The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the employee metacognition and it's positive effect on employee agility. Also it aims to investigate the mechanism through the cascading multi-mediating effect through the role breadth self-efficacy and learning agility in such a relationship. In order to solve the common-method bias, independent and dependent variables were measured with time lag, and the relationship between variables was clearly verified by applying the position and the length of time worked with the supervisor as control variables. In testing the hypothesis, 478 questionnaires collected from whom worked at the company has more than 300 office workers in various industries were analyzed. As the result, firstly metacognition had a significant positive(+) effect on employee agility. Second, role breadth self-efficacy was found to positively mediate the relationship between metacognition and employee agility. Third, learning agility was found to mediate metacognition and employee agility positively(+). Fourth, metacognition serially mediates role breadth self-efficacy and learning agility, and the positive(+) effect on employee agility was verified. In addition, metacognition had a greater effect on member agility when passing through role breadth self-efficacy and learning agility rather than the direct effect on employee agility.

자가혈당측정은 당뇨병 관리에 있어 나침판과 지도와 같은 역할을 합니다. 이는 혈당수치를 보면서 고혈당과 저혈당을 확인하여 즉각적으로 대처할 수 있고, 식사요법, 운동요법, 스트레스 등이 혈당에 어떤 영향을 주는지도 확인할 수 있어 생활습관을 개선하는데 도움이 되기 때문입니다. 또한 인슐린주사를 하는 경우에는 혈당치를 확인하여 인슐린 용량을 조절할 수 있기 때문입니다. 이렇듯 자가혈당측정을 하는 것이 당뇨병관리에 있어 많은 도움이 되어도 혈당검사를 소홀히 하는 경우를 볼 수 있습니다. 이에 금번 호에서는 자가혈당 측정에 대한 당뇨병환자의 마음상태와 혈당에 대한 "감(Sense)을 파악하는 법과 혈당조절을 위한 행동요령에 대하여 소개합니다.

수중천퇴가 있는 지형을 통과하며 변형하는 파랑을 실험한 Vincent와 Briggs (1989)의 실험조건을 수치모의하여 파랑과 흐름의 상호작용 효과를 연구하였다. SHORECIRC 흐름모형을 결합한 파랑모형 REF/DIF 1과 SWAN, 그리고 파랑과 흐름을 동시에 수치모의 할 수 있는 FUNWAVE를 이용하여 수중천퇴상을 통과하며 변형하고 또 다시 수중천퇴상에서 발생한 쇄파에 의해 발생된 쇄파류에 의해 변형하는 규칙파를 수치모의하였다. 수중천퇴상에서 쇄파가 발생할 때 잉여파응력의 급격한 변화에 따른 강한 유사제트류가 발생하고, 이 흐름은 수중천퇴후면의 파집중현상을 방해하여 파랑을 천퇴중심축으로부터 바깥쪽으로 굴절시켜, 파고를 상대적으로 감소시키는 역할을 한다. 이러한 역학은 실험결과와 본 연구의 수치모의를 통해 확인할 수 있었고, 이는 파랑쇄파류의 파랑변형에 미치는 역할의 중요성을 확인시켜주는 것이다. 규칙파 모의에 한계가 있는 SWAN과 규칙파 특성상 강하게 나타나는 중복파의 잉여파응력계산에 한계가 있는 REF/DIF 1과 달리 FUNWAVE를 이용한 수치모의는 실험결과와 완벽히 일치하였으며, 수중천퇴 후면에 발생하는 쇄파류와 쇄파류에 의한 쌍 vortex의 발달과정을 잘 보여 주었다.

주입식 강의로는 미래형 인재를 키우기 어렵기 때문에 e-러닝의 진화로 주입식 교육의 반대인 플립러닝이 이슈화되고 있다. 주입식 교육에서는 교사의 일방적인 주도성을 가지며 학생의 생동감, 흥미, 능력, 필요를 전혀 무시하는 단점이 있다. 이를 해소하기 위해 본 논문에서는 그룹 스터디 활동에 플립 러닝 방식을 적용함으로써 스스로 학습을 유도하는 시스템을 제시한다. 대표 학생은 활동 기간 동안 교사 역할과 함께 책임자가 되고, 수업 할 자료를 공유할 수 있는데 학생들은 자료마다 질문을 남길 수 있다. 대표 학생이 질문 확인을 함으로써 학생 진도를 확인할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore folding as a tool diversifying structures and shapes or forms, and to consider the role and possibilities as structural design sources. First, the morphological characteristics and the elements for transforming pattern of folding are investigated and the way of forming space is also shown. Secondly, the application methods and systems of folding are descrived.

