최근 국내 재난발생의 빈도가 잦고 이를 해결하기 위한 재난대응 담당자들의 역량에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 재난역량을 강화하기 위한 교육 및 훈련에 대한 체계 정립이 강화되고 있다. 본 연구는 실제 재난발생사례 및 추이 분석을 통한 대규모 국가재난으로 전개 가능한 시나리오를 개발하고, 시나리오 전개에 따른 현대비수준과의 갭을 분석하여 재난관리책임기관의 대응역량 강화 방안을 마련하는 것을 연구 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 여러 가지 재난 유형 중 최근 위험성이 커지고 있는 "화학유해물질 유출사고"에 관한 재난 상황 시나리오를 개발하여 시나리오의 재난요인 변수 데이터가 재난책임 담당자의 대응에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 재난요인 변수 DB를 활용하여 재난대응역량 강화에 대한 방안을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of home economics education in order to strengthen students' competencies. We explored the direction of competency-based home economics class, and teaching and learning methods for strengthening subject competencies, then develop class case. The main research results of this study are as follows. First, in order to cultivate subject competencies, students should be the center of the education, class and evaluation by integrating of the curriculum-class-evaluation, so that they can grow into the subject of life. Second, to enhance subject competencies, case example of the home economics was presented focusing on integrating curriculum-class-evaluation. It is expected that this study will be able to integrate curriculum-class-evaluation into the concrete realization of subject competencies in home economics education.

This study examined how 132 teachers of different grade levels incorporate the key competencies identified by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation into their mathematics teaching and how they perceive of its full potential of the competency-based learning and teaching in mathematics classroom. Survey and semi-structured interview methods were used to collect data for the study. It was found that in their instruction teachers emphasized competencies such as problem-solving, literacy, creativity, communication and information-processing skills in order. Inter-personal skills, self-management, citizenship, global understanding and career-development appeared to be challenging competencies for teachers to reflect in their instruction with the reasons such as no direct connections to mathematics and insufficient instruction. Findings of the study suggest that various instructional methods, development and dissemination of related curricula materials, change of evaluation method, and change teachers' perceptions may be needed for incorporating KICE's key competencies in K-12 mathematics education.

This study is aimed to develop and apply the empowerment program for Internationally married women working in social enterprises. Empowerment program consisted of six main construct factors such as job or child, being acknowledged as a family member, enduring for economic work, developing myself, getting to know company culture, living a meaningful life for a korean. According to research analysis, self-identity, self-efficacy, coping ability and social problem solving has significant effects on the program. Based on the results of this study, some discussion and suggestions were proposed for the empowerment program for internationally married women in social enterprises.

The purpose of this study was to present the fundamental direction in training social work supervisors. First it defined the competency of supervisors and by analyzing the contrasts between the present situation and points for compensation, the study searched for alternative solutions to reinforce the role of supervisors. The research was conducted by interviewing 7 Focus Groups, the 20 Delphi questionnaire panel, and the 213 social workers in the community welfare centers. This study multilaterally evaluated the opinions of all supervision interested parties and as a result, defined the core supervisor competence in the areas of knowledge, skill, and attitude(KSA). The main characteristics to be improved were found to be supervisors' leadership, supervision knowledge, self-recognition. conflicts arbitration skills, the communication skills, the team work skills, and the main attitudes of consistency, patience and openness. This study is significant that it presented specific direction in the developing training courses for supervisor, researching the detailed education demands and analyzing the application of the supervisor's competency model in the organization.

There are many researches on the organization formation and business strategy of architecture firms to improve of organizational capability. However the previous researches have been only focused on the improvement of organizational capability and efficiency in management parts of view. There have been lack of the researches on evaluation of organizational capability. Especially, there are no researches on the evaluation of organizational capability reflecting the characteristics of architecture firms which is mainly operated by human resources. Therefore, the objective of this research is to develope a index frame for evaluating organizational capability of architecture firms in Korea. The proposed indexes can be used in evaluation of organizational capability and analysis on correlation between organizational capability and performance of organization in architecture firms.

The paper is aimed to develop coaching competency model for executives and analyze their needs. For better outcome, we take coaching experts and executives and managers with business coaching experience as the target and conduct Delphi survey three times. According to the 3 surveys, we derived 5 coaching competency clusters and 34 individual competency items. The next thing, we have designed 102 survey questions which measure the 43 competency items and verified the validity for 272 respondents composed of managers and executives participated. As a result, the Analysis is secured with the validity at the 26 competency items. To investigate the competency that is important to executives, we carry needs analysis into execution. Borich's needs to utilize executive coaching competencies results conducted on 5 priority groups that belong to the competence of the 26 sub-competencies have business acumen the needs of high-capacity was analyzed. followed by motivation inspiring, organizational management, conflict management, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.

This study examines the effects of entrepreneurship and organizational innovation capacity(strategic planning capacity, R&D capacity, technology commercialization capacity) and strategic directionality (customer orientation, technology orientation) The relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and innovation capacity. First, the research model and the hypothesis were set up based on the literature review, and 400 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved for the manufacturing workers in Gyeongbuk province. As a result of the study, it accepted that the corporate entrepreneurship had significant influence on organizational innovation capacity. And confirmed a significant moderating effect of strategic directionality. However, the moderating effect of customer orientation was rejected in relation to entrepreneurship and technology commercialization. These findings can provide guidelines for organizational management in terms of culture by identifying the effects of corporate entrepreneurship and strategic orientation at organizational level.

최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is developing parents' character competency reinforcement program for the prevention of child abuse based on the critical competencies suggested by Character Education Promotion Act. Methods: For the development of the program, the literature review about child abuse prevention program in domestic and international research was conducted. Also, we conducted focus group interviews with kindergarten (n = 3) and elementary school (n = 4) teachers who experienced abusive parents for grasping their characteristics as a qualitative data collecting strategy. Results: As a result, parents' character competency reinforcement program for the prevention of child abuse was composed of a total of 7 activities; 'Understanding me and child', 'Anger management training for parent', 'Improving effective communication skill with child', 'Practicing two-way communication with child', 'Arts and Culture experience with child', 'Understanding my and child's feelings', 'We need a whole village to raise a child'. This program curriculum can be greatly four parents' character competency parts; self-management competency, communication competency, sensitivity competency, community competency. Conclusion/Implications: The program developed in this research can utilize the basic framework of the program to strengthen parent's toughness ability and it is crucial to develop customized toughness capacity increasing plan according to parent's characteristics It will be essential information.
