The purpose of this paper is to analyze of the home energy consumption and conservation awareness, usage patterns and policy directions for housing energy-saving house by three types of houses tenure. The results of analysis is : First, there is existed to the difference in average by each housing tenure types. Second, the residents of sales apartment and tenants of private and public rental apartment are practices in the energy consumption and conservation Third, the behavior between residents of sale-housing and the tenants of private and rental housing on the energy-saving behavior items is existed with behavioral differences. Finally, the consumer-oriented incentives method in the future housing energy' policy direction might be used more efficient and effective than others

US GAO(US Government Accountability Office : 미국 회계감사원)는 US정부의 예산을 통합하여 관리하는 임무를 맡고 있다. 하지만 동시에 미국 내$\cdot$외의 정부정책과 활동에 관련된 정책분석, 프로그램 평가, 법적 선택 및 결정에 대한 감사역할도 하고 있다. GAO의 역할은 연방정부가 전세계에서 하고 있는, 건강보험부터 자국 안보까지의 모든 일을 포괄하고 있다. 이러한 GAO는 정부와 국회 증언에 사용될 GAO리포트를 매일 발간해 인터넷에 게시하고 있다. 지난해 12월 GAO는 미국 상원 예산위원회에 제출할 ''파트너쉽계약과 에너지절약수행계약에서의 예산과 문제점의 고찰(Partnership and Energy Savings Performance Contracts Raise Budjecting and Monioring Concerns)''이란 제목의 리포트를 발간했다. ESCO독자들에게 그 내용을 사례위주로 게재한다. 이 리포트의 전문은 미국 GAO홈페이지(www.gao.gov)에서 볼 수 있다.

This paper surveyed and analyzed cases of DB development overseas to set the range of DB to be developed for analyzing energy-saving policies in the domestic transportation sector. The foregoing prerequisites were used to establish system for classification in the broad scale under which system for classification in detail indicators that suit one in the broader indicators was set based on analysis of domestic / overseas cases to determine DB development range in the transportation sector required to analysis domestic energy-saving policies. Accordingly, six items subject to the broadest classification were determined, i.e. energy consumption, energy basic unit, emissions of greenhouse gas, economic indicators, transportation volume / transportation records and basic automobile data. Large classification and sub-items determined by surveying expert opinions were set and proposed as DB classification indicators.

Among the four indicators that made up the evaluation indicators, the indicator on PR content scored the highest at 75.8 (3.79 out of a 5-point scale) followed by 74.4 (3.72) for PR media outlet, 69.6 (3.48) for PR impact, and 65.4 (3.27) for PR agency. The evaluation indicator or weighted average value of these indicators was 71.6 (3.58 out of a 5-point scale).In future research agendas, the development and analysis of quantitative evaluation indices that include changes in electricity consumption or auto fuel consumption is needed.

AMI는 스마트 그리드 구축을 위한 핵심 기술로, 현재의 단방향 폐쇄적 에너지 공급에서 양방향 에너지 종합관리시스템 구축을 위한 기반 기술이다. 스마트 미터 및 AMI 구축을 통하여 전기요금에 대응하여 에너지를 절약하는 가전 기기 보급 및 부하 관리가 실현되고, 최대 전력의 감소를 통하여 추가적인 발전소 건설비용이 절약되게 된다. Zigbee는 AMI 통신 구현을 위한 표준 기술로 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Zigbee 기반 AMI 시스템에서 AMI 시스템의 보안 특성 및 보안 요구사항에 대한 분석 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

This paper proposes an energy conservation scheme when apartment remodeling is provided, which analyzes the energy conservation techniques that are suitable for overseas passive houses. Subsequently, a passive solution that is more suitable for our country is derived. In order to examine the energy saving rate applying to passive solution, it evaluates the energy saving rate of 5 specific cases by taking advantage of internal building energy efficiency rating certification system, classifies them and analyzes them. Finally, a rational alternative is devised, and then which is implemented in the internal apartment housing remodeling project. This scheme can save 40% of the energy in comparison with typical apartment building.
