A Case Study on Health Impact Assessment of Hazardous Air Pollutants in Industrial Complex Development Plan (산업단지 계획 시 유해대기오염물질에 대한 건강영향평가 사례 연구)

  • Health impact assessment is implemented within the Environmental impact assessment for the purpose of minimizing health damage by predicting the impact on human health following implementation of the development project. In health impact assessment, manual revision is required due to the lack of consistency in the method of estimating hazardous air pollutants emissions. This study estimated the emissions by calculating the emissions of hazardous air pollutants based on the actual industrial complex development cases and completed health impact assessments. As a result of risk assessment based on exposure concentration using CALPUFF model, the risk assessment results were different for each of the emission estimation methods, and manual improvement on the emission estimation method is needed.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope a criterion for evaluation on game-type learning programs by the application of HCI(Human Computer Interaction) theory. And to analyze game-type learning programs for elementary students on the criterion developed in this study. The HCI theory, which deals with principles or methods for developing systems people can use conveniently and pleasantly, has been applied to overall area of program development. And it also has been widely used to evaluate learning programs. However, there have been few studies on a game-type learning program evaluation on the basis of the HCI theory. This paper shows that evaluation criteria are developed on three viewpoint bases : usefulness, usability, and affect which are as elements in HCI. And analyzes the game-type learning programs from these three points of view. The evaluation criteria developed in this study can be applied to a basis for evaluation on game-type learning programs, and the analysis will be able to be a useful guide to game programers as well as its users.

  • Currently, people are paying more attention to smart home businesses. Therefore, the research on smart home system is becoming important. Smart Home App, which is an important component of smart home system, needs to consider the development of evaluation indicators for usability. In this regard, this paper takes smart home App as the object to develop the usability evaluation indicators of smart home App design. For this purpose, this study performed three rounds of survey by using the Delphi method. In the first round, 8 suitable areas were selected by collecting opinions from experts and analyzing the Content Validity Ratio, which was derived from literature review. Based on the results of the first survey, a total of 38 evaluation items were collected through prior research and user interview surveys. For the 38 collected evaluation items, 27 evaluation items have been selected by analyzing Average Value, Standard Deviation, Content Validity Ratio, Consultation and Convergence in the second and third rounds. The result of this study can be used as a guideline when evaluating the usability of smart home App design.

  • 현재 대부분의 시뮬레이터는 6개의 축으로 대상체의 운동자유도를 모사하는 모션 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구개발에서 개발되어지고 있는 시뮬레이터는 일반적인 Stewart 형식이 아닌 운동 대상체의 운동자유도를 짐발(Gimbal)형으로 재현하고자 하였다 이를 위해 실시간 스케줄러와 H/W 입출력 및 통신 드라이버에 대한 개발을 수행하였고, 시뮬레이션에 적합한 정확도와 실시간성을 유지하도록 롤러코스터 상에서 이루어지는 차량운동을 모델링 하였다. 또한 인간감성의 절용을 고려한 짐발형 모션 시스템의 운동 재현을 위해 워시아웃(Washout) 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 특히, 짐발형 모션 시스템은 그 연구 사례를 찾기 힘든 것으로 운동 모사성의 객관적 검증과 탑승자에 대한 시뮬레이터의 영향을 평가하기 위해 감성평가를 실시하였다. 감성평가를 위해 평가지에 의한 주관적 평가 방법과 탑승자의 생리신호를 측정하는 객관적 평가방법을 사용하였다.

A Study on the Development of the Recommendation Tools through Performance Assessment for Mathematically Gifted Students (수학 영재 관찰.추천 도구의 개발과 모의 적용 사례 연구)

  • Previous studies reported that gifted students' capacity on mathematics had high correlations with results of the performance assessment. However, there have been few studies that develop recommending tools through the assessment that can be used to identify mathematically gifted students or analyse their applications. Then it is difficult to use them to identify mathematically gifted students practically. Therefore, this study developed the tasks and evaluation tables for the tools. And one of them was applied for four students in Grade 1 of a middle school to simulate the assessment and characteristics assessment teachers showed were analysed. As the results, the extensive and specific information on the giftedness of the students was obtained through using the tool. The gifted capacity grasped from the order, speed, and attitudes of problem-solving was identified as observing the process of solving the task.

  • 본 고는 ATM 교환 시스템 연구 계발 단계의 품질 보증 활동의 일환인 시스템 시험 평가에 적용할 목적으로 연구된 것으로서, ATM 시스템 시험 평가에 필요한 기초 요소, 에러의 범위, 시험 평가의 개념 등을 체계화하고 정의하여 ATM 시험 평가에 대한 기반을 구축하였으며 시험 평가에 대한 구체적인 방법을 제시하였다. 이 체계화된 시험 평가 방법의 적용은 연구 개발 단계의 ATM 교환 시스템에 대한 지속적인 품질 향상을 이루며, 안정성, 신뢰성을 갖는 고품질 ATM 교환 시스템이 확보되도록 할 것이다.

