Until now, most of studies on Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) have been focused on the introduction of EDI and the performance of EDI. But recently, there have been increasing researches on diffusion of Electronic Data Interchange. The aims of this study are twofold. First, to find the impacts of various factors on EDI diffusion, second, to examine the relationship between EDI diffusion factors and EDI diffusion degree. To accomplish those aims of study, two kinds of methodologies are adopted in the studies, First, model building by wide investigation on previous papers, Second, empirical research for finding the determinants of diffusion of EDI. The results of testing the hypotheses of this research are summarized as follows. First, The important EDI diffusion variables influencing internal diffusion of EDI consist of top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, complexity, relative advantages, competition intensity and external pressure. Second, Top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, relative advantages, competition intensity and external pressure are associated with external diffusion of EDI. We are aware of the important fact that top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, relative advantage, competition intensity and external pressure were simultaneously associated with internal and external diffusion of EDI.

Recently, organizations are making significant technology investments to build a centralized content management system. However, high-quality technology adoption can conversely create techno-stress in the user and cause negative behavior. The purpose of this study is to suggest the negative effects and mitigation directions of enterprise content management system(ECMS) related techno-stress. In order to verify the hypothesis, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on employees of organizations that adopted content management technology and conducted structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, ECMS related techno overload and complexity decreased the intention of continuous use of ECMS. But, internal communication activities reduced ECMS related techno stress and task-technology fit moderated the relationship between techno-stress and intention of continuous use of ECMS. The study has implications in terms of suggesting a strategic direction to minimize the negative causes of the use of content management systems.

기업의 효율적인 정보시스템 구축은 정보화 사회에서는 반드시 필요하다. 또한 기업의 성장 규모, 기업의 요구 사항. 기업의 보다 향상된 업무를 위해 시스템을 능동적으로 구현, 확장, 재구성되어야 한다. 이에 정보의 연계, 최신 정보의 효율적 관리를 이용한 구체화와 정보화를 유지할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 중소 업체에서는 한 번에 많은 투자를 해야되는 종합 정보화 시스템보다는 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 등 각각에 대한 정보화를 위해 가장 기본적인 프로그램들을 업체의 특성과 차별성을 고려하여 실용 업무에 보다 적합한 자동화 시스템구성의 필요성이 강조된다. 따라서 이들 시스템간에 서로 정보를 교환하고 의사결정을 하는 종합 관리 시스템을 구축하여야 하는데, 이를 위하여 기존에 개발된 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계관리 프로그램들을 통합하는 것이 새로운 시스템을 개발하는 것보다 경제적, 기능적 측면에서 매우 유리하다 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 (주)두양금속의 기존에 사용중인 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리. 회계 관리 시스템을 통합하고자 이미 구축된 시스템을 분석하고 각각의 독립된 업무를 연계하여 효율적인 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것에 목적을 두고있다.

신배전정보시스템(NDIS, New Distribution Information System)은 범국가적으로 진행 중에 있는 지리정보시스템(GIS, Geographic Information System)을 한전의 업무특성에 맞게 적용한 시스템이다. 계획, 설계, 공사관리, 설비운영의 단계로 순환하는 배전업무의 특성을 분석하여 적합한 정보체계를 수립하고 이를 근거로 수집된 정보의 종합분석을 통해 경제적이고 합리적인 투자와 보수계획 수립을 가능하도록 지원하는 관리시스템이다. 또한 배전 기동보수업무는 배전선로의 순시점검과 설비의 개 보수, 각종 측정과 점검, 사고와 고장 처리, 설비와 부하관리 등을 포함하는 중요한 업무 중의 하나이다. 그러므로 이런 업무를 이동 컴퓨팅 환경을 토대로 시스템화함으로써 기동보수업무를 체계적이고 종합적으로 관리하는 것이 가능해진다. 또한 기동보수시스템을 신배전정보시스템(이하 NDIS)과 연계함으로써 상호간에 정보공유를 통한 더 유용한 시스템으로 발전할 것이다. 본 시스템 개발 완료후 현장 활용시 업무생산성 및 담당자의 편리성이 증대될 것으로 기대된다.

Ambidexterity in organizations, in general, is interpreted as flexibility that enables organizational innovation, which is important for survival in a competitive market. It applies to individual workers as well since the ambidexterity of explorational and exploitational IS use will enable the flexible transition between dynamic and operational work, and hence, increase the work performance. The current study will therefore investigate the individual levels of exploratory and exploitative IS use, as well as the complementary relationship between exploratory and exploitative IS use. In a third step, the differential influence of IS on work performance will be evaluated. The current study validated that complementary fit of IS use exploration and IS use exploitation increases performance. Polynomial regression and surface analysis are used to validate the incongruence of IS use pattern. They showed that the incongruence of ambidexterity is composed of two types of divergent vs. convergent ambidexterity which depends on the type of work that need dynamic or operational capability.

