LYRYNGEAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR KOREAN CONSONANTS (한국어 파열음에 대한 후두내근의 역할)

  • 한국어 자음에 대한 생리적인 분류는 조음점 및 조음발법에 따라 다시 세분화할 수 있는데 그중에서 조음발법에 따라 파열음, 마찰음, 파찰음 및 비음들 여러가지로 분류할 수 있다. 그중 특히 파열음은 그 개방하는 방법에 따라 연음(lenis), 경음(glottalized) 및 기식음(aspirated)등으로 구분하는데 이러한 각음을 육안으로 확인하면 모음이 발성되기 위한 성대진동이 있기전의 자음을 위한 성대의 운동의 현상을 보면 기식음에서는 성대열림이 가장 크고 연음에서도 열림이 크지만 기식음보다는 적고 경음에서는 성대의 열림이 가장 작았다. 이러한 현상은 후두내시경에 의해 쉽게 확인할 수 있었는데 이것을 과학적으로 규명하기 위해서는 여러연구에 의해 가능하나 흔히 후두근전도 검사에 의한 성대내전근과 외전근의 역할의 차이를 비교함으로서 가능해지리라 예상되어 본 연구를 시행하였다. 사용된 문형 또는 단어는 한가지를 제외하고는 모두 의미있는 단어를 사용하였으며 EMG recording을 위해 사용된 근육은 후두내전근인 Vocalis muscle과 후두외전근인 Posterior cricoarytenoid muscle이 사용되었고 전기신호는 computer data processing system에 의해 분석되어졌다. 결과는 내시경에 의한 성대열림의 거리측정 결과를 분석함과 동시에 후두내근에 대한 근전도검사에 의한 분석을 토대로 하였으며 이를 간단히 설명하면 이제까지 많은 사람들은 한국어 자음에 대한 각각의 특징적인 현상들을 주로 성대내전근의 역할에 의해 규명하였으나 본 결과로는 성대내전근의 역할도 중요하지만 성대외전근의 역할 또한 상호 연관성을 가지면서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다는 점이다.for the Isotropic plates can be used. Relationship of Interrole Conflict and Role-related Stress among Registered Nurses Pursuing Advanced Nursing Degrees (상급학위과정에 등록한 간호사들이 느끼는 역할갈등과 역할관련 스트레스와의 관련성)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대학원 또는 RN-BSN과정에 등록하여 학업을 계속하는 간호사들이 학업과 직업, 가정에서 다양한 역할을 수행하면서 발생하는 역할갈등과 역할관련 스트레스의 관련성을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법: 국내4개 간호대학 RN-BSN과정 또는 대학원에서 수업을 받고 있는 간호사 149명을 대상으로 역할갈등, 역할스트레스를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 서술통계, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석과 함께 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과: 연구대상자의 work-school to family 갈등은 평균 $2.77{\pm}0.93$점, family-school to work 갈등은 $3.27{\pm}0.77$점, family-work to school에 대한 역할갈등은 $3.08{\pm}0.83$점이었다. 역할관련 스트레스는 평균 $5.99{\pm}1.66$점이었으며, 스트레스의 하위영역 중 가정스트레스 $4.77{\pm}2.62$점, 직장스트레스 $6.66{\pm}2.12$점, 학업스트레스 $6.84{\pm}1.87$점이었다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 중에서 직위가 스트레스변인의 2%를 설명하였고, 2단계에서 갈등요인 3변수가 추가 입력되었을 때 스트레스 변인의 23%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 학업과 근무, 가정으로부터 다양한 역할을 수행하는 간호사는 다양한 역할에서 오는 갈등과 스트레스의 연관성이 확인되었으므로, 이를 근거로 업무만족과 성취를 높일 수 있는 정책이 개발되어야 한다.

Subcellular Localization of Novel Stress Protein VISP (새로운 스트레스 단백질인 VISP의 세포내 위치)

  • Previously we demonstrated that virus-inducible stress protein (VISP) is induced in fish cells by the infection of a fish rhabdovirus. In this paper, we investigated the subcellular localization of the VISP and determined the region of VISP responsible for the subcellular localization. The CHSE-214 cells were stained with monoclonal antibody raised against VISP and observed with confocal microscope to detect the endogenous VISP. The results showed that the VISP localizes to the perinuclear region as spots. A plasmid expressing VISP fused to enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) was constructed. The transient expression of full-length VISP fused to EGFP in CHSE-214 cells confirmed the spot formation of the VISP at perinuclear region. To determine the region responsible for the perinuclear localization of the VISP, we constructed a series of deletion mutants and, by using these deletion mutants, we found that C-terminal region of the VISP (aa 612-710) is essential for the perinuclear distribution of VISP and that this region contained nuclear receptor binding motif (691-TLTSLLL-697). Our results suggest that VISP localizes to the perinuclear region and C-terminal regions are important for this localization. Further studies on the role of the perinuclear localization of VISP in IHNV growth mali reveal the novel mechanism of IHNV pathogenecity.

