최근까지 강원도 일대에서는 산불재난으로 큰 곤욕을 치렀다. 본문의 표1의 자료에서 나와 있듯이 2000년대 이후 대한민국은 지속적인 산불재난으로 인해 세대에 걸친 중대한 피해를 입고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 산불재난을 바라보는 인식의 변화가 필요할 것이며, "불가피성의 자연재해"라는 사후조치성 위주의 기존인식을 확장하여 사전조치성 예방 및 준비단계에 관심을 기울일 필요성이 있다고 생각된다.

Many studies on cause and prevention of claim have been carried out but they were mostly intended to come up with the improvement measures, improvement system or the measures to deal with the claim, which consequently lacked the substantial ways to identify the details of claim for prevention purpose. That is, there's in fact no tool, in preparation for potential claims, to identify and review the major potential causes at design stage to mitigate the claim and thus, it's necessary to develop the tool such as checklist needed to prepare the claim-supporting documents, check the relevant laws as well as to identify the cause of claim. Hence the study, given the fact that cause of claim is mostly generated at the design stage though the claim itself tends to occur at the construction stage, was aimed at developing the checklist based on contract document such as design documents at design stage for public construction projects in a bid to prevent the potential claim occurred at the design stage.

본 논문에서는 고령화 사회로 인한 치매 환자 증가 문제해결을 위해 웹(web) 기반으로 동작하는 치매 예방용 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 사전 준비단계로 치매 관련 시스템 및 기술고찰을 통해 개발범위를 규정하였고, 이를 근거로 프로그램을 작성하였다.

낙동강 하구 유역은 상류에서 퇴적되는 모래로 인해 수심의 변화가 매우 심한 지역으로써, 부산청에서는 인근 항해 선박의 안전을 위해 저수심 표시용 등주를 설치하여 운영하고 있다. '04년 첫 설치 이후, 지역적 특성과 구조물 자체의 한계로 선박추돌 및 기상(태풍, 홍수 등)으로 인한 등주 분실사고가 매년 발생(총 305기)하였으며, 이렇게 유실된 등주는 낙동강 하구 유역을 통항하는 선박의 항행 안전에 큰 위협이 되었다. 부산청은 침몰된 등주와 통항선박과의 충돌 등 안전사고 예방을 위해 '17년 낙동강 하구 분실 등주에 대한 수색 및 인양 사업을 실시하였다. 본 논문은 동 사업의 준비단계부터 최종준공까지의 추진방안 및 결과 등 주요사항들을 고찰하고 공유하여 향후 해저 항행위험물 제거 사업 추진에 있어 참고가 되고자 한다.

Smoking is one of the important public health concerns because it is preventable causes regarding individuals' negative health consequences and increased social and economic cost. However, few studies have examined longitudinal patterns of stages of changes(SOC) in smoking behaviors among the general population. The purpose of the study is to explore the latent patterns of SOC over time among Korean adult smokers using the 2008-2016 Korea Welfare Panel Study. A repeated measure latent class analysis is employed in the present study. The finding of the present study are as follows: First, four latent groups were identified: (1) action/maintenance stage(33.6%), (2) contemplation/preparation to action/maintenance stage(14.8%), (3) continuously contemplation/preparation stage(29.6%), and (4) continuously pre-contemplation stage(22.1%). Second, the results of a multinomial logistic regression found that socio-demographic and clinical characteristics were associated with the identified longitudinal patterns of smoking behaviors. Compared to a continuously pre-contemplation stage, higher levels of depressive symptoms and drinking behavior were associated with increased odds of being in action/maintenance stage. The findings of the present study highlight that a tailored intervention is needed for individuals with continuously pre-contemplation stage and contemplation stage.

