Experimental Research for CO2 Emission Estimation of Medium-Scale Excavator Reflecting Work Characteristics (작업 특성을 반영한 중규모 굴삭기의 CO2 배출량산정을 위한 실험적 연구)

  • Researches on the emissions of greenhouse gases in the construction industry, which accounts for 40% of raw materials, 30% of energy consumption, and 30% of $CO_2$ emissions in the entire industry, are mainly focused on studies of LCA. However, it is assessed that $CO_2$ emissions are higher in construction sequence than in operation sequence. Also, it is considered that construction machinery using fossil fuel is a main factor causing environmental load in construction sequence. Therefore, this study analyzes the workload and engine RPM characteristics of the excavator which is the second largest number of registered construction machinery in Korea and the highest utilization rate in actual construction site. The excavator is divided into non-load states and load states where power is transmitted to the excavator. The exhaust gas is analyzed by a direct measurement method using PEMS equipment. $CO_2$ emissions are estimated by analyzing the relationship between RPM and exhaust emission characteristics according to the actual driving conditions. Additionally, we analyze the difference between $CO_2$ emissions of construction machine calculated by this study and $CO_2$ emissions calculated by using carbon emission coefficient.

  • An intelligent performance diagnostic computer program of a gas turbine using the NN(Neural Network) was developed. Recently on-condition performance monitoring of major gas path components using the GPA(Gas Path Analysis) method has been performed in analyzing of engine faults. However because the types and severities of engine faults are various and complex, it is not easy that all fault conditions of the engine would be monitored only by the GPA approach Therefore in order to solve this problem, application of using the NNs for learning and diagnosis would be required. Among then, a BPN (Back Propagation Neural Network) with one hidden layer, which can use an updating learning rate, was proposed for diagnostics of PT6A-62 turboprop engine in this work.

A Proposal on Game Engine Behavior Tree (게임 엔진 행동 트리 제안)

  • A behavior tree is to express the behavior of artificial intelligence. The behavior tree has a characteristic that is easy to change state transitions than FSM(Finite State Machine), see the progress of the action. For these reasons, the behavior tree is widely used in more than FSM. This paper is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages on behavior trees of game engines, proposes the improved behavior tree based on analyzed them. To achieve this, in this paper, first, examines the role of node and the behavior tree structure of the unity engine, unreal engine. Second, discusses the advantages and disadvantages based on it. Third, proposes the behavior tree to improve the disadvantages of behavior tree of unity engine and unreal engine, depth of behavior tree and search time required to select the execution node. This paper can help developers using the tree to develop the game.

A Preliminary Configuration Design of Methane/Oxygen Bipropellant Small-Rocket-Engine through Theoretical Performance Analysis (이론성능해석에 의한 메탄/산소 이원추진제 소형로켓엔진의 예비형상설계)

  • Design parameters required for Methane/oxygen bipropellant small-rocket-engine were derived through a theoretical performance analysis. The theoretical performance of the rocket engine was analyzed by using CEA and optimal propellant mixture ratio, characteristic length, and optimal expansion ratio were calculated by assuming chemical equilibrium. A coaxial-type swirl injector was chosen because of its outstanding atomization performance and high combustion efficiency compared to other types of injector and also a bell nozzle with 80% of its full length was designed. The rocket engine configuration with 1.72 MPa of chamber pressure, 0.18 kg/s in total propellant mass flow, and O/F ratio of 2.7 was proposed as a ground-firing test model.

  • Combustion characteristics of a gas generator for a 30 ton-class liquid rocket engine were studied. At the early stage of development, the combustion tests of the gas generator were performed by only using the nozzle which substitute for a turbine manifold exit. Then, the extension tube was applied between the gas generator and the nozzle for imitating the resonant mode of gas generator and turbine manifold. Finally, the hot-firing tests were performed on the condition of connecting the gas generator with the turbine manifold. In the paper, the step-by-step results such as temperature distribution and pressure fluctuations were analyzed.

  • In this paper, we have developed sensor composited heater of 2-pin, and unified the fuel filter. In order to evaluate the performance of the 2-pin sensor composited fuel heater, we have make of the low temperature fluidity system. The one measure and analysis the electrical and oil flow quantity characteristics at an input and out port of 2-pin sensor composited fuel heater. Especially, in the characteristics verification elements of the proposed goods, we use the test chamber for the temperature variable and oil flow quantity test, and designed an embedded system for interfacing an engine. By interfacing both user and the system, it support an experimental and date gathering function in 2-pin sensor composited fuel filter. And then test the temperature, oil pressure, electrical characteristics and oil flow quantity in variable status from - 30 ℃ to + 80 ℃. These can help us to determine the quality and performance of elementary goods.

  • This paper is study on the pressure monitoring system(PMS) for ship's engine performance analysis( SEPA) based on web, with high speed and accuracy. This system is composed of pressure sensor, monitoring module with multi channel A/D converter, TCP/IP and satellite internet communication system. Existing domestic products measure cylinder pressure when piston of first explosive cylinder reached TDC(the top dead center) point and then measure next cylinder pressure manually each angle divided by a constant rotating interval. But presented system monitors in the local and web computer, using pressure information transmitted from pressure sensor installed on each engine. In this system, it is possible to increase the accuracy of the engine performance analysis because not only each TDC points but cylinder pressures synchronized with the TDC points could be measured in real time, accurately. And therefore, it may be used in a various diagnosis of main engines, such as deviations of each cylinder maximum pressures(Pmax) and the TDC firing positions and combustion conditions.

