Confidence Indicators and Evaluation Factors of Credibility According to the Types of Online Information (온라인 정보원의 유형별 신뢰지수 및 신뢰성 평가요인)

  • This study tried to develop the confidence indicators and evaluation factors of credibility according to the types of online information by nationwide large scale online survey. The main results are summarized as follows: i) confidence indicators by types of online information: information on news sites(72.553), financial companies(68.894), government sites(67.938), cafe(66.464), portal sites(65.001), collective intelligence sites(63.489), nonprofit organization (63.392), company/corporation sites(59.789), blog(59.066), online community sites(55.609), e-commerce sites(55.118), mini-homepage(50.695). ii) 'Widely known site' or 'famous site' is the most important factor for all types of online information. User opinions like as posting or comment are major factors for sites of cafe, blog, mini-homepage, online community, collective intelligence etc. and 'name recognition' and 'reputation' are main factors for site of financial company, corporation, government, nonprofit organization.

  • The alms of this study is to analyse the user's behavior, satisfaction, difficulties and selection of retrieval keywords for the use of Web-based OPAC in the College students. The methods of the questionnaire and the interview was applied to get the data and processed by using SPSSWIN 10.1. Several research results was proved the hypothesis such as differences between major subject of students in their fields. Furthermore, based on the result of this analysis, another purpose is to come up with the Improvements of functions prompting difficulties and answers to problems found in the Web OPAC, helping them to use the Web OPAC efficiently.

  • There are three types of survey research system, telephone surveys, online surveys, interviews and so on. Currently most of the survey data have been verified by hand-collecting state in korea. Semi-automated research systems, some companies are using imported from abroad. This paper is the study on the design and implementation of linked research system for global standardization. The system is optimized through customizing for local conditions, as well as professionals for telephone surveys, online surveys, interviews even a normal user can enter the questionnaire easily and quickly. The result data is passed to the customer quickly and accurately. In particular, this system is based on automatic data input and collected provides best efficient analysis and statistics. Office programs and advanced statistical program SPSS is compatible with the maximum benefits for proposed system. Additionally, to achieve the import substitution effect through localization and to propose a global standard the proposed system is designed and implemented.

A Comparative Study on Characters and Effects of the On-Line Social Network in Korea & Japan (한국과 일본의 온라인 관계망의 특성과 효과에 대한 비교연구)

  • This study is an attempt to provide some answers to question about how characteristics and general recognition regarding internet use in Korea and Japan influence fostering and maintaining on-line social network in each of countries. Survey is used to compare Korean internet users and Japanese internet users in terms of characteristics of on-line social network, individual's propensity for internet use, including their recognition on internet. The study's main findings go as follows. First, Korean internet users tend to be more active in using internet than Japanese internet users do, thus having larger on-line social network and more intensive internet use than Japanese internet users do. However, there is a commonality that majority of internet users in both countries use internet to connect them to person with whom they have private relationship but they cannot meet frequently. Second, for Korean internet users, individual's propensity, characteristics, and recognition regarding internet use is not related to how to contact others. To the contrary, for Japanese internet users, how to contact others in on-line setting seems to vary according to whether or not they have relation-oriented internet use and how they recognize the availability of internet. Third, a commonality regarding the size of on-line social network is found between Korea and Japan that the total numbers of people enrolled as network increases if people use internet in order to get information. This confirms previous finding that relationship based on weak tie is instrumental in fostering on-line social relations and likely produces advantage in getting information. Finally, for Japanese internet users, the degree of risk recognized in on-line setting, that is the degree of interpersonal trust, appears to greatly influence overall relationship -building in on-line.

