This study analyzed the mediating effects of self-esteem and peer relationship in the effects between physical satisfaction and academic adaptation of multicultural youth. The subjects of the study were 1,064 first-year high school students at the time of the survey using the 8th Multicultural Youth Panel (MAPS) data. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, correlations, and path analysis of measurement variables were carried out using SPSS 25.0. According to the analysis, first, multicultural youth's body satisfaction has a positive effect on academic adaptation, and second, self-esteem is completely mediated in the relationship between body satisfaction and academic adaptation. Third, the relationship between multicultural youth's body satisfaction and academic adaptation has been partially mediated. The results will be used to develop basic data and programs to support healthy growth of multicultural youth. These results can be used to develop basic data and programs to devise support measures for healthy growth of multicultural youth.

The most important thing in STEAM education is to enhance students' interest and understanding of science and technology. In this paper, we propose basic circuit system design and control method applicable to STEAM fusion education. The circuit system design practice using the breadboard is designated as an essential curriculum in the corresponding department at the high school and college level in the domestic curriculum. However, there is a lack of STEAM convergence implementation examples that can easily understand circuit system design and control methods. Therefore, we proposed and tested a method to implement and control a media art type circuit system.

This survey provides research into developing knee braces to protect the knee against damage, reduce knee pain, and strengthen the knee. A total of 235 surveys were conducted from December 2019 to January 2020. The subjects were adults in their 20s and over who lived in the Seoul metropolitan area and had experience of using knee braces. In terms of age differences, subjects over 60 years of age purchased knee braces mostly to secure a reduction of pain (ROP), whereas subjects in their 20s and 30s purchased knee braces for physical shock protection (PSP). Subjects in their 40s and 50s purchased knee braces for improvement of muscle movement (IMM). There was no significant difference in shape, material, and locking method based on the reason for wearing the knee brace. These results show that it is conceivable and maybe preferable to produce different knee braces-with a variety of shapes, materials, and locking materials-according to the reason behind wearing a knee brace. Knee braces are worn currently without any differentiation despite the findings of this study. In particular, we argue the need for functional and differentiated development of knee braces specifically for PSP, ROP, and IMM.

This study is intended to learn about the factors appearing in parenting stress and the copying strategies by targeting marriage immigrant women who are raising middle and high school student. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted on seven participants of Marriage Migrant Women who are living in Seoul and Gyeongi area. Generally to say, first of results showed that the personal factors, family factors, social factors and enculturative factors were found out as the factors of parenting stress of them. Secondly, problem-centered and emotion-focused coping strategies for the factors of stress were the main ways. Specifically, as the individual factors, the self-efficiency was coped with problem-focused ways and the parenting roles were coped with emotion-focused ways. As the family factors, child's activity and sociality impact their school adjustment and their mother's parenting stress and, various copying strategies were used depending on the different situation. For the social factors, looking for family supporting as the active problem-focused coping ways were used in husband's family and looking for emotional comfort as the emotion-focused coping ways were used in parents' home. In the case of enculturative factors, the emotion-focused coping strategies were used for the Public gaze and the prejudice around them that caused overwhelming sense of helplessness.

Recently, school violence has come to the fore as a social phenomenon. "Comprehensive countermeasures for eradication of school violence" as a policy safety are created by Safety Administration bureau and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology under the chairmanship of the Office of Prime Minister on Feb,2012. This policy is supposed to be test-operated for a year from March, 2012. but voices of concern about effectiveness have been brought up by some critics greatly. So 172 teachers in high school in Seoul were surveyed in order to examine the effectiveness of "Comprehensive countermeasures for eradication of school violence" with a questionnaire composed of 5 point Likert-type. Among the fundamental measures, there were a total of 12 countermeasures about 'Practices for personality education' (with the exception of unrelated one question). 'Expanding opportunities of various art education and Supporting reading activities' of them ranked highest on average. Then, 'Reflecting results of special feature related to character develops to the Selection of Admission officers and Self-directed learning was the next. And among the three countermeasures about 'Reinforcement of roles of the family and society', 'Pan governmental conducting annual campaign related to broadcast, press, civic group to combat school violence was highest. Finally, among the 7 countermeasures about 'Countermeasure about harmful factors of games and internet addiction', 'Reinforcement of preventive discipline about game and internet addiction' was highest and 'Development and Promotion of various educational contents for preventive discipline about game and internet addiction' was the next.

This study is to analyze the base of selection and feature of description on Korea-related content in Japanese curriculum(geography and history) and high-school geography textbooks. Japanese curriculum requires that there are two or three neighbor countries to be selected and their contents consist of life and culture and have to compare with those of japan in view of understanding and respect on similarity and difference. The content of physical environment is only dealt as factors influencing on life and culture because regional teaming of neighbor countries focus on it. Dok-do is described with conflict region in most of textbooks. But some textbooks describe Dok-do with territory of Shimane-Hyun in Japan or devide like japanese territory on the map. There are described han-gul(Korean language), confucianism, buddhism and christianity, han-bok(Korean clothes), rice and soup, bulgogi(Korean meat dishes) and scissors, spoon and chopsticks, ondol(Korean floor heater), etc. with the cases of specific Korean life and culture. And, exchange between Korea and Japan focuses on more cultural view increasing recently than political and economical view. Then Japanese high-school geography textbooks humanize geography because of they focus on life and culture and promote not only knowledge and understanding but also altruism and empathy because they focus on similarity and difference through comparison between neighbor country and Japan. This shows how to able to practice regional teaming in globalization and multicultural society.