2009년 1월 1일부터 3월 31일까지 신규 개원한 295개 의원급 의료기관을 대상으로 의료기관 행정인력이 있을 때와 없을 때에 따른 진료비 청구에 미치는 요인을 파악한 결과, 지역별로는 경인대권이 54.9% 가장 높은 분포를 보였으며, 진료과목별로는 일반의 29.8%로 높았으며, 행정인력이 많은 진료과도 일반의로 35.5%로 높게 나타났다. 행정인력이 있는 경우 단순청구오류건의 수정 및 이의신청횟수, 보완청구, 누락청구의 횟수도 높은 것으로 확인되며, 행정인력이 있는 경우 삭감된 부분에 대한 회수율일이 행정인력이 없는 경우보다 높은 것으로 확인되었다.이 상의 결과로 볼 때 행정인력은 병원행정 업무를 지속적인 교육과 의료인과의 소통을 통해 합리적인 청구방법 모색이 필요하다. 또한 병원행정인은 환자와 의료인과의 가교 역할을 담당하고 의료기관과 정부 등 관련기관과의 매개자로써 적절한 역할을 통해 의원급 의료기관의 경영의 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

This study explored the influence of servant leadership of directors on role performance of teachers in nursery school with examination of how perceptions of an organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers intermediate the relationship between servant leadership and role performance of teachers. The data were collected from 501 teachers in nursery school working in Seoul and Gyung-gi-do and data analysis was done through structural equation modeling using AMOS 24.0. The study results show that the servant leadership of directors was positively related to the role performance of teachers, and organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers were found to mediate the relationship between servant leadership of directors and role performances of teachers. In addition, he servant leadership of directors influenced the role performance of teachers through organizational culture and teaching ethics.

Negative experience related to work-family multiple roles has been associated with internalizing problems in mothers. In particular, employed mothers with preschool children report high degree of stress. As such, the need to examine potential factors that may explain and alleviate such difficulties has been emphasized. The purpose of this study was thus to examine the mediating effect of sociotropy on the relationship between negative work-family multiple roles and internalizing problems in employed mothers with preschool children. The Negative Experience of Work-Family Multiple Roles Scale, Adult Self Report (ASR) Scale, and Personal Style Inventory-II (PSI-II), were completed by 208 employed mothers with preschool children through an online survey. The results indicated that the direct effect of negative experience of work-family multiple roles on internalizing problems was statistically significant and the indirect effect of sociotropy in this relationship was significant. These findings suggest that sociotropy in employed mothers may indirectly explain internalizing problems related to multiple roles. The implications of sociotropy in negative experience of work-family multiple roles and internalizing problems are discussed.

Catholic nuns are under a lot of role stress while living as a monk, which leads to psychological burnout, causing negative effects. This study confirmed which sub-factors of the role stress of Catholic nuns has a greater effect on psychological burnout, and analyzed whether resilience has a moderating effect on psychological burnout. As a result of a mail survey of 234 catholic nuns, first, role stress could be confirmed according to the period of catholic nuns' life in the capital and the roles of internal and external apostles. In particular, when the life of the capital was less than 20 years, they felt different from the role ambiguity. Second, it was found that the role stress of catholic nuns had an effect on psychological burnout, and role ambiguity, role conflict, and role all had an effect on psychological burnout. In particular, role ambiguity was found to have the greatest effect, causing greater psychological burnout of role ambiguity than role. Third, in the relationship between role stress and psychological burnout, resilience had a moderating effect This study suggests that reducing the role ambiguity of nuns is the most important, and that it is necessary to improve resilience as a way to reduce psychological burnout. Above all, it is meaningful in that it targets nuns who are difficult to access easily.
