본 논문에서는 RPA 도구 개발 과정 중 자동화 및 데이터 전처리 기능을 이용한 양질의 데이터 추출 과정을 기술한다. 개발된 RPA 도구에서는 녹화 기능으로 자동화 기능을 향상시켰으며, 비대칭 데이터 변환 기능과 이상치 처리 기능을 통해 업무 생산효율 증가 및 휴먼에러 방지를 제공한다.

기술의 발전은 새로운 변화를 주도하는 가운데, 단순한 종이 문서를 복사 또는 출력하는 디지털 복합기도 많은 기술의 진보를 통해 획기적인 변화를 거치고 있다. '주변기기'라는 명칭에서 보듯이 단순히 종이에 인쇄만 하는 수동적인 기기에서 네트웍을 통해 통제되거나 입출력 데이타를 생성, 전송, 보관, 폐기할 수 있는 능동적인 지능형 복합기로 진보하게 되었다. 이러한 지능형 복합기는 네트웍을 통해 실기간으로 모든 상황을 바로 확인할 수 있으며 고장이나 소모품 부족 발생이 일어나기도 전에 먼저 감지하여 대응할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 또한 기존 사용중인 기간계 시스템과 능동적으로 연동하여 업무 프로세스의 혁신 등 상상할 수 없는 업무의 변화를 주도한다. 이런 지능형 복합기가 제공하는 "SDK J"는 JAVA 기반의 개발 플랫폼을 제공하여 고객 맞춤형 솔루션을 개발, 적용할 수 있게 되었다. 현재 각 복합기 제조사에서는 다양한 고객 환경에 맞는 솔루션 제공을 위해 솔루션 개발 지원에 주력하고 있다.

We consider a problem of intelligent Integration Information system for research ship, and propose a design as one effective solution of the problem. The goals of the proposed design and system are as follows: management of engine, management of ship, researcher's work, education, training, manage schedule of the project, and thus to manage the whole life cycle of the research ship project. These goals are basically to facilitate and implement innovation- and enhancement-related activities which intelligent Integration Information system is fundamentally pursuing.

워크플로우 관리시스템(WfMS: Workflow Management System)은 업무 프로세스를 컴퓨터에 의해 정의, 실행 및 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어 시스템이다. WfMS에서는 업무 프로세스의 로직을 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 언어로 표현하므로 다수의 사용자가 이기종의 분산된 환경에서 참여하는 업무 흐름을 관리 하는데에는 효율적이나 지식경영 측면에서의 지원은 미약하다. 본 연구에서는 WfMS 구조하에서 효과적인 지식 관리를 위해 인공지능 기법의 하나인 사례기반추론(CBR: Case Based Reasoning)을 활용하여 업무 흐름상에서 발생하는 지식을 생성, 저장, 추출되도록 하는 업무 지원 시스템을 개발한다. 지식의 생성을 위해 폼 기반 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 활용하고 CBR 엔진은 제약 조건의 형태로 이뤄지는 쿼리에 대해 유사 사례 추출을 담당한다. 사례 베이스의 저장 형식은 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 이용한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 업무 지원 시스템을 활용함으로써 업무 조정자만으로서의 WfMS의 한계를 벗어나 지식경영 도구로서의 WfMS를 기대할 수 있다.

The impact of technological advancements on employment is a matter of ongoing debate, with discussions on the effects of AI technology development on employment being particularly scarce. This study employs the natural language processing technique (SBERT) and patents to calculate an occupation-based AI exposure score and to analyze employment trends by group. It proposes a method for calculating the AI exposure score based on the similarity between Korean patent information and US job descriptions and linking SOC(U.S.) and KSCO(Korea). The analysis of domestic AI patent applications and regional employment data in the KOSIS Database since 2013 reveals a K-shaped polarization pattern in Korean employment trends among groups with above and below average levels of AI exposure.

Recently, In line with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution, many companies and institutions have been increasingly applying automated technologies using artificial intelligence to various tasks. Particularly, due to the government's 52-hour workweek system, companies are increasingly struggling with manpower management. Therefore, they are interested in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for office environment automation for efficient manpower management. It is being introduced in the back-office business in credit card companies, bank, insurance. These RPA solutions require AI-based recognition technology, scripting technology, business software API-related technologies, and various solutions such as Automate One, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism are provided. This paper analyzes and describes the technology of RPA solution, the market trend, and the efficiency of RPA adoption.

본 논문에서는 오라클사의 전자상거래용 패키지인 ICS를 기반으로 지능형 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 설계 하고 구현하였다. 본 쇼핑몰은 고객들의 접속 기록과 상품 구매 기록을 데이터마이닝 기법에 의해 통계적으로 분석하여 상품에 대한 인기도에 따라 상품 진열을 자동적으로 구성할 수 있는 지능형 쇼핑몰이다. 본 시스템을 동하여 쇼핑몰 관리자의 주관적인 판단에 의해 수 작업으로 이루어지는 기존 쇼핑몰 관리 업무를 자동화할 수 있다. 또한 최근에 급격하게 증가하고 있는 전자상거래 시장에서 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 마케팅 기법을 제시하였다.

Data redundancy is problematic in that it not only induces heavy storage management cost but also could bring critical degradation of information systems. Unfortunately, to our knowledge, only few enterprises willingly afford time and efforts for the faithful conceptual design to prevent the degree of inappropriate data as much as they could, while most of enterprises pay rare attention to the notion of that sort of data quality. Wondering if there would be any other way to design the enterprise.wide data design without prior knowledge about business works is our major motivation for this study. In this paper, we present our data modeling methodology in which associations among objects in each sentences of a business job descriptions are treated as the focal point in database design. A proposed agent for automated design tool simply takes a business job description written in natural language as an input, and then designs an entity relationship diagram with some smart rules. We introduce the scope of the proposed agent and its detailed logics with several examples. And then, we verify the appropriateness of the resulted associations among objects. Lastly, we perform case studies to evaluate the devised agent's applicability to a business field.
