Development of Functional Tea Product Using Cirsium japonicum (플라보노이드 함유 엉겅퀴를 이용한 기능성 다류 개발)

  • The antidepressant effects of Cirsium japonicum was revealed in previous studies using open field test and forced swimming test. The contents of total flavonoids and apigenin of Cirsium japonicum were analyzed and sensory evaluation of Cirsium japonicum tea was performed in order to develop Cirsium japonicum tea as an antidepressant. Among the different plant parts of Cirsium japonicum, leaves had the highest level of total flavonoids and apigenin contents and were followed by flowers and stems. Drying method affected total flavonoids and apigenin content of Cirsium japonicum, but regular pattern was not revealed. In sensory evaluation, overall acceptance of Cirsium japonicum flower-leaf mix tea was higher than those of Cirsium japonicum leaf tea. Also purchase intention of Cirsium japonicum flower-leaf mix tea was higher than those of Cirsium japonicum leaf tea.

  • 현대인의 경우 대부분이 하루 중 80% 이상의 시간을 어떤 형태의 가정, 사무실, 공공건물, 학교, 병원, 지하시설물, 상가, 음식점, 자동차, 지하철 등의 실내공간에서 생활하고 있으며, 특히 어린이와 노약자, 병약자들의 경우 대부분의 시간을 실내에서 보내고 있는 실정에 있어 실내공기오염이 인체에 미치는 영향은 크다고 할 수 있다. 실내환경에는 대기환경과는 달리 물리적, 화학적, 생물학적으로 매우 다양한 오염물질들은 복합적인 배출원에서 기인되며 그 배출량은 물질에 따라 상당히 편차가 있을 뿐 아니라 오염물질 농도분포 역시 시간적, 공간적 특성에 따라 다양하게 나타날 수 있으며, 실내공기의 상태는 일차적으로 외부공기의 영향을 받게 되고 이차적으로는 담배연기, 스토브, 오븐, 시멘트, 건축자재, 페인트 및 벽면의 입자상 물질 등과 같은 실내오염원으로부터 영향을 받아 오염상태가 심해진다.   • Coking process is the thermal decomposition of bituminous coal with final temperature of about $900^{\circ}C$ Because coke plays important roles in ironmaking process in a blast furnace it's essential for developing modeling of coke oven. In this study, An unsteady 2-dimesional model is proposed to simulate coking process in a coke oven. In this model, gas and solid phase are assumed homogeneous continnum and solid bed is assumed as porous media . The model contains governing equations for the solid phase and the gas phase. Complicated phenomena such as swelling, softening, resolidification and shrinkage are neglected and mass loss by drying and devolatilization is reflected by generation of internal pores. Drying, devolatilization, heat transfer and generation of internal pores are also reflected in source terms. Calulated results are compared with experimental data

  • A study on the energy consumption(weigh against of the energy consumption for analyzed oven) and the energy consumption of follow cooking time (weigh against of cooking time for analyzed oven)through weigh against far-infrared radiation oven and other system. for this study, analysis the energy consumption follow temperature change and calculate the energy consumption until come to saturation temperature. also, the energy consumption is measured for food analysis follow cooking time. The energy reduced cost and time is estimated.

  • It is net easy to predict the shrinkage rate of a plastic injection mold in its design process. The shrinkage rate should be considered as one of the important performances to produce the reliable products. The shrinkage rate can be determined by suing the CAE tools in the design produces. However, since the analysis can take minutes to hours, the high computational costs of performing the analysis limit their use in design optimization. In this study, the surrogate models based on the RSM is used in lien of the original models, facilitating design optimization.

  • The assembly line is one of the typical process hard to analyze with mathematical methods including even stochastic approaches, because it includes many manual operations varying drastically depending on operators' skills. In this paper, we suggest the simulation optimization method to design the optimal assembly line of a gas oven. To achieve the optimal design, firstly, we modeled the real gas oven assembly line with actual data, such as assembly procedures, operation rules, and other input parameters and so on. Secondly, we build some alternatives to enhance the line performance based on business rules and other parameters. The DOE(Design Of Experiment) techniques were used for testing alternatives under various situations. Each alternatives performed optimization process with evolution strategy; one of the GA(Genetic Algorithm) techniques. As a result, we can make about 7% of throughputs up with the same time and cost. By this process, we expect the assembly line can obtain the solution compatible with their own problems.

  • 고유가 시대를 맞아 에너지효율이 높은 고효율기기에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 주요 가전기기에 대한 세계 주요 각 국의 에너지 효율기준을 조사하여 비교하고자 한다. 미국, 유럽, 호주, 캐나다, 일본, 한국의 기기별 에너지 효율기준을, 우선 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 형광등 및 안정기, 에어컨, 냉장고/냉동고에 대하여 우선 작성하였다. 이 외에도 세탁기, 식기세척기, 전기오븐, 변압기, 전기온수기 통의 기기에 대해서도 조사하였으나 지면상 생략하였다.

  • Thermal cesium atomic beam was collimated by transversely cooling of atoms, for which circularly polarized ($\sigma^+$ and $\sigma^-$ polarized) laser light was illuminated to the atomic beam from two perpendicular directions. As a result, the temperature corresponding to the transverse velocity component could be decreased from 430 mK to 60 11K. In addition, the spatial atomic distribution was observed according to the power difference of the two laser beams and the magnetic field applied, and the result was qualitatively coincided with the calculation result by the Doppler cooling theory. heory.

  • A study on the optimal drying condition by a vacuum drying oven was done using shredded tobacco lamina and commercial cigarettes ('This'). Changes in the mass of the experimental material were monitored for about 50 hrs at 6 different temperatures (5$0^{\circ}C$~10$0^{\circ}C$, 1$0^{\circ}C$ stepwise) while continuously operating a vacuum pump. After 30 hrs, small amount of samples from each material were taken sequentially to monitor changes in moisture content using a Karl-Fischer method (Metrohm KF 701 Titrino). Absolute moisture contents calculated from the measurements indicated an ideal data distribution could be obtained by drying at temperatures between 7$0^{\circ}C$~8$0^{\circ}C$. Results from cigarette products which contains humectant and tobacco lamina without it were compared.
