  • As the number of successful business design innovation product cases increases, interest in design innovation is increasing. This study aims to examine how the design innovation (functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics) of Bluetooth speaker products affects the customer's preference and purchase intention. It proposes a research model through rational behavior theory (TRA) and technology acceptance model (TAM) for empirical research. The questionnaire is composed of questions to understand the influence of design innovation, favorability, and purchase intention. This is a study to increase the possibility of success of design innovation products by examining how design innovation through research results affects customer preference and purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this research is to find out how festival servicescape and human service impact the participant's emotional response and behavioral intention in terms of participants as consumers. The servicescape of festival indicated 4 common factors, named cleanliness, convenience, suitability and attravtiveness. As a result of analysis, it indicated that cleanliness and convenience from among the servicescape of festival variables are positively on positive emotion, negatively on negative emotion. And it was analyzed that all the variables of human service influence significantly on emotional response. Especially, it showed that expertise of human service variables influence on positive emotion the most, influence significantly on negative emotion. The result of relationship on behavioral intention indicated that the convenience factor of festival servicescape and expertise factor of human service influence significantly. Therefore, to operate successful festival, festival organizer should plan and manage the festival based on factors which comprises festival servicescape and human service.

  • In order to improve manufacturing performance by flexibilities, type of strategies, types of information with manufacturing companies in Korea. This study is based on the situation theory. The variables of flexibility were applied with 'product flexibility' and 'mix flexibility'. 'low-cost strategy' and 'differentiation strategy' were applied at strategy types. Financial information and non-financial information, information attributes are applied at. At this study, product flexibility is significantly influenced the differentiation strategy. Mix flexibility is significantly influenced the low cost strategy. Only the low-cost strategy significantly affected on financial information and non-financial information. financial information and non-financial information were significantly influenced on Productive performance. To achieve the purpose of this study, Structural Equation Model (SEM) has been applied.

  • 자동차 산업은 친환경 규제 대응과 함께 운전자의 안전성, 편의성 등 운전자의 가치 증대에 초점을 맞추어 IT기술이 융합된 전장기술의 필요성이 증가하고 있으며, 기술 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이는 하이브리드 자동차나 전기자동차에 사용되는 인버터, 컨버터, 충전기 등의 전력변환장치뿐만 아니라 기존의 내연기관 자동차의 전자 샤시(electronic chassis), 지능형 자동차, 48V 전력시스템 등 다양한 부문의 전장품 개발을 포함한다. 전장품의 증가는 필수적으로 전력부하의 증가를 의미한다. 이러한 전기에너지 소모량 증가에 따른 대안으로 태양광 자동차 같은 친환경 에너지를 보조 전원으로 활용하는 자동차들이 개발되기도 한다. 하지만 이러한 차량 전기에너지의 감소 또는 증가가 연비에 미치는 영향을 판단할 수 있는 관련 연구를 찾기 어려울 뿐만 아니라 현장의 차량 설계자들은 실제 차량을 구현하기 전까지 전기 에너지 변화에 따른 연비 영향성을 판단하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 내연 기관 차량의 전기에너지 변화에 따른 연비 영향성을 분석하여 보다 효율적인 에너지 사용 방안에 대해 고찰한다. 상용 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 전기에너지 사용별 연비에 미치는 영향을 분석한다.

  • The object of this research is to analyze the impact of the four dimensions of on-line game attributes, challenge, social interaction, entertainment and actuality, on customer satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time, mediating effects of switching barriers, such as switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives on the relationships between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are also analyzed. The results showed that the challenge, social interaction, entertainment had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also effected customer loyalty. Another important result is that switching cost and attractiveness of alternatives played an intermediating role between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

  • E-homestudy refers to e-Learning after school. This concept has been introduced by Korean Government as a substitute for expensive private tutoring. The purpose of this research is to explore the perceptions and relationships among determinants affecting the attitude and satisfaction level in e-homestudy. Such factors as subjective norms, visibility, perceived usefulness, quality of contents, facilitating conditions, interactions are introduced into the model. The survey results show that the attitude and the self-directed teaming level influence the satisfaction level in e-homestudy; the subjective norms, visibility, and perceived usefulness are the major determinant affecting the attitude; the quality of contents as well as interactions have positive impact on the perceived usefulness.

  • The purpose of this research is to explore the causality of autonomy, competence, and relatedness which are major variables in self-determination theory this study examines factors affecting intrinsic motivation, which also influences Social Presence. The results indicates that competence and relatedness positively influence. Firstly, Autonomy not significantly influences Social Presence. Secondly, Competence significantly influences Social Presence. Thirdly, Relatedness significant1y influenced Social Presence. Fourthly, Social Presence significantly influences Loyalty.

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관의 효율적인 조직구조의 형성방안을 위하여 대학 도서관 조직구조의 상황변수, 기본변수, 구조형태 및 조직유효성 간에 상호영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한 것으로서 이론적인 배경을 토대로 연구모형을 설계한 후에 실증적인 검증을 시도하였다. 이 검증을 위하여 상황변수는 환경, 기술, 규모, 전략유형, 권력유형을 채택하고, 기본변수는 복잡화, 공식화, 집권화를 채택하였으며, 구조형태는 단순조직, 기능별조직, 분관조직, 주제별조직(I)(II)로 구분하였고, 조직유효성 변수는 능률성, 유연성, 정보자료관리 및 만족성을 채택하였으며, 만족성은 조직몰입과 직무만족으로 세분하였다. 연구결과 조직구조의 상황변수, 기본변수 및 구조형태는 상호간에 영향을 주며, 궁극적으로 조직유효성에 영향을 주지만 그 내용은 극히 미약한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 모든 측면에서 조직유효성이 높은 조직은 없고, 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 구조형태는 극히 미약한 것으로 분석되었다.

Effects of Children's Individual Variables and Maternal Parenting on Children's Playfulness (유아의 개인적 요인과 어머니의 양육행동이 유아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of children's temperament, self-control and maternal parenting on children's playfulness. The subjects of this study were 288 3-, 4- and 5- years old children and their mothers. The collected data were analyzed by correlations and pathway analysis. The results were as follows: First, children's sex, sociability temperament, self-control and maternal authoritarian parenting directly affected children's playfulness. Children's sex indirectly affected children's playfulness through children's activity level and self-control. Children's sociability and emotionality temperament indirectly affected children's playfulness through maternal authoritarian parenting. Maternal authoritarian parenting indirectly children's playfulness affected through children's self-control. Second, the most important variable predicting children's playfulness was maternal authoritarian parenting.

  • 1960년대 후반에 미국MIT대학의 인공지능 실험실에서 Seymour Papert와 그의 동료들에 의해 개발된 LOGO프로그래밍 언어학습이 초등학생의 창의성 발달에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였다. 그래서 LOGO프로그래밍 언어는 MSWLogo를 초등학교 5학년을 대상으로 주 2회 20차시 학습을 하고 창의성 검사는 TORRANCE TTCT(도형)을 활용하여 실시했으며, 창의성 전체요인과 세부항목에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, LOGO프로그래밍 언어 학습 활동이 창의성 발달에 효과적인 것으로 보인다. 둘째, LOGO프로그래밍 언어가 세부항목인 유창성, 독창성, 추상성, 정교성, 저항요인 향상에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실험집단 내 남학생과 여학생간의 창의성 발달에 기여하는 정도는 동일한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때 LOGO프로그래밍 언어가 아동의 두뇌 활동을 자극하여 창의성 발달에 유용한 것으로 사료된다.
