본 연구의 목적은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 디지털 미디어와 도시경관과 결합한 형태로 나타난 제3의 공간인 도시 경관 미디어의 디자인 방향성 제시와 분석틀을 제안하는데 있다. 디지털 미디어 기술의 다양성과 독창성은 도시 환경을 미학적으로 향상시킴과 동시에 문화컨텐츠의 중요성을 부각시킴으로써 도시의 정체성을 높이는 원동력이 될 것이다. 도시 경관은 도시 활동의 근원으로써 정보의 공급 역할, 공공의 장으로서 휴식과 나눔의 기능, 담론의 장으로서 커뮤니케이션 공간 기능을 담당해야 한다. 이를 위해 도시 경관 미디어 시설물 평가요소 도출과 디자인의 방향성을 제안하고자 한다.

경주 지진 발생 지점의 반경 30km에는 사고대비물질 취급 업체가 353개였고, 이 중 90% 이상이 오래된 내진설계가 반영되어 노후화가 심한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 사고대비물질, 고압장비 등의 취급 비중이 높은 산업단지 및 입주 기업체의 매뉴얼 개발의 핵심인 사내 방재 조직 편성에 필요한 항목들을 연구 도출하였다. 방재 조직의 큰 틀은 재해대책본부장(대표), 비상대책위원회(부서장), 현장지휘반으로 구성하였으며, 지진 대응 실무를 담당하는 현장지휘반의 역할을 정리하였다. 사내 방재 조직의 각 부서는 대비, 대응, 복구 단계의 역할을 숙지 및 훈련하여 1차 지진 대응 단체로서 피해를 최소화 시켜야 한다.

벤처기업의 수가 다시 1만개를 넘어섰다는 소식이 반갑다. 그런데 숫자의 증가보다 절실한 벤처캐피털의 질적 성장과 과학기술을 산업화하는 통로의 도약은 여전히 미약하다. 이들 핵심요인의 변화가 있어야만 진정으로 고성장 벤처기업의 탄생 가능성이 높아질 것으로 믿는다. 특히 벤처의 젖줄인 벤처캐피털의 변화 속도는 더디기만 하다. 이는 실제로 우리나라 금융제도라는 큰 틀의 관행과 역사에 뿌리를 두고 있어서 하루아침에 변하거나 수정되기도 어려운 조건이다. 이런 상황에서는 벤처캐피털이 해주는 역할을 누군가 대신해주는 주체가 필요한데, 여러 노력들이 있었지만 속 시원할 정도의 수준은 아니었다. 정부의 공공자금이 그 역할을 완전히 대체하기 어렵고, 아직은 대기업들이 벤처기업에 대해 적극적인 투자선호를 보이는 것도 아니다. 이런 조건에서 벤처의 확대재생산은 여전히 벤처업계의 자생적 노력에 의존할 수밖에 없다. 그 노력을 수평적 측면과 수직적 측면에서 생각해보자.

The NGN (Next Generation Network) means the kernel infrastructure technology to provide information and communication services which are able to be used at present and future when a ubiquitous computing era has been realized. In other words, NGN can be the frame providing the same information and communication services anytime and anywhere regardless of wire and wireless. The broadband convergence network that has been built in the public institution has established a broadband multimedia communication network supporting voice telephone, task net, internet network, video conference network, voice over IP (VoIP) network and etc. It is possible for a requested bandwidth and services to be served, only if a broadband convergence network provide the interoperability between the various classes which include a transport network layer, network control layer, service control layer and other layers. In this paper, we analyzed the interoperability issues of the present broadband convergence network and propose a guideline for the future one.

In the creative problem solving processes, the core was to generate unique and various ideas. Thus, an assumption reversal thinking skill needed to be considered as a concrete method that could help students who have difficulties with generating ideas. In this study, we applied the assumption reversal thinking skill to university students and explored the characteristics of the idea generation process. On the basis of the results, we found that the assumption reversal thinking skill helped students generate new ideas, inducing their perspective changes. Therefore, we could ascertain the possibilities of the assumption reversal thinking skill as a thinking frame supporting students' idea generation. However, there is a need to develop methods for students to exclude prejudice by theoretical judgment, intervention of the value, and experience for fostering more effective assumption reversal thinking. Also, ways should be considered so that students would be able to cultivate task commitment and courage of implementing new ideas, bearing criticism from others.

