There are various investment strategy reports available online, prepared by many financial analysts. If the correlation between the title of the report and analyst forecast can be found, we can tell from the title whether analyst' forecast will be reliable or not. The objective of this study is to see the correlation between the title of analyst investment strategy report and the actual result of forecast by using the Text Mining technique. The result of actual analysis showed that "strong buy and sell call" appeared in the title lead the higher accuracy of analyst forecast and fulfillment ratio. The results that potential investors can get better information by reading the title of the analyst report. We hope that this study could be the basis for new methodologies in this area.

웹 기술의 발전으로 협업 가상환경에서 사용자들끼리 실시간으로 상호작용할 수 있는 온라인 커뮤니티가 크게 활성화되고 있다. 커뮤니티 사용자들은 가상공간에서 자신의 과업 수행 뿐만 아니라 복수의 다른 사용자들과도 공통의 관심사나 정보를 상호 교환하고 공유할 수 있는 기회를 찾고 있다. 특히 온라인 커뮤니티에서는 웹으로 제공하는 보고서에 대해 사용자의 정보인지과정을 향상시키기 위해 아바타를 이용하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 웹상의 보고서 복잡성에 따라 아바타의 유형이 소비자의 정보인지과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 첫째, 웹상에서 아바타를 이용하여 보고서를 제공하는 경우에 직무형 아바타가 재미형 아바타보다 사용자의 정보인지과정에 있어서 정보신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보품질과 정보만족은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 웹상에 제공되는 보고서에 대한 소비자의 정보인지과정이 아바타의 유형과 보고서의 복잡성간의 상호작용에 의해 유의한 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 웹상에 제공되는 보고서의 복잡성 정도에 따라서 소비자의 정보인지 과정에 차이가 나는지에 대한 분석결과는 정보품질과 정보만족에는 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 복잡성이 낮은 보고서가 복잡성이 높은 보고서보다 정보 품질과 정보 만족에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보신뢰는 유의한 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

This study described about development the integrated management system for research reports and construction full text database of KAERI reports. This system enables centralization of various information related to reports by connecting with management information system. The advantages of this study are consistency of database between digital library and MIS, reduction of budget and manpower and increase of research productivity.

컴퓨터를 이용하여 MEDLINE, AMED, CINAHL과 Cochrane Libra를 검색하여 요통환자를 위한 다양한 형태의 운동치료 효과에 대해서 발표된 연구 보고서 중 1991년부터 2001년 사이에 영문으로 출판된 보고서를 중심으로 본 연구에 합당한 주제를 충족시키는 연구 보고서 40편을 선택하였다. 수집된 자료를 통하여 요통 관리의 운동치료 효과에 대하여 연구하였으며 일반적인 요통환자들만을 대상으로 급성, 아급성, 만성단계로 구분하였다. 실험논문은 수정된 rating system을 이용하여 논문의 질 수준과 연구결과를 측정하였으며 고찰 논문과 관찰 연구는 grading system을 사용하여 주요 연구 결과를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 운동치료가 통증감소와 기능 향상에 효과적임이 증명되었고, 총괄적으로 타당도를 지지하는 정도는 중등도에 해당되었다. 연구보고서들을 scale system을 통해서 세부적으로 분석했을 때, 상급의 연구 방법론적 질을 충족시켰다. 결과에 따르면 급성, 아급성과 만성요통에 대한 운동치료가 효과적이었다라는 확실한 증거를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결론은 요통환자에 대한 운동치료는 효과적으로 입증되었으며, 특별히 만성요통환자의 경우에 더욱 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결론을 더욱 지지하기 위해서는 더 많은 고질의 연구 논문들이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to improving the efficiency of managing the database of the reports arising from the results of National R&D projects. To that end, the reports submitted by 49 agencies under the Ministry of Science and ICT were collected, and samples were selected for each institution. The samples and form of the final report and summary of the Enforcement Rule of the Framework Act on Science and Technology were compared, and the components and items to be entered were established. The final report's unique items were derived from the analysis of the state of connection with the National R&D information standard. The items to be entered are classified into major and optional according to their importance, and the location of the entry to be entered is suggested. If standardization of the elements and items is advanced as planned, it is expected to automate metadata extraction and improve the quality of report metadata when building a database.

In this study. a technical report management system using optical technology is described in detail. This management system is designed for both bibliographic (character) and full-text (image) information. Several optical filing systems already on the Korean market are scrutinized and compared with standard functions in order to build a more efficient management system for technical reports which can be easily integrated into existing KRISS library automation system. For that purpose, up-to-date technologies (i.e., digital image PI-ocessing (DIP), MARC standards, and optical character recognition (OCR), etc.) are applied to this system.

많은 연구기관에서 연구성과물로 연구보고서, 논문, 특허등의 산출물을 생산하고 있다. 이러한 데이터는 기관의 특성과 자체적으로 운영되고 있는 정보서비스의 성격에 따라 고유의 데이터 스키마와 형태를 가지고 있다. 또한 연구성과물(논문,연구보고서)을 체계적으로 관리하고, 데이터의 부가가치를 높이기 위해 서로의 데이터의 연계와 융합을 통해 새로운 정보서비스가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 네트워크간 에 있는 데이터를 연계하기 위해 데이터 상호 운용을 활용하고, 이를 위한 방안으로 MAS(Multi Agent System)기반의 연계프레임워크를 통해 연구보고서의 체계적인 수집 및 서비스를 위한 데이터의 융합을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

기후변화 연구에 필요한 자료와 국제협약에 대하여 간략히 소개하였다. 또한 기후변화 모형과 상세화 기법에 대하여 소개하였다. IPCC의 역할과 각 실무그룹의 역할 및 평가보고서, 특별보고서, 기술보고서 등 발간물과 영국과 미국 등의 기후영향 프로그램을 간략히 소개하였다. 또한 국내의 주요 연구를 소개하였다. 여러 가지 시나리오에 대한 OAGCM실행 결과는 참고문헌과 소개된 홈페이지를 통하여 쉽게 구할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. 본고가 기후 변화와 수자원 및 농업용수 분야에 미치는 영향에 대하여 관심 있는 회원들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되었으면 하는 바람이다.
