This study was attemted to grasp the factors affecting the clinical decision-making ability of nurse. Data were collected from 156 nurse working in hospital in G-do. Analysis was done using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression with IBM SPSS WIN/25.0. The most influential factor on the subjects' clinical decision-making ability was nursing Research 'very interest', critical thinking tendency, 'master/doctor', clinical experience 'more than 20 years and 1 month', moral behavior, nursing research 'important', 'single', clinical work experience '5 years, 1 month-10 years', department work experience '3 years 1 month-5 years'. The explanatory power was 51.4%. It was significant in that it was confirmed that interest and importance, moral behavior, academic background, and career are variables that influence clinical decision-making ability. The results of this study can be utilized as basic data for the development of intervention plans and programs that can increase clinical decision-making ability in the context of an ethical dilemma. In addition, developing and verifying educational programs that can increase clinical decision-making abilities in ethical dilemmas is needed.

This study investigates the dynamics of the digital divide and social inclusion in a society increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence (AI) by 2035. Using a 2×2 matrix scenario analysis, the research explores future scenarios based on two axes: the level of AI technological advancement and societal response. The scenarios range from an "Inclusive AI Society," characterized by advanced AI technology and comprehensive societal measures, to an "AI Polarized Society," marked by rapid AI advancement but fragmented social responses, exacerbating inequalities. The study emphasizes the critical role of both technological and social strategies in addressing the challenges of AI-driven societies. It provides policy recommendations to mitigate potential disparities, highlighting the need for inclusive education, equitable access to AI benefits, and adaptive governance frameworks. The findings aim to inform policymakers and stakeholders about the impacts of AI on social inclusion and the digital divide, proposing strategies for fostering a balanced and equitable AI future.

This study aimed to examine the dilemma of rural China under rapid urbanization process after economic reform, by paying attention to the problem of the order of village community and the expression of individual desires depicted in the film with a rural background. To this end, the narrative analysis, which is suitable for exploring the story structure and expression style of the text, was conducted to examine the community order and ethics, patriarchy and paternity, and the expression of desires of subject. In the film, closed space and villagers, who are disciplined by community customs, local culture, and formality of the rule of manners, are depicted. The film is covered in a form of mystery movie dealing with the deaths of members of the village community. However, the film talks about the rise of the Imaginary desire of subject against the symbolic rules of community order and ethics through the puzzle pieces story according to the perspectives of the characters. In conclusion, through the narrative analysis, it was possible to examine the implications of weakened communal discipline and paternity of the countryside by the rapid urbanization of China, and implications of the lethargy and neurosis of the subjects.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the attitudes towards death and euthanasia of Nurses and Nursing students live in convergence era. The participants were 380 nurses and nursing students and data were collected from May until June of 2014. The data were collected by means of self reported questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe test with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The result showed that the fear of death of others with nursing students was higher than nurses (t=-3.34, p=.001) and nursing students supported euthanasia more than nurses(t=-3.06, p=.002). Among the death attitude, both of the nurses and the nursing students had the highest score 'fear of their own dying' and the lowest score 'fear of the dying of others'. Regarding attitude to euthanasia, both of them the most important factor was 'the right of the client'. These results suggest that death education program to deal with nursing services without ethical conflicts should be developed.

Nanotechnology is a rapidly expanding field, focused on the creation of functional materials, devices, and systems through the control of matter on the nanometer scale. Recently many countries including Korea are rushing into promoting research and development of nanotechnology. Because the nanoscale is not just other step toward miniaturization, but a qualitatively new scale, progress in nanotechnology will have very far-reaching social, ethical, and environmental impacts. This paper aims to examine social issues and implications of nanotechnology development. To do so, this paper divides the issues around nanotechnology into several sub-issues: environmental, health-related, and societal issues. And then this paper reviews the debates and disputes around those sub-issues. Based on this review, this paper proposes some policy recommendation.

This paper provides the emerging flow of new communication technology using ubiquitous learning (u-Learning). In the intelligent Ubiquitous environment, humans and devices with computing abilities become interoperable. u-Learning will lead students to open their minds to the world and motivate self-learning, which may lead them to learn and communicate more efficiently, and save time, cost and energy. Through case research, regarding education, learning attitude, custom and, personal relations, one must solve the fundamental issues of misuse and outflow problems regarding personal information that will be widely collected in detail than the present condition, and in order for this not to happen, further support of the law and system, plus ethical perspectives must be considered in order to progress.

The purpose of this study is to examine the sequential mediating effects of social withdrawal and depression in the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision of multicultural adolescents. To this end, we analyzed adolescents data from the 8th year survey(2018) of the 'Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study(MAPS)' provided by the National Youth Policy Institute(NYPI). As a result of the study, first, achievement motivation was found to have a significant and positive effect on career decision. Second, it was found that social withdrawal did not mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Third, it was found that depression mediates the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Fourth, it was found that social withdrawal and depression sequentially mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and career decision. Based on the results of this study, we searched for social support measures to improve the career decision of multicultural adolescents and support their career paths, and suggested implications and limitations of the results of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies.

The Korean government is attempting to promote technology-based start-ups and venture firms that can lead to new national growth engines being developed. Although government support policies focus on improving survival rates, strategic tools for sustainability management based on a continuing company's assumption are also relevant. Previous studies indicate corporate social responsibility (CSR) as an important strategic tool for the management of corporate sustainability. This research is an exploratory study that seeks to empirically analyze the applicability of such CSR to venture firms. Existing previous studies have been carried out by large companies and surveys, and there are limitations that do not reflect the characteristics of companies. To complement the shortcomings of previous studies and propose practical consequences, this study conducted an empirical analysis using raw data from government approval statistics to identify the growth stages of venture firms. Using the 2018 Survey of Korea Venture Firms, we identified the growth stages of domestic venture firms and used the data envelopment analysis (DEA) to investigate the effect of CSR activities on managerial efficiency. The analysis found that CSR during start-up and early growth cycles did not affect managerial performance. The organization that conducted enthusiastic CSR activities performed better than those that did not perform CSR activities since the rapid growth era. Ultimately, the scale efficiency of venture business was the highest from the rapid growth era when the CSR was not done. This study is a pioneering study that found that after the period of high growth, venture firms' CSR activities can affect managerial performance. Therefore, it is important to advise applicable policies and business decision-makers that CSR practices can be a tactical resource for improving performance of management.

The purpose of this study is to suggest how to use digital textbooks to cultivate digital citizenship of elementary and secondary students. We analyzed domestic and international research on digital citizenship and analyzed the definition and elements of digital citizenship. Based on the analysis, we formed a council where field teachers, education experts, and government agencies participated. This study devised the elements and competence models of digital citizenship for elementary and secondary school students, and suggested teaching methods using digital textbooks. As a result, we derived five elements of 'Digital Literacy', 'Digital Communication', 'Digital Ethics', 'Digital Responsibility', and 'Digital Creativity & Collaboration', and devised a 'Triangle competency model' for the school site application.

Recently, luxury research has been interested the basis of the effect of charity on luxury brand. Some of their results showed that guilt reduction plays an important role in this mechanism. Current research focuses on the moderating effect of negative perception of production on the effect of charity and the moderated mediation of guilt reduction. An experiment using a well-known luxury brand is conducted. Results show that charity influences purchase intent toward luxury branded product positively and negative perception of production's main effect is negative. Charity x Production perception is significant. More importantly, moderated mediation of guilt reduction was significant, showing the mediated effect is greater when participants perceive the production negatively. Findings of this research provide theoretical and practical implications for the marketing of luxury brands, suggesting the new perspectives of ethic perception effect of production.