  • 디지털 제품 구매자는 일반적으로 온라인을 통하여 제품 웹사이트에서 제품의 특징이나 사용 후기를 충분히 보고 제품을 구입한다. 그리고 제품을 구입 후에 사용자는 온라인에서 제품의 매뉴얼을 통하여 익힌다. 이러한 과정에서 본 연구자는 사용자들의 온라인상에서 제품 구매 전, 후에서 문제점을 발견하고 확실히 어떠한 요구사항이 존재할 것이라는 의문을 가졌다. 따라서 다양한 일반인 연령대를 구성한 340명을 대상으로 디지털 제품의 전달 매체 사용에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문문항 내용에서 우선적 대안으로 예상한 것들은 '데스크탑 가상현실'과 '멀티미디어 동영상' 매체들이다. 그리고 사용자들이 이것들을 새로운 매체로서 가장 요구하는 사항일 것이라는 추측을 하고 현황을 파악한다. 최종적으로는 사용자가 요구하는 제품에서 매체의 기능과 만족도를 조사하고 개선점을 파악하며 문제점에 대한 해결 대안의 기초 자료로서 제시하고자 한다.

Application of Online Platform for Village Community (마을공동체를 위한 온라인 플랫폼의 활용 연구)

  • Many areas are on the verge of disappearing soon due to low birth rates and an increasing number of elderly people. To overcome this crisis, efforts must be made to escape the destruction of the area through the village community. This study was conducted to find out the use of online platforms for village communities and through literature research, current status surveys, and surveys, we wanted to find out how online platforms are being utilized. The study results are summarized as follows. First, urban renewal support projects are currently being conducted under the government-led initiative to revitalize the village community, and online platforms are being used mainly by local governments' urban renewal support centers. Second, if you look at the frequency of online platform usage by ordinary people, you are using Naver the most in all age groups, and next, you are using the website. People in their 20s and 30s use Instagram more than Facebook, while those in their 40s and 50s use Facebook more than Instagram. In utilizing the online platform for the village community, the status and frequency of use of the online platform should be taken into account comprehensively.

A study on primary school teachers' needs of Online After-School management (온라인 방과후학교 프로그램 도입에 대한 수도권과 비수도권 간 인식차이 분석: 초등학교 교사들의 인식을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the different needs between the after-school programs of elementary schools in metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas to understand the areas that need addressing to meet with the requisites of the programs. To this end, this study conducted a survey among teachers with experience in after-school management (n=233), and the needs and performance recognized by teachers were analyzed in the IPA model matrix. To sum up the results, 'Online educational infrastructure', 'Efficient administrative operation', and 'Supply of professional after-school instructors' were identified as the prior needs in metropolitan area. On the other hand, non-metropolitan area, 'Supply of professional after-school instructors', 'Quality educational contents', and 'Online educational infrastructure' were identified as the prior requisites to be addressed. Based on research findings, the study suggested implications in developing and implementing related policies. Research findings will be expected to refer as baseline data for activating after-school online program operations and improving its programs to meet with the different needs of regions.

A Study on Success Factors of Online Game Using AHP (AHP를 이용한 온라인게임 성공요인에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, the Online Game industry has appeared the various change of the development environment in the rapid growth. So the online game company has been trying to search games able to success and they are performing diversified researching to prepare the judgment ground of success from initial stage of development. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the process from development to distribute for the online game through collecting opinions of specialist and taking survey to people employed in online game development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and make out success factors for the online games. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the limit of using it to the company planning to develop successful games objectively.

A Study on the Experiences of Online Service for Korean Christians During the COVID-19 (한국 기독교인의 온라인 예배에 대한 경험과 만족도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to study the experiences of online service during the COVID-19 and to find out Korean Christians' perception. To this end, this study examines the differences in online service content, interactions with pastors and lay people through online service, online service environment, and online service satisfaction. A survey was conducted for 176 Korean Christians over the age of 18 living in the metropolitan area. As a result, according to the size of the church attending, the period of faith, and the position, there was a difference between groups in the online service contents, interactions with pastors and lay people through online service, online service environment, and online service satisfaction. The factors influencing the satisfaction of online service were the interaction with the lay people, the online service environment, and the online service content in that order. Based on the results of this study, a discussion on the improvement of online service satisfaction and a suggestion for further research are presented.
