concluded that because of the students' poor online learning behavior, this blended learning was rather not effective. So the suggestions are discussed to enhance the effectiveness of the blended learning for English listening and reading.

In this paper, we developed an intelligent web based e-learning system based on multi agents. To do development of the system, we applied an inclination test that is based on the education theory to do grouping the desirable e-learning community. The proposed system, Intelligent Web based e-learning Multi Agent System (IMAS), is used the multi agents paradigm including learning manner by neural network for grouping of e-learning community and a new distributed multi agent framework proposed here.
