(재)한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서는 1995년도 데이터베이스 표준화 사업으로 데이터베이스 제작,구축,유통,이용 등에 관련된 5개의 과제를 연구 수행하였으며, 동 결과물에 대하여 데이터베이스 분야의 각계 전문가 자문 및 간담회 등을 통해 의견을 수렴한 "데이터베이스 표준화 연구보고서"를 발간하였다. 이 연구보고서는 연구 과제별로 5개로 구성되어 있으며 그중 하나인 "데이터베이스 품질 평가에 관한 연구"를 발췌하여 2회에 걸쳐 게재하고자 한다.

This study was to find science high school students' perception about composing laboratory reports by grade. The instrument to survey the perception of them consisted of the perception about making a lab report, and the effect of compositing laboratory reports on the scientific concept understanding and the scientific inquiry ability. Subjects were 260 students of four science high schools in Seoul metropolitan city and Kyounggi province. Most of science high school students had a little positive perception about compositing lab reports, but they had very positive perception about the effects of it on the scientific concept understanding and scientific inquiry ability. There was the significant difference between grades, because the 10th grade students showed more positive perception toward compositing lab reports than the 11th graders(p<.05). The results suggested that different educational approaches and teaching strategies be needed for science high school students considering grades.

The purpose of this research was to investigate how the peer review activity of lab report in the problem-solving experiment effected on the description ability and the quality improvement. The students who were taking the general chemistry experiment course were the subjects for this study. They finished lab reports and received peer review from their peers more than two times. The students who got feedback answered on peer review, revised their reports, and subsequently, completed final reports. The result showed that peer review affected the qualitative improvement of the lab report, specially in the process of 'designing experiment' and 'drawing conclusion and evaluation'. Students could organize their thoughts through writing lab reports. During this process, peer review activities provided the opportunity of self-examination and the way for viewing as objective standpoint. Moreover, the activities established communication fields for exchanging mutual opinions and learning.

동굴의 환경에 따라 동굴내부의 동물상은 차이가 나타난다. 본 연구는 백용동굴을 중심으로 하여 환경에 따른 동물의 분포상태 및 동굴동물을 구분하였다 본 동굴의 동물상에 대하여는 과거에 남궁 준(1977.6, 1983.7), 남궁 준·백 남극(1979.12). 김 득수(1977.7, 1975.5), 남궁 준ㆍ조 규송(1989.8) 등에 의해 조사된 바 있고, 그 결과는 한국동굴보존협회의 "종합학술조사보고서(1979.12)", 한국자연보존협회 강원도 지부의 "강원도의 희귀자원 조사보고서 제4집(1987)", 강원도 평창군의 "백룡동굴 학술조사보고서(1989.12)"등을 통하여 모두 8강 24과 26속 28종의 동굴동물의 목록과 분포생태 등이 발표된 바 있다.(중략)

원전 주변 주민의 갑상선암 발생에 원전의 영향이 있다는 부산지법 동부지원의 판결(2014.10.17.) 이후 원자력학회와 방사선방어학회는 학술적 사실에 입각한 보고서를 작성하기로 하고 금년 1월부터 과학계와 의학계의 전문 학자로 구성된 보고서 발간위원회(공동위원장 김교윤, 박우윤)를 구성하여 6월에 '원전 주변 주민과 갑상선암 발생에 관한 보고서'를 발간하였으며, 보고서의 내용을 쉽게 일반 국민에게 설명할 기회가 필요하다는 의견에 따라 지난 9월에는 보고서 설명회를 개최한 바 있다. 설명회에서 보고서 발간 참여 전문가들은 방사선 과학 및 의학과 역학 전문 연구분야에서 학술적인 접근을 통해 방사선과 갑상선암과의 상관 관계를 진단한 결과 정상적으로 운영되고 있는 원전과 주변 주민의 갑상선암 발생 사이에는 인과 관계가 없다고 판단했다고 강조했다. 본고는 보고서의 내용을 요약한 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of using deep learning language models to extract references automatically and create a reference database for research reports in an efficient manner. Unlike academic journals, research reports present difficulties in automatically extracting references due to variations in formatting across institutions. In this study, we addressed this issue by introducing the task of separating references from non-reference phrases, in addition to the commonly used metadata extraction task for reference extraction. The study employed datasets that included various types of references, such as those from research reports of a particular institution, academic journals, and a combination of academic journal references and non-reference texts. Two deep learning language models, namely RoBERTa+CRF and ChatGPT, were compared to evaluate their performance in automatic extraction. They were used to extract metadata, categorize data types, and separate original text. The research findings showed that the deep learning language models were highly effective, achieving maximum F1-scores of 95.41% for metadata extraction and 98.91% for categorization of data types and separation of the original text. These results provide valuable insights into the use of deep learning language models and different types of datasets for constructing reference databases for research reports including both reference and non-reference texts.

대학교 및 연구기관 등에서 수행되는 국가연구개발사업은 산업, 경제 및 학술적 측면에서 그 파급효과가 매우 크다. 이에 국가연구개발사업에 대한 수행 내용 및 결과가 담겨 있는 국가연구보고서의 이용이 매우 중요한 요소라 볼 수 있다. 한국과학기술정보연구원에서는 한해에 약 만 여개 이상의 연구보고서를 수집, 관리하고 그 내용을 원문과 함께 서비스 하고 있다. 한편, 일반적으로 데이터베이스를 구축하고 서비스하기 위한 대부분의 방식은 상용 DBMS를 이용하여 정보의 관리를 수행하고, 사용자 검색은 정보검색 시스템을 사용하는 DBMS와 정보검색 시스템의 연동방식을 채택하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 DBMS와 정보검색 시스템을 이중으로 운영해야하는 불편함이 있고, 데이터의 관리 및 처리를 위한 과정이 중복으로 이루어지는 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 납본형태로 입수되는 연구보고서를 관리하고 원문과 함께 이용자에게 정보서비스를 위해 필요한 KRISTAL-2002 정보검색관리시스템 기반의 DB 구축, 점보검색 및 관리 모델을 제시하고, DBMS와 정보 검색 시스템의 연동방식과의 데이터 처리과정에 있어서 처리 속도를 비교 분석한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ex-post evaluation reports of KOICA's grant aid project in terms of criteria, methods, and contents. To this end, we will examine the evaluation history and process with particular reference to EDCF and KOICA. Our key research questions are: 1) How are the evaluation standards of the OECD DAC reflected in the KOICA ex-post evaluation reports? 2) Whether did Korea's practices of development evaluation change after its entry into the OECD DAC. The paper attempted an content analysis on the key words used in findings and recommendation section of the reports since 1998 that ara available on the website of KOICA. The main results can be summarized as follows. First, the frequency of OECD DAC criteria(relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability) and the use of quantitative methods have been increasing after joining the OECD DAC. Second, in the ex-post evaluation reports issued after 2010, the reference indices including the Project Design Matrix (PDM), baseline data, and performance have increased exponentially.
