재래식 간척 및 매립은 연안 간사지를 소멸시켜 수생생물의 산란 및 서식지를 훼손시킴으로써 해양 생태계를 파괴시킬 뿐 아니라 연안역 해수의 자정능력을 감소시켜 수질의 악화를 초래하고 있다(Y, Hosokawa, 1992). 따라서 향후 간척, 매립을 하거나 호안을 축조할 때에는 외해측에 수심이 얕고 경사가 완만한 해저 환경을 새롭게 조성함으로써 수질 및 해양 생태계를 보전하는 환경 친화적 연안개발 공법의 도입이 요망된다. (중략)

연안어선의 선형적 특성에 대한 검토를 수행 하여 적합한 선형에 대한 정보를 제공한고자 한다. 또한 선수 벌브설치로 인한 저항성능과 내항성능에 대한 고찰을 통해 연안 어선의 선형설계 개선 사항에 대해서 제시하여 보고자 한다.

선박통항이 빈번하고 해상 교통밀도가 높아 해양사고가 빈번한 서남해역의 해상교통안전에 기여하고자 진도 연안VTS 센터를 구축, 2006년 7월 19일 개국식을 갖고 본격적인 운영을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 진도 연안VTS 관제범위내 주변환경과 항행 위해요소 분석, 교통실태 관측조사 및 해양사고 분석을 통한 해상교통환경평가를 실시하여 진도 연안VTS 관제범위내 해상교통시스템 개선을 위한 항행 위해요소를 제시한다

The marine ecosystem survey investigates and analyzes multi-parameters at various times from various sites. Therefore, it is very difficult to analyze the complex ecological data of multi-items effectively, and it is more difficult to identify the current status and diagnose the problems of ecosystem through data analysis. Therefore, this paper aims to provide an example of interpretation of complex ecological data through analysis of distribution characteristics and outliers of ecological survey data. The main contents of the study are to elucidate the background levels of coastal ecosystem parameters considering the distribution characteristics of data, and to establish ecosystem monitoring indicators and an adaptive management system for the coastal waters in Korean Peninsula. The data used in this paper are based on the coastal ecosystem survey of the National Marine Ecosystem Monitoring Program conducted by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (MOF) and the Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation (KOEM), and the major citations are from year 2015 to 2017. This article is a preliminary study to establish the above processes and the final result will be derived in 2020 when the coastal ecosystem survey is completed three times along the Korean coast.

The marine traffic congestion has increased due to the expansion of vessel traffic volume in Korean coastal waterway these days. Heavy traffic could bring serious marine casualties which cause the loss of human lives, properties and marine pollution in coastal area. In this paper. the probability analysis of marine casualties in Korean coastal To achieve this aim, clears up the cause of accident and examines closely the mutual relations among marine casualties, weather condition, and marine traffic volume. These casualties are classified into several pattens or the point of view of ship‘s size, ship’s type and ship‘s age and its characteristics of each patten are described in detail.

연안해역은 육상환경과 해양환경이 상호작용하는 완충지역으로서, 양식어장, 항만, 해수욕장 등으로 이용되고 있다. 남해안과 같은 연안해역은 기초생산력이 아주 높고, 해면양식업에 적합한 지형적 여건을 갖추고 있어 옛부터 어패류 양식장으로 널리 이용되고 있다. 연안환경 특성에 따라 크게 2가지 유형 즉, 진해만과 같이 외부 부하량 증가로 적조가 상습적으로 발생하는 부영양화된 해역, 한산ㆍ거제만과 같이 외부 부하량 유입이 적고 기초생산력이 낮은 빈영양 해역으로 나누어진다. (중략)

This study aims at proposing and developing the coastal management policy tool package contingent upon coastal community circumstance so that coastal regional government may enhance the efficiency of coastal administration and reestablish the coastal region master plan systematically. The 8 coastal policy tools of the already-tested U. S. coastal region government will be utilized as the new alternative on behalf of the Korean coastal region government. According to the result of experts survey, these tools especially can be used effectively in the tourism, disaster, restoration, and scenary coastal function types. Although this study is exploratory, it will be expected to contribute as the basic survey results of the successive research and coastal region policy development in Korea.

미국은 연방국가이기 때문에 미국의 주요정책을 이해하기 위해서는 연방정격의 정책과 주정부의 정책 을 살펴봐야함. 연안통합관리정책도 마찬가지이며, 여기서는 우선 연방정부의 정책을 소개하며, 주정부의 정책은 다음 기회에 소개하고자 함 본고는 필자가 1년 6개익간 미국 로드아일랜드대학교의 연안자원센타 에서 연안통합관리에 관한 연수할 기회를 가졌는데 동 기간동안 수집한 자료들을 정리한 것임.

21세기 해양시대를 맞이하여 선진 해양수산 경남으로의 발전 도약을 위하여 2002년부터 2006 년까지 5개년에 걸쳐 지역특성을 살린 자율적이고 미래지향적인 해양수산업 및 삶의 질이 향상되는 해양수산종합발전계획을 수립하였다. 해양수산업의 현 실태는 대외적으로는 신 해양질서의 재편, 대내적으로는 해양환경오염 등으로 어업여건이 악화되고 있으며, 또한 체계적인 어업관리 미비로 인하여 잡는어업 관리의 문제점이 노출되었다. 양식어장 관리부실 및 수산물 수입 급증으로 양식기반이 위축되고, 소득기반 및 정주환경 열악으로 탈어촌ㆍ노령화 현상이 가속화되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하기 위해 연근해 어업의 구조조정 및 어업자원 관리를 통해 연근해어업의 경쟁력을 강화시키고, 기르는 어업의 육성과 연안어장 목장화 및 쾌적하고 생명력 넘치는 해양환경 조성으로 수산물 생산량을 향상시키는 수산업에 대한 종합발전계획을 수립하였다. 또한, 수산물 수출촉진과 유통혁신 및 가공산업 현대화를 통해 수산물 가공업의 영세성을 탈피하여 풍요롭고 활력이 넘치는 어촌개발, 해양레져타운 건설 및 선진 어업인을 육성하기 위한 해양산업발전계획도 수립하였다.