  • 신재생에너지기술 개발인력 확보는 국가 에너지 안보의 확보 및 지속적인 성장을 가능하게 하는 주요 요인이다. 관련 사업추진에 있어 비효율성의 제거와 인적자원 개발 정책의 효과적인 추진을 위해서 신재생에너지 인력양성 사업에 대한 체계적인 성과평가가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 신재생에너지 인력양성의 평가를 위하여 적용가능한 방법론을 살펴 보았다. 기존 인력양성 방법론의 구분을 수정하여 인력 양성의 평가 방법을 성과점검, 요인통제분석, 사업의 파급효과 산출방법으로 분류하고 각 기준별 세부방법론을 제안하였다. 성과점검 방식에는 단순환산/일반질문법, 요인통제분석에는 AHP-DEA효율성 측정방법, 인적자본 축적모형방법이 포함될 수 있다. 마지막으로 사업의 파급효과 산출방법에는 산업연관분석 방법, 인력양성 산업연관도 작성 방법이 있다. 제안된 모형 중AHP-DEA효율성 측정방법은 신재생 에너지 인력양성 평가에 적용될 경우 DEA 모형의 객관성이라는 특징을 최대한 이용하는 동시에, 한계로 지적될 수 있는 변별력 분제를 체계적으로 보완하기위한 방편으로 AHP를 도입함으로써 적절한 인력양성 평가 방법론으로 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • As the concern with the educational training for human resources development in organizations grows, various programs are being offered in many places. Accordingly, the issue of securing the validity of the education and the importance of its assessment at the level of continuous quality management of the programs draw our attention. The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data of evaluation criteria for human resources development which knowledge-and-information saturated society requires, and also to draw out the greater area of human resources development educational program based on CIPP(Context, Input, Process, Product) model by Stufflebeam, an evaluation model concentrated on process, through literature and case study in and out of Korea. The result of the study is as follows. First, the evaluation areas drawn out by the greater sphere of context evaluation of human resources education program are needs analysis, goal setting, and organizational environment. Second, the evaluation areas drawn out by the greater sphere of input evaluation of human resources education program are educational program strategies, human resources, and physical resources. Third, the evaluation areas drawn out by the greater sphere of process evaluation of human resources education program are educational program management, teaching-learning strategies, and educational support environment. Fourth, the evaluation areas drawn out by the greater sphere of product evaluation of human resources education program are influence, effect, durability, and transference. The author supposes that these results will be able to become the basic materials for the systematic approach to educational programs through the analysis of evaluation criteria for and the greater sphere of educational program of human resources development.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the basic scales of festival quality. We conducted a content analysis in the discourse of KINDS(Korea Integrated News Database System) and derived five constituent factors, basic quality measures of local festivals through the extensive literature review. We named these qualities "Festival BASICQUAL" that is consist of Infrastructure, Connectedness, Passion, Theme, Culture. We conducted the empirical analysis for the participants in "Geumsan Insam Festival" to verify the "Festival BASICQUAL" As the result, Infrastructure, Connectedness, Culture affected positively on Festival Attachment among all BASICQUALs. However, Passion and Theme did not positively affected on the dependent variable. And then, Festival Attachment positively affected on Festival Satisfaction, while Festival Satisfaction also affected positively on Behavior Intention. This study developed the basic quality concerned with local festivals which is crucial fundamentals to quantify Festival BASICQUAL through empirical study. The proper applications and usage of these newly introduced local festival qualities enable to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in local festival.

원자력발전소 인간신뢰도분석의 연구 현황 및 방향

  • 대형 시스템의 안전에 미치는 인적요인의 영향이 매우 크기 때문에, 시스템의 안전성을 정확히 평가하기 위해서는 인적요인에 대한 체계적인 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 원자력 분야에서는 발전소 안전성에 미치는 인적오류를 평가하기 위하여 인간신뢰도분석(Human Reliability Analysis : HRA)을 수행해 왔다. 그러나 데이터의 부족과 인적행위 메카니즘에 대한 이해 부족으로 인하여 아직까지 HRA 수행에는 많은 불확실성이 존재한다. 최근 HRA를 포함한 안전성 평가 결과가 원자력발전소 설계 및 운전에 관련된 의사결정에 주요 정보로 활용되면서 HRA의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 연구 개발 노력이 활발히 진행 중에 있다.(중략)