The aim of this paper is to identify the components of the sustainable regional ecosystem of social economy enterprises (hereafter 'regional ecosystem'), and to explore the principles of reciprocity, regard and public policy, which have a fundamental impact on the development of such regional ecosystem. The regional ecosystem is an interactive system of the stakeholders who are related to the process of planning, producing, distributing and selling goods and services, and the agents who maintain and spread their social value orientation. This system operates through the interaction of 'local network (business relations and social relations)', 'intermediary organization' and 'public role.' On the basis of the conceptual framework on the regional ecosystem, the result of the in-depth analysis on the case of Gorang-erang Coop shows the interaction of reciprocity and public policy with respect to regard within the context of a characteristic of the regional ecosystem.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the functions and formations of the component units as aesthetic components in the spatial grid. The main subject covered here is the presentation of the morphological method of shaping spatial grid by application of 3-dimensional units satisfying the suitable form of polyhedra, tensegrity and hybrid structure. In accordance with the subject, the definition of the spatial grid and 3-dimensional nit, the relationship between them, and then the functions of those units are reviewed. And the formations of polyhedral units, tensegrity units and hybrid units are generated by means of the modules of the simplest type or pattern. And also the overall appearance of the spatial grid shaped by several basic methods in which one unit can be joined to another and arranged are depicted.

건축문화창달의 구심체로서 건축계 발전과 공익에 이바지하고 건축사 회원의 권익옹호 및 업무개선에 앞장서 온 대한건축사협회는 36년의 오랜 역사가 말해주듯 7천7백여 회원과 산하 16개 시도건축사회와 84개 지역건축사회로 구성된 조직력을 갖춘 전문자역사단체로 당당히 자리매김했다. 그러나 국내 여타 전문자격사단체들과 마찬가지로 지난 경제성장기 동안 제도의 틀 안에서 안정을 누려온 협회에 대해 그 기능과 역할을 재정비해야 한다는 건축계 안팎의 목소리가 점차 높아지고 있으며, 회원들의 요구 또한 적극적이며 다양해지고 있다. 여기에다 장기간 계속된 건축경기의 침체는 건축사사무소들의 경영상태를 크게 악화시켜 회비 수입에만 의존해온 협회의 재정상태를 어렵게 하므로써 향후 협회재정 자립의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 더욱이 최근 정부의 규제개혁정책에 의해 설계도서신고제가 폐지되는 등 회원들의 의무규정이 상당부분 완화되었으며 또한 임의단체로의 전환과 함께 회원가입이 자유화됨에 따라 협회로서는 회원 결속력 강화와 자생력 확보라는 두 과제를 시급히 해결해야만 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 특히 WTO에 의한 건축서비스시장 개방이 가속화되고, 이러한 무한경쟁시대에 대비해 정부가 각종 규제완화 정책들을 지속적으로 추진하는 등 앞날에 적지 않은 변화가 불어닥칠 것으로 예상됨에 따라 우리 건축사의 이익과 주장을 대변하는 창구로서의 기능 또한 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 전환기에 선 협회의 발전적 앞날을 위해서는 보다 다각적인 방향에서 그 위상을 재정립하고 또한 국제화ㆍ개방화ㆍ정보화시대에 제 기능과 역할을 다할 수 있는 전문조직으로 거듭나야 할 것이다. 이에 본지에서는 이번 좌담을 통해 협회의 기능과 역할을 재조명해 보고 아울러 사회적 요구에 부응하는 전문자격사단체로서의 위상을 확립해 나가기 위한 다양한 의견을 듣는 자리를 마련하였다.

The purpose of this study is to capture and explain the roles that signs and attention play in the fraction learning process, through a previous study that employs Deleuze's perspective on sign and the role of attention. From this case study of elementary school students, we found that signs are a prerequisite for learning and that learning takes place as different forms of attention shifts. The various types of semiotic resources used by teachers and students have been found to play an important role in coordinating collective attention between teachers and students.

최근 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 원격교육에 대한 관심이 집중되는 것은 무엇보다 교육의 저비용.고효율 구조를 실현할 수 있는 대안교육의 하나이기 때문이다. 그러나 정보기술을 매개로 하는 원격교육의 효과에 대해서는 누구도 장담할 수 없는 입장이다. 정보기술의 활용이 필수적인 원격교육 환경에서 학습자들이 정보기술 자체에 대한 두려움으로 인해 수업에 대한 거부감을 나타낸다. "시작이 곧 그 절반이다" 라는 속담처럼, 원격교？ㄱ의 기본 도구인 정보기술에 대한 첫인상은 교육의 성과에 대해 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 정보기수의 수용과 사용에 있어서 개인적인 차이를 설명할 수 있는 중요한 개념중의 하나가 정보기술 자기효용감(IT Self-efficacy) 자신의 정보기술 사용능력에 대한 믿음 또는 자신감이다. 교수자가 정보기술 자기효능감의 중요성을 인식하고 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악할 수 있다면 학습자의 정보기술 자기효능감을 개발시키고 고무시킬 수 있는 훨씬 나은 교수설계를 할 수 있을것이고 효과적인 수업이 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자기 효능감이론(Self-Efficiency Theory)에 근거하여 정보기술 자기효능감이라는 개념을 소개함과 동시에 정보기술을 매개로 이루어지는 원격교육 환경하에서 그 역할을 조명해봄으로써 효과적인 교수설계를 위한 틀을 제시하고자한다.을 제시하고자한다.