This study analyzed the moderating role of the suitability factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies targeting small and medium sized transportation companies in Korea. The analytical result has found that the suitable factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies play the moderating role in the ERP introduction factors and internal performance. In other words, the suitability factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies were analyzed to play the moderating role in support of CEOs, education/training, users' IT capabilities, standardization/formulation of business, infrastructure of information technologies, and internal performance. The result of this study based on the above analytical results has found that introduction performance will be maximized when ERP packages are introduced in the small and medium-sized transportation companies and corporate strategies properly harmonize with the introduction strategies of ERP packages in the companies.

BPMS, ERP, SCM 등 프로세스 인식 정보시스템들이 널리 쓰이게 되면서 프로세스 마이닝에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 프로세스 마이닝은 프로세스가 실행되는 동안 저장된 이벤트 로그로부터 정보를 추출하는 기법이다. 추출된 로그정보는 비즈니스 프로세스의 분석 및 재설계에 사용될 프로세스 모델을 생성하게 된다. 프로세스 마이닝 기법은 프로세스의 자동화 및 기업의 업무정보들을 관리하는 프로세스 기반 정보시스템의 정확성 및 효율성을 위한 중요한 부분을 차지하지만 현재까지의 연구는 생성된 이벤트 로그로부터 프로세스 모델을 재설계하는 프로세스 발견 기법 (Process Discovery Technique)을 적용한 부분에서만 활발히 진행되었다. 프로세스 마이닝은 프로세스 발견 기법 외에도 프로세스 적합성검사 기법 (Process Conformance Checking Technique) 및 프로세스 확장 기법 (Process Extension Technique)이 존재한다. 이들은 많은 프로세스 발견 기법에 대한 연구들이 진행되고 나서야 최근 프로세스 마이닝의 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스 적합성 검사를 위해 수집된 이벤트 로그와 기존에 나와 있는 여러 가지 프로세스 발견 알고리즘을 통해 생성된 프로세스를 수치적으로 비교할 수 있는 두 가지 애트리뷰트를 제시하였다.

정보 시스템 대한 유지 보수 문제는 소프트웨어 유지 보수 분야에서 지속적으로 존재하는 문제 중의 하나이며, 특히 이러한 정보 시스템들이 아주 오래 전에 COBOL이나 계측형 데이터베이스와 같은 기술을 바탕으로 개발되었음에도 불구하고 대부분의 조직에서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 이들 정보 시스템에 대한 효율적이고, 신속한 유지 보수는 조직에 있어 매우 중요한 업무임에도 불구하고, 대부분의 조직에서 이를 제대로 수행하고 있지 못하다. 체계적이고 효과적인 정보 시스템에 대한 유지 보수업무 수행을 위해 본 연구에서는 과거 유지 보수 사례를 이용하여 사례 지식을 축적할 수 있는 유지보수 사례의표현 방법 및 유사성 평가 방법과 이를 바탕으로 새로운 유지보수 요구에 적합한 과거 사례와 유지보수 대상 코드를 제안해 주는 사례 기반 유지 보수 대상 인식 방법론을 제시하였다. 이들 제안된 방법들의 타당성과 성과는 한국전력의 실제 정보 시스템을 대상으로 검증되었으며, 현장 업무에 적용되고 있다.

기존 망관리구조와 달리 차세대 망관리에서 요구되는 새로운 개념으로는 QoS관리, 망관리 분산화가 고려된다. 이에 핵심적 차세대 망관리구조의 핵심요소는 SLM(Service Level Management), TMN(Telecommunication Management Network)이다. 선진국을 중심으로 TMN 관리표준 업무처리 절차를 수립하여 이를 시스템화하여 솔루션으로 공급하고 있으나, 국내실정에 적합하지 않으며, 특히 전력분야에 적합한 전력통신망 통합관리를 위한 체계적인 표준 업무처리전차에 대한 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 전력 산업분야의 전력통신망 통합관리를 위한 표준절차의 부재로 기존 투자된 시스템의 효율성을 향상함에 있어 어려움을 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라 향후에 확장 도입되는 Management 솔루션에 있어서 불필요한 중복투자 가능성이 상존하고 있으므로 체계적이며 표준화돤 관리체계의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력통신 설비별로 운용중인 다수의 NMS 통합 및 유지관리용 전산설비와의 유기적인 결합을 통한 최적의 전력통신 망 종합관리체계 구축방안을 제시하기 위해 전력연구원에서 수행하고 있는 연구과제와 관련하여 차세대 전력통신망 관리방안에 대해 기술하였다.

대학 입시 업무에서 원서 접수방식에 있어서 원서 접수를 하기 위해 학교에 직접 방문하여 접수하거나 각 지역 접수 창구와 팩스를 통해 원서를 접수하는데 이를 유기적으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 인터넷 원서 접수 환경이 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나, 각 대학의 입시 업무 성격, 특정 학과 선발 과정 등의 충분한 자료 검증이 수행되지 않은 인터넷 원서 접수는 수험생에게 혼란과 복잡성을 유발할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 수험생에게 소신 지원 및 안정 지원을 위해 적합한 학과를 추천하여 수험생들의 인터넷 원서 접수를 하는데, 충분한 자료를 통해 적합한 학과를 추천해주는 지능형 진학 상담 에이전트 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
