Since IT technology grow rapidly, our ethic of consciousness has become big issue with adverse effect. Many scholar has discussed and tired to solve this problem, but it is still helpless to fix. Therefor in this paper, author will not suggest the solution, but will present model list of adverse effects and cases to prevent accidents. The model list of adverse effects, what author will present is about media addiction, harmful content, cyber-violence, right infringement, cyber terror and decision obstacle. This model list is made by primary and secondary survey. This model will show adverse effect of present day, but also will show future adverse effects that can be prevent. Through out this paper, this model list could use for education plan.

ISO의 정보보호관리 표준은 ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27 WG1에서 표준화를 진행하고 있으며, 현재까지 제정된 정보보호관리 표준으로는 ISO 13335 MICTS와 ISO 17799 Code of practices for information security management 등이 있다. ISO 13335는 정보보호관리 모델 및 기술에 대한 가이드를 제공하는 표준이고, ISO 17799는 정보보호관리 통제에 대한 가이드를 제공하는 표준이다. 최근 동향으로는 ISMS(Information Security Management Systems)국제표준화 작업이 시작될 것으로 예상되며, WG1에서 작업 중인 정보보호관리 표준 간 유사성을 배제하고 통합된 체제를 만들기 위한 로드맵 작성 작업이 진행 중에 있다. 인터넷의 확산과 정보화의 역기능 증가에 따라 능동적인 정보보호관리체계의 수립을 위하여, 우리나라도 정보보호관리 표준의 제정 과정에 적극적으로 참여할 뿐 아니라 국내 많은 조직에서 정보보호관리 표준이 적용되어 국가적인 정보보호관리 수준이 향상될 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다.

Existing as a reverse function in the information age, the security threats against the information system is increasing day by day and a systematic security management to this is being considered more and more important. The most important thing on security management is a risk analysis to understand the cause of the threat and to set up a countermeasure. Therefore, to increase security the proposed model will advise on the set up of the security policy and for a set up of an economic security countermeasure we have increased the reliability on the risk calculation stage. Especially, on the countermeasure stage we have requested a security level on the asset in order to examine the mutual reliance between assets, and differing from the standard model, we have improved the proposed model so that the materializing of the proposed countermeasure has been made to identify the restricted items for each asset and in order to not materialize superficial countermeasures and to make sure to materialize an economic countermeasure.
