This study would analyze the economic impact of the new financial input to the National Assembly FM Radio. Recently, with the 4th industrial revolution and the change in the new media paradigm, there are changes into multi-media and multi-channels, such as mobile, Internet, and OTT, etc. Reflecting these changing internal and external conditions, National Assembly Television, too, should introduce FM radio broadcasting so that the viewers can use the public services without spatial and temporal constraints. Thus, this study would conduct an analysis, estimating the budget required for investing the new government funding in the National Assembly FM Radio. As for the main analysis results, the coefficient of production inducement was 1.661; that of added value, 1.141; and that of employment inducement, 7.1. In the capital district, the effect on production inducement was 6.928 billion won; that on added value inducement, 4.758 billion won; and that on employment inducement, 28.4 persons. In addition, in the whole country, the effect on production inducement was 13.257 billion won; that on added value inducement, 9.106 billion won; and that on employment inducement, 49.7 persons.
For the development of school meals, this study was designed to identify the status of middle school students who eat eco-friendly school meals with a view to converging on their awareness, interest, and operational satisfaction. The results of the survey of 468 K middle school students in Gwangju were all based on a significant level of p.Validated at 05. There were achievements in the recognition of students' awareness, interest, and operational satisfaction contributing to the improvement of school meal satisfaction, but there were also limitations in the operation of eco-friendly school meals, such as various family composition and budget expansion, and not the entire school. If the disclosure of data on future results is expanded to the whole, it could be used as a valuable resource for improving school meal satisfaction and developing school meals.

We consider an information system where its throughput deteriorates due to security threats and evaluate information security investment portfolios. We assume that organizations adopt information security countermeasures (or portfolios consisted of countermeasures) to lessen the damage resulted from the productivity (or throughput) deterioration. A probability model is used to derive the system throughput and the average number of repairs according to the occurrence rate of security threats. Considering the revenue from throughput, the repair cost, and the investment for the security system, the net present value for each portfolio is derived. Organizations can compare information security investment portfolios and select the optimal portfolio.
The increasing use of various types of data to capture travel behavior relatively discredits the utility of traditional national-scale household travel surveys. However, the surveys are still arguably meaningful in their clarification of purposes and means of travel. Accordingly, this study reviews travel survey cases and related literature, to identify the status of the Korean National Household Travel Survey (KNHTS). It discusses improving the KNHTS's survey method, focusing on its long investigation cycle, short survey period, reduction in sample size, and questionnaire format biased toward mandatory travel. To address these issues, this study suggests reducing the survey cycle, conducting a year-round survey, combining weekday and weekend surveys, and specifying items on nonmandatory travel. These practical suggestions duly consider the validity and reliability of the KNHTS within budget constraints and its applicability to related fields, such as tourism, public health, and sociology.

Although fire incidents occur frequently in factory buildings, the focus has primarily been on property damage rather than human casualties. In this study, we conducted an analysis of RSET(Required Safe Egress Time) variation by examining the relocation of workbenchs using evacuation simulations. The results demonstrated that a simple change in workbench placement led to different RSET and variations in the feasibility of evacuation. Specifically, arranging workbenchs in a vertical configuration reduced travel time for workers and minimized total evacuation time. The hybrid layout of "vertical-horizontal" exhibited the shortest RSET, while the "horizontal-vertical" configuration resulted in the longest RSET. These research findings are significant as they provide practical alternatives to decrease RSET in small-scale factories where additional investments beyond essential safety equipment may pose challenges due to budget constraints. However, it is important to note that this study solely focused on comparing RSET while controlling for all other factors, without considering real-life fire simulations. Therefore, further research is necessary to integrate fire simulations and conduct comprehensive assessments of evacuation safety.
Indonesia's Keplauan Liau region is facing limitations in the development of connected transportation infrastructure due to its archipelago nature, budget constraints, and lack of land. Transportation demand is increasing due to its strategic location in the Malacca Strait Business Triangle and many tourist visits from Singapore and Malaysia. However, due to the nature of connecting many islands, the establishment of transportation infrastructure has not been achieved. This paper aims to predict the innovations that can be brought about by the introduction of advanced air mobility (AAM) with an electric vertical take-off and landing (e-VTOL) system through analysis and application consideration of the actual situation in Indonesia's Kepulauan Liau region. In addition, it intends to contribute to national-level review and policy establishment on the establishment of innovative transportation infrastructure using AAM, reflection in infrastructure construction plans, and active global cooperation.
In recent years, as well as management of public records, interest in the private archive of large and small is growing. Dedicated archive has various types. In addition, lack of personnel and budget, personnel records management professional because the absence, that help you maintain these records in a systematic manner is not easy. Request to the system have continued to rise, but the budget and professionals in order to solve this problem are missing. As breakthrough of the burden to the system with archive dedicated, it introduces the trends and meaning of public recording system, and was examined in detail AtoM function. AtoM is public land can be made by a method that requires a Web service, the database server. Without restrictions, including the advantage of being available free of charge, by the application or operating system specific, installation and operation is convenient. In addition, compatibility, and is highly scalable, AtoM use and convenient archive of private experiencing a shortage of personnel and budget. Because in terms of data management, and excellent interoperability and search share, and use, it is possible in the future, it favors also documentary use through a network of inter-agency archives and private. In addition, Enhancements exhibition services through cooperation with Omeka, long-term storage through Archivematica, many discussion is needed. Public centered around the private area of the recording management spilling expanded, open-source software allows to balance the recording system will be able to play an important role. In addition, the efforts of academia and in the field, close collaboration between the open source recording system through a user study should be continued. Furthermore, co-operation and sharing of private archives expect come true.