전기에 의한 화재 발생시 재래시장은 소방안전관리체계나 일관된 지휘체계를 갖추고 있지 않아 화재발생시 적절한 대응을 하지 못해 많은 재산상 피해를 보게 된다. 전기에 의한 화재를 예방하기 위해서는 전기설비의 열화나 고장에 대한 절연저항 측정 또는 누설전류를 측정하는 등의 대책이 있으나 전기설비 열화나 고장은 비가시적이고 비노출식이므로 이를 상시 검출하고 감시할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 필요로 하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전기화재에 취약한 재래시장용 전기안전 감시시스템 개발을 위한 준비단계로 먼저 고압이나 저압을 수전 받고 있는 국내 재래시장 17개소에서 수배전반, 분전반 등에 사용하는 차단기들의 종류와 용량 및 상가 분전반에 사용하는 차단기의 종류와 용량, 분기 회로수 등에 대한 조사 분석을 통해 재래시장용 전기안전 감시시스템의 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

Recently, many corporations and public institutions are busy preparing and providing measures in dealing with new privacy information law. This study reviews privacy impact assessments in order to perform preventing and diagnosis against potential threats focus on the K-hospital case. The quality of protection in K-hospital shows that the corporations itself is 79.0, the system is 97.0, the life cycle of the privacy is 67.4 and CCTV is 90.0. The lowest levels are saving and keeping 50.0, usage and offer 64.1 and destruction 66.7 among the life cycle of the privacy. The result of risk analysis shows that the highest levels are controlling for privacy 11.0, saving and keeping 12.5 and destruction 13.0. From the result, dangerous duplications are saving and keeping and destructions.

This study was designed to develop a positive behavior support model for children in child care institutions. For this purpose, a demand survey for PBS was conducted with 55 child care institution staff members. 76% of the respondents responded that PBS is needed to prevent problem behavior and can be a good alternative for personality education, and approximately 70% responded that they are willing to implement PBS. The specifications of the model are suggested as follows. First, the preparation step would consist of establishing a support team, educating staff members about PBS, selecting expected behaviors, assessing the current baseline behavior, and setting up a universal PBS environment. The application step would consist of instructing social skills, implementing reinforcement, personal goal-setting and assessing behavior, educating trouble-making students, and monitoring. Finally, at the outcome assessment period, measuring the change in target behavior from the pre-intervention to the post-intervention stage, change in social skills and academic achievement, and social validity is suggested. It is expected that application of this model to children in child care institution will decrease problem behaviors of students, enhance desirable behaviors, and boost the staff members' efficacy.

The purpose of the present study was to develop a convergent education contents for dementia prevention, operating on the web network applying modern information technology(IT). At the preparation stage, local and worldwide literatures related to dementia were analyzed followed by surveying industry demands, based on which the program was designed and developed. In the following enhancement stage, the program was modified as much as possible by advices obtained from experts in various fields. Development results of the present program are summarized as follows. Firstly, 645 intellect development model to prevent dementia was established through peer review and verification of convergent education theories by expert groups. This model was named as "Garisani" meaning "cognition capable of judging objects" in the Korean language. Secondly, 'Find a way' and 'Connect a line' modules were developed in the numeric field as well as 'Identify a letter(I, II)' modules, in the language field for web-based left brain training program. Thirdly, 'Find my car' and 'Vision training' modules in the attention field and 'Object inference' and 'Compare pictures' modules in the cognition field were developed for web-based right brain training program. Fourth, 'Pentomino' and 'BQmaze'(Brain Quotient and maze) modules in the space perception field and 'Visual training' in the memory field were developed for web-based left and right brains training. Fifth, all results were integrated leading to a 52 week Garisani convergent education program for dementia prevention.

As the working design process of Turn-Key projects is a basic process for the final contract, this process has lots of business decision to be made. Because such results of business decision can be the basis on contract documents, it is the step which needs a through management for Turn-key project. But in case of domestic construction companies, because those are not organized process of working design process, project manager has had lots of trouble at each process to make the business decision. As a means of settling the problems, this research is initiated. First, working decision management process is identified and generalized by interviews with project managers. Second, cases that actually happened in the project are investigated and categorized. Third, response plan to solve the problems and check lists to prevent the problems are suggested. Finally, the process, cases, response plan, and check list are integrated using CBR for future reuse.