Unlike Sijo researchers' wishes, there is no enough place for Sijo in school education. Its falling tendency has caused the crisis of literature. Literature is not only an act of making a human life become itself humanly but also the most effective way for communicating with all around the world. Especially, Sijo is an important genre for four reasons: (1)understanding about the traditional sentiment, ideology (thoughts), and way of life of a people, (2) including the wisdom to help us live in reality, (3)having a set pattern (standard) which is an important element to develop the language culture, (4)letting us know about the root of the racial literature. These peculiar characteristics of Sijo are the machinery and materials that can elevate the self-identity of teenager who has been undergoing emotional and psychological instability. Therefore, Sijo education should be done to draw a 'clear-map' by using the following order: to understand of Sijo and apply the subjective experience, imagination, and pre-understanding of a learner to it - to understand the embodied world in Sijo in the concrete and experience the basic manner about the way of putting the world into shape - to express the learner's idea and feeling freely and positively - the expression activity focused on their critical thinking - an appreciation expression stressed on the learner's activity to elevate the self-identity.

In this research, based on the CBAM model, there is a research purpose to measure the degree of interest of the physical education teacher ahead of execution of the revised educational curriculum 2015 and to analyze the difference in degree of interest by teacher's background variation. For this reason, we conducted an an- nental survey of 200 physical education teachers in K-area middle school, high schools and analyzed the results. The conclusion of this research is as follows. Firstly, as a whole, the attention to the revised education curriculum has been very high in view, as a result, the physical education teacher at the middle / high school, 2015 about the influence and the result that the revised curriculum gives to the student in the physical education class Although the interest is very high, a systematic approach will be necessary for training and utilization schemes so that 2015 the revised educational curriculum can be executed appropriately. Secondly, since the interest in the revised educational curriculum by the whole number of classes 2015 is different, we need to develop and give a training program for revised curriculum 2015 customization by class number 2015. Training that departs from the one-way set form of transmission training and distribution method of materials depending on the class number may be different. Thirdly, in order to stabilize the revised educational curriculum 2015, it is necessary to develop a course example program corresponding to the level of interest of the physical education teacher.

Despite the numerous graduates being produced in practical music and history, which have not been shorter than 30 years, the employment of students remains an unsolvable task. Most graduates are employed by private institutes as music instructors or got involved in band activities, which are non-regular work and not stable. The rapid development of K-pop along with national strength has changed our lives as well. As a result, the cultural and artistic fields, which were previously recognized only as luxury, have rapidly become popular. In the form of learning, internalized and experiencing, not just watching has a huge impact on improving the quality of our lives. This is reflected in national policies including the operation of cultural arts, education programs in elementary, middle, and high schools, and art programs designed to improve the welfare of residents at local community centers. It is time to expand its job-horizon to the relevant fields, and thus focus on promoting programs related to obtaining certificates to help our students find jobs. In addition, the government should create a course for music teacher certification in the field of practical music that differs from the current music teacher certification of secondary schools. It is very urgent to establish the teaching course in four-year universities or graduate schools of practical music education.

Content is the complex of art and technology of trend, so it is important to experience different technologies for content education. Today, many non-profit organizations plan and operate numbers of programs for disabilities, low-income, and minority families to enhance the quality of life and the realization of social integration. These programs are limited to museums and galleries, not so pro-actively in progressing. Various contend education is necessary to the expansion of cultural exchange for the culturally alienated area. Naver is running an outreach program named . It is an experience-based outreach program where current cartoon / webtoon writers come directly to the school to inform students about the basic story of comics and comic techniques. However, the fact that the is not centered on the marginalized area but is centered on the Seoul Gyeonggi area, has the limitation that they can not benefit from a wide range of programs because they have a space limit of 'school', and, has a spatial limitation that the experience of the work is excluded. 'Outreach programs in marginalized areas' must be reorganized into a fluid dimension, not a fixed, single-system program. You should be able to experience and experience your work by directly using various professional equipment of comics based on your capacity and experience, local culture, religion, and society. These program participants will gain the effect of attractive and effective learning with empathy with their comic experience. Meanings of Comics content outreach program are following: First, the rich cultural archive can be used efficiently by providing various contents to existing outreach programs with the educational limitation of museums and galleries. Second, Comics contents can be enjoyed as a part of our life by understanding diversity and technology of contents. Third, because it is the program of expertise' participation, it can remodel, and restructure the severed experience in remote areas for the continuous growth and development, and furthermore, it can enhance the understanding of society.
