The interaction effect of school stress and anger expression styles were not significant. But anger-out significantly moderated the impact of school stress on domineering/controlling of interpersonal problem. These findings suggest that the intervention for preventing and relieving interpersonal problem in adolescent should focus on reducing school stress and maladaptive anger expression. • This study aims to examine terrorism by biological agents. These days terrorism evolved so rapidly that more than one terror occurs a day in global society as we are on the edge of so-called New-terrorism. One of new examples of new terrorism is Bioterrorism by biological agents. In order to address Bioterrorism we should conduct a study to examine things to be prepared at ordinary times and future plans. As an effort to develop countermeasures against Bioterrorism, anti-terrorism laws should be made on Prevention phases anti-terrorism funding laws as well. Other Bioterrorism laws need to be made. On Response phases initial reaction task force should be ready for making positive initial reaction. A special hospital for CBR(Chemical, Biologlcal, and Radiological) warfare needs to be designated to practice medicine. Biological~safety-Levels should be constructed by IV levels. Effective public promotion network should be built. On Recovery phases evaluation system needs to be suggested and international cooperative network should be established.

  • This study aims to prepare countermeasures to prevent and minimize drowning accident in inland waters by examining the current status of inland water safety management in Korea and diagnosing the defects. The defects in current inland water safety management is analyzed in four aspects. First is the legal defect that includes the absence of legislation that directs the inland water safety management. Second is the instructional defect such as the absence of educational program for prevention of inland water accidents and lack of professional water rescue experts. Third is cooperation defect such as dispersed reporting system and lack of private-public partnership in accident response. Fourth is the defect of emergency response ability, professionalism and accident response skills due to the dispersion and overlaps of safety management systems. In order to improve these defects, this study finds the countermeasures based on the survey of water sports professions and users and its analysis as follows: legislation of '(tentatively named) special act for water safety management in inland waters' is suggested in the legal aspects. A development of inland waters safety education program and training of water accident experts are suggested in the instructional aspects. Integrated operational system for water accident management, activation of safety network and re-establishment of private-public partnership are suggested in the cooperation aspects. Systematic and efficient inland water safety management plans such as enhancement of accident response skills and expertise and integrated inland water safety management with fire department-centered system were suggested in the aspects of emergency response ability.

In addition, the sum of the property damage 2,560 billion, injured number 1,599 people, it was announced in deaths number 263 people. Although Korea government have announced many fire manuals for fire prevention, the reason that many of the wounded and the dead occurred is because people have recognized fire riskiness in just only head simply from manual. In this paper, the simulation system for prevention of fire based virtual reality is proposed to solve this problems. The people who trained by proposed system can recognize and realize fire riskiness more than fire writing manuals.

  • This study analyzed the data from Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey to examine factors associated with help-seeking among Korean adults with suicidal ideation. The results from binary logistic regression analysis showed that being currently married, low family income, and absence of diagnosed clinical depression were negatively associated with seeking help. Gender, age, education, the PHQ total score, and health insurance did not significantly change the probability of seeking help. The future suicide help-seeking intervention should focus on those who are less likely to seek help.

  • Now that we are entering an aging society, the user interface for new devices and IoT technology is very inconvenient for senior generation. To improve this, we propose an AI technology-based intelligent senior assistant voice recognition system. This system implements Cloud platform based API to accumulate data for machine learning processing, provides content for diagnosis and prevention of dementia, and provide chat-bot content for senior generation. We hope that senior generations will increase the accessibility and convenience of IoT devices and new technology devices with our system.