The main objective of sewer rehabilitation is to improve its function while eliminating inflow/infiltration (I/I). If we can identify the amount of I/I for an individual pipe, it is possible to estimate the I/Is of sub-areas clearly. However, in real, the amount of I/I for an individual pipe is almost impossible to be obtained due to the limitation of cost and time. In this study, I/I occurrence of each sewer pipe is estimated using AHP (Analytic Hierarch Process) and RPDM (Rehabilitation Priority Decision Model for sewer system) was developed using the estimated I/I of each pipe to perform the efficient sewer rehabilitation. Based on the determined amount of I/I for an individual pipe, the RPDM determines the optimal rehabilitation priority (ORP) using a genetic algorithm for sub-areas in term of minimizing the amount of I/I occurring while the rehabilitation process is performed. The benefit obtained by implementing the ORP for rehabilitation of sub-areas is estimated by the only waste water treatment cost (WWTC) of I/I which occurs during the sewer rehabilitation period. The results of the ORP were compared with those of a numerical weighting method (NWM) which is the decision method for the rehabilitation priority in the general sewer rehabilitation practices and the worst order which are other methods to determine the rehabilitation order of sub-areas in field. The ORP reduced the WWTC by 22% compared to the NWM and by 40% compared to the worst order.

Research and development projects in railroad domain are different from those in other domains in terms of their close relationship with laws. Some cases are reported that new technologies from R&D projects could not be industrialized because of relevant laws restricting them. This problem comes from the fact that researchers don't know exactly what laws can affect the result of R&D projects. To deal with this problem, we suggest a model for law retrieval system that can be used by researchers of railroad R&D projects to find related legislation. Input of this system is a research plan describing the main contents of projects. After laws related to the R&D project is provided with their rankings, which are assigned by scores we developed. A ranking of a law means its order of priority to be checked. By using this system, researchers can search the laws that may affect R&D projects throughout all the stages of project cycle. So, using our system model, researchers can get a list of laws to be considered before the project they participate ends. As a result, they can adjust their project direction by checking the law list, avoiding their elaborate projects being useless.
The safety management of a road network comprises four basic inter-related components:identification of sites(black spot) requiring safety investigation, diagnosis of safety problems, selection of feasible treatments for potential treatment candidates, and prioritization of treatments given limited budgets(Persaud, 2001). Identification process of selecting black spot is very important for efficient investigation of sites. In this study, the accident prediction model for EB method was developed by using accident data and geometric conditions of black spots selected from four-leg signalized intersections in In-cheon City for three years (2004-2006). In addition, by comparing the rank nomination technique using EB method to that by using accident counts, we managed to show the problems which the existing method have and the necessity for developing rational prediction model. As a result, in terms of total number of accidents, both the counts predicted by existing non-linear regression model and that by EB method have high good of fitness, but EB method, considering both the accident counts by sites and total number of accident, has better good of fitness than non-linear poison model. According to the result of the comparison of ranks nominated for treatment between two methods, the rank for treatment of almost sites does not change but SeoHae intersection and a few other intersections have significant changes in their rank. This shows that, with the technique proposed in the study, the RTM problem caused by using real accident counts can be overcome.