  • In this study, various types and roles of records management and archives professionals are reviewed. Throughout the literature review, types and roles of the records management and archives professionals are analyzed. The results show that roles of professionals can be divided into the areas of records, users and management. In addition to focusing on records and archives, modern archival professionals must also be adept in such areas as knowledge management and digital asset management. Business and management skills for forging partership with related organizations are also needed.

  • This study attempted to examine the characteristics of discourse on the role of schools and to explore its implications. To this end, major daily newspaper articles during the pandemic, in which discourse on the role of schools increased rapidly, were reviewed. As a result, people made the following assumptions about the role of schools. First, schools are institutions that must provide equal learning. Second, schools are institutions that must provide caring education. These findings have led to renewed essential questions about the role of schools. It is also necessary to further subdivide and discuss the role of the school raised in the discourse. The results of this study implicated that all of these roles have the potential to bring about a structure that makes each teacher lean on passion and sacrifice without distinction between the role of the school and the role of the teacher.

  • This study aims at examining the effect of strategic orientation on IT startup performance and analyzing the mediating effect of network in the relationship. The study was conducted on the three dimensions that make up strategic orientation: technological orientation, customer orientation, competitive orientation on firm performance, and the understanding of the role of the network. Empirical research on 94 IT startups as residents of startup support institutions was conducted. The suitability of the research model was evaluated with PLS-SEM. As a result of the empirical analysis, customer orientation and competitive orientation was verified to have a positive effect on network, while Technological orientation was confirmed to have no positive effect. and network mediated the relationship between customer orientation and competitive orientation, while Technological orientation was confirmed to have no positive effect. The results of this study provide startup practitioners with strategic direction and the importance of network establishment and utilization.

  • This study examines the effect of Korean Wave recognition on the preference of cheese chicken ribs in Vietnamese students. It also examines the effect of preference of cheese chicken ribs on the Korean food image of Vietnamese students and their intention to visit Korean restaurants. We analyze the results and try to help globalization of Korean food, development of Korean menu and marketing activities. As a result of the analysis, the hypothesis that the recognition of Korean Wave has positive (+) influence on the preference of cheese chicken ribs was not adopted. The recognition of Hallyu influenced the preference of cheese chicken ribs through SNS influence. SNS influence was found to be a mediator between Korean recognition and cheese chicken rib preference. In case of foreigners, they will recognize Korean Wave through various instruments. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to study various factors that affect the preference of Korean food and the preference of single menu, and to re - examine Korean food which can globalize Korean food.

Multiple Mediating Effects in the Path of WLB on Deviant Behavior (일-생활 균형과 일탈행동 경로에서 다중매개 효과)

  • The aim of the present study is to test multiple mediating effects of job-efficacy and resiliance in the links between work-life balance (WLB) and deviant behavior. The date applied in empirical analysis was collected from employees working at Jeju island and 400 sets of questionnaires were spread and among collected 355 sets, 298 sets were used. Hypotheses was examined with SPSS Macro statistical package. As expected, WLB was positively related to job-efficacy and resiliance respectively and negatively associated with deviant behaivor. Moreover, mediating effects of both variables was different, in detail, job-efficacy was fully mediated in that path but not significant in case of resiliance. Findings of this study was to expand the roles of WLB from productive behaviors to counter-productive behaviors and it enables to provide a few theoretical and empirical implications.

  • 우리나라의 중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 이로 인해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 혁신역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 중요해졌으며, 내부자원의 한계로 인해 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보와 여러 가지 도움들을 외부와의 협업과 다양한 네트워크 활동을 통해 습득해 나가고 있다. 더 나아가서 시장기회를 포착하고 조직 성장을 위한 수단들을 모색하기 위한 수단으로 기업가 정신 또한 필요하다. 본 연구는 ICT중소기업의 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 기업가 정신과 기업의 혁신역량이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 했으며, 사회적 자본이 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 1,200개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석을 했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가 정신은 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐으며, 사회적 자본 변수가 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 혁신 역량이 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 사회적 자본 변수가 조절효과를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 기업가 정신이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 자본이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Effects of non-commissioned Officers' Role Stress on Burnout, Depression, and Turnover Intention (부사관의 역할스트레스가 소진, 우울, 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to examine structural relationship among role stresses (i.e., role conflict, role ambiguity), burnout, depression, and turnover intention among non-commissioned officers. A total 299 non-commissioned officers were participated in this study. Correlation analysis through SPSS WIN 18.0 and SEM through Amos 20.0 were conducted. The results showed that role stresses were significantly positive correlated with burnout, depression, and turnover intention. In addition, it was found that burnout mediated partially between role conflict and turnover intention. It was also revealed that burnout mediated fully between role ambiguity and depression and between role ambiguity and turnover intention as well as between role conflict and depression. From above the results, the implications of this study was discussed in terms of the necessity for building strategy to decrease turnover intention and depression of non-commissioned officers. Finally, limitations and suggestions for further researches were discussed.