  • 트래픽의 흐름을 조절하고 ATM 네트워크 자원의 사용을 최적화하기위해서는 폭주로 인한 성능 저하를 막기 위한 적절한 제어가 필요하다. 기존의 사용자 감시 제어(UPC) 메커니즘이 네트워크의 상황과는 관계없이 매우 불안정한 예방적 기능만을 수행하였고, qvj로 인해 셀 지연을 가중시키는 한계점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 OAM 셀을 이용하여 네트워크의 상태에 따라 능동적으로 반응하는 적응적 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘을 제안하고ㅡ 버퍼로 인한 지연을 고려하여 서비스의 한층 더 높이고자 한다. 제시한 사용자 감시 제어방식은 OAM 셀이 주는 정보를 바탕으로 네트워크 내의 상황을 판단하여 사용자가 요구한 서비스의 질을 고려할 수 있도록 리키율과 버퍼의 문턱값을 조정하였다. 네트워크가 분주시에는 리키율을 낮추고 버퍼를 줄여서 네트워크 내에 유입되는 셀을 막는 역할을 하고 네트워크가 한가할 때는 리키율을 높히고 버퍼를 늘여서 빠르게 네트워크 내로 셀이 유일도리 수 있\ulcorner 한다. 폭주 발생 시에는 셀의 유입을 막고 푹주 상태가 해결될때까지 스페이서의 작동을 멈춘다. 본 논문에서 제시한 사용자 감시 제어 메커니즘의 트래픽 소스 모델은 IPP로 모델링하였고, 트래픽은 음성과 고속 데이터를 중심으로 시뮬레이션하였다. 음성과 고속 대이타 각각의 경우에 시뮬레이션한 결과를 기존의 방식과 비교, 분석한 결과에서 음성에서는 버퍼지연이 대폭 줄였고 고속 데이터인 경우에는 셀 손실율이 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 제시한 방식에 의해 사용자가 요구하는 서비스의 질을 유지하면서 동시에 네트워크의 자원을 효율적으로 사용하였음을 알 수있었다.에 적합한가를 고찰하였다.베이터에 의한 아파트의 소음 및 진동에 관하여 그 현황, 원인 그리고 대책에 관한여 논하고자 한다.감 방법을 연구하였고, T.Sakai는 5자유도 모델을 이용하여 엔진 공회전시 발생하는 치타음에 대해 이론과 실험을 통해 해석하고, 엔진 회전수 변동, 클러치 특성, 변속기의 드래그(drag) 토크의 영향과 치타음 저감을 위한 개선된 클러치 특성을 제시하였다. 이 외에도 Thomas C.T.와 E.P.Petkus는 특정 차량에 대한 동력전달계의 비틀림 진동 현상에 대해 연구하였다. 이러한 연구들로 볼 때, 자동차 동력전달계에서 발생하는 진동은 이론과 실험을 통해 그 해석이 가능하며 설계에 매우 유용하게 이용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 4 실린더 4 싸이클 1.5 L 엔진을 장착한 경승용차의 실차 주행실험을 통해 가속 페달의 급조작에 따른 차체의 종진동 현상을 측정하고, 엔진-변속기-타이어-차체의 반환정계 4자유도 진동모델로 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 실차 주행실험의 결과치와 비교, 분석한 후 클러치 비틀림 특성을 비롯한 자동차 동력전달계의 각 설계인자들이 차체의 종진동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 해석하고자 한다.be presented.LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. Car Engine Sealing Inspection System Based on Analysis of Difference Image (차영상 분석 기반의 자동차 엔진 실링상태 검사 시스템)

  • In this paper, we proposed a new car engine sealing inspection system based on image processing and understanding. The car engine sealing inspection plays very important role for protecting leakage caused by inappropriate sealing, which is a crucial point for productivity of car engines. The proposed inspection system has been aimed to enhance the previously proposed sealing inspection systems based on image processing, which have high computation complexity and low performance for correctly inspecting some contamination by oil with similar color with that of sealing. Moreover, the previously proposed system has a difficulty in installing the camera system on the sealing machine. The proposed system considers a difference of images before and after sealing obtained from one static camera. By utilizing a difference of images, the proposed system shows very robust performance using a proposed simple depth checking algorithm for some contamination cases by oil with similar color with that of sealing and the total inspection system is simple and cheap to implement. According to the experiments conducted in a real car product line, the proposed inspection system shows better inspection performance and needs smaller implementation cost than three other previously proposed system working in current car sealing inspection systems.

  • 오늘날의 선박은 디지털 선박(Digital-ship)으로 변화하고 있으며, 일부 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitos) 기술을 기반으로 e-Navigation 및 VTS(Vessel Traffic Service) 등 안전 항해 및 편의를 제공하고 있다. 하지만, 아직까지 선박에 대한 안전시스템이 미비하고, 선박의 주요 설비를 실시간으로 관리하기 위한 안전 관리 시스템의 개발이 매우 필요한 시기라 할 수 있다. 지금까지 선박 연구에 있어서 안전을 극대화시키기 위한 노력은 많았으나 선박의 재질(철판) 및 밀폐환경에 의해 무선 통신(Wireless Communication)을 이용한 시스템 개발은 많이 이루어지고 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 논문은 선박 내의 전파 특성을 분석하여 무선 통신을 하기 위한 최적의 조건을 찾고, 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용한 지그비 네트워크 구성으로 선박 내 엔진관리를 위한 무선 센서 네트워크(Wireless Sensor Network)의 적용 가능성을 검증하였다.
