본 연구에서는 산불현장 대응인력 역량강화와 관련하여 국내 산불현장 대응인력에 대한 분석을 실시하였으며 인터뷰와 현장조사 등을 통해 국내산불 대응사례를 조사하고 문제점과 개선점을 파악하였다. 이와 같은 조사를 토대로 산불 대응에 대한 개선점을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 해양사고 및 해양오염사고로 인하여 해상교통관제 역할의 중요성이 재인되어 해상교통관제 역량강화의 필요성이 대두되었다. 해상교통관제 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 인적요소인 관제사의 업무역량 강화가 무엇보다 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 해상교통관제와 유사한 업무를 수행하고 있는 항공 및 철도관제사 제도와 외국 선진 항만 관제사의 자격제도, 평가제도 및 교육제도를 분석하여 해상교통관제사의 실정에 적합한 제도개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of bibliotherapy on college students' competency. For this purpose, data were collected from the students who participated in bibliotherapy class. As a result, it was found that bibliotherapy strengthened college students' competency. Specifically, it was found that bibliotherapy has a positive effect on enhancing self-identity and interpersonal relationships in college students. In addition, it has a positive effect on problem solving, and motivation for achievement. These results may be a rationale for the need of bibliotherapy course to strengthen students' competency at college.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the enhancement of convergent job competence of social worker working in a social welfare facility affects the quality of life. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we surveyed 20 social welfare workers working in 20 social welfare facilities in Gyeonggi area and used 188 pieces collected. The random sampling method was used for the sampling method. As a result, there was a positive correlation between personal competence and satisfaction, environmental competence and dissatisfaction, relationship competence and satisfaction in social workers' competence enhancement and quality of life. And social competence's individual competence and environmental competence play a positive role in dissatisfaction. Also, it can be seen that the relationship competency plays a negative role in dissatisfaction. The degree of individual competence, the ability to control the mind to turnover, and the relationship capacity play a positive role in satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of life of the social welfare workers, it is expected that there will be a positive effect in implementing the job capacity enhancement education program for the social welfare workers.

The study conducted an employment capability reinforcement program targeting health-related college students, and then carried out positive analysis to find out how satisfaction affects adjustment to college life and academic achievement. An employment capability reinforcement program was conducted which targeted health related majors at a university located in Cheongbuk, and information on satisfaction, adjustment to college life, and academic achievement was collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The analysis results revealed that the higher the satisfaction for the employment capability reinforcement program, the better the adjustment to college life, while increased adjustment to college life affected academic achievement. Although the employment capability reinforcement program had no direct relationship of influence to academic achievement, the study shows that it does lead to increased academic achievement by way of adjustment to college life, which ends up as a positive affect for future employment. Therefore, active efforts are necessary to revitalize employment related programs that suit the characteristics of each department in order to establish an environment for revitalizing employment and increasing adjustment to college life.

This study is purpose of empowerment of Parents of Gifted Children Using Action Learning. Conclusions and Implications of this study are as follows: First, the gifted children at home parents worry and stress associated with parenting experience, but directly to the nurturing gifted education is insufficient for parents. Thus, the characteristics of gifted and talented gifted parents who have appropriate training should be conducted. Second, a gifted parent empowerment by having a parent in child care for the ability to relieve stress and parenting, parents in the education of their children the confidence to believe that may be helpful. Third, parents of gifted children for strengthening the application of action learning approach is to derive a real problem with gifted children and their parents to seek a solution for the child care that can enhance the capabilities will be presented.

This study was conducted to explain the capacity building policy of local public officials. Especially, it is to derive the policy task that can increase the efficiency within the limit of limited resources. The results of the study are as follows. First, local government officials' job management was the most important policy task in the largest framework to strengthen the capacity of local public officials. Next, the evaluation was in the order of recruitment management of local public officials and personnel management of local public officials. Second, the results of the evaluation of detailed policies. Among the local government officials 'job management, the introduction of the local government officials' rest period was evaluated as the most important. Regarding recruitment management of local public officials, reform of the public official exam courses was evaluated as the most important. In the personnel management of the local public officials, the job training of the elected officials was the most important. The results of this study will help to explain the policy development for strengthening the capacity of local public officials in realistic aspect. In order to strengthen the capacity of local public servants in future, it is necessary to analyze the measurement variables more.

The purpose of this study is to develop a training program for teachers to improve their entrepreneurial education competency for teenager entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve this objective, the training program was developed through a literature review and input from professionals. In addition, to verify field appropriateness of the entrepreneurship program for teachers, teachers participated in the program and a satisfaction survey was conducted. Results of this study are as follows. First, this study developed teaching contents and methods for entrepreneurship education which included 4 hours of online education and 26 hours of off-line education, for a total of 30 hours. Second, for verifying the applicability to schools and its effects, the satisfaction of training was examined using 88 teachers that participated in the entrepreneurship education program. Results found the satisfaction level was rated 4.58 for the curriculum suitability and 4.67 for the effectiveness of class contents, indicating that teachers were very satisfied with the training program and contents.

This study aimed to develop self-diagnosis tools to evaluate the common competence level of public library librarians, apply them to actual public library librarians, and analyze the factors of competency value evaluation through empirical research methods. To this end, the study modify the existing capacity value evaluation indicators of librarians from a public library perspective and conducted a survey to self-diagnose the common capabilities of public library librarians. As the results of analysis showed that librarians of public libraries themselves think that the level of core competence that professional librarians should acquire is relatively higher than the average. Among the overall capabilities of librarians, the average of the 'librarians' behavior and attitude' area was the highest, followed by the 'librarians' skill' and 'librarian's knowledge' areas. The study suggested to strengthen the capacity of public library librarians for various duties, the re-education system for librarians should be established, and a systematic system for promoting librarians' duties as professionals, and a personnel system for professional development.

Professional competencies serve to demonstrate and develop expertise. As such, the study summarized theories on the concept of competency and competency model development and utilization, proposing ways to utilize the competency system to strengthen domestic archivists' expertise through a case study of international archivist competency systems. Five competency frameworks for archivists developed by international archivist associations were analyzed. Results showed that the archival profession's competency frameworks were primarily utilized in two ways. First, they are used to verify professional definitions, which are used as verification standards for registering certified professionals at the archivist association level. Second, they are used to enhance expertise in conjunction with individual professional self-assessment and continuing professional development program design. These two applications can operate in a complementary relationship to utilize the competency framework in demonstrating and strengthening competencies.
