The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of Positive Psychological Capital on the relationship between Small Business Enterpreneur's Learning Goal Orientation and Work Engagement. In order to achieve the purpose of research, the survey results of 300 small business Enterpreneurs who participated in the K-BIZ's Small Business Enterpreneurs Support Program were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model. The results of this study were as follows: First, learning goal orientation of small business enterpreneurs had positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, positive psychological capital of small business enterpreneurs had positive effect on work engagement. Third, positive psychological capital of small business enterpreneurs had full mediating effect on the relationship between learning goal orientation and work engagement. Based upon these results, several suggestions were suggested to promote small business enterpreneurs' learning goal orientation, work engagement, and positive psychological capital.

This study presents to demonstrate the relationships among emotional intelligence, job engagement, and work performance as perceived by hotel employees. For conducting analysis in this study, 380 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to the employees in deluxe hotels in Seoul and 353 copies was used for statistical analysing by using SPSS 18.0. Current stud y found that the factors of hotel employees' emotional intelligence (other's emotion, control of emotion, self-emotion, and use of emotion) have a critical effect on the concentration job engagement. In addition, the elements of job engagement (concentration and job engagement) have a significantly effect on work performance. Based on these results, the study established that hotel employees' emotional intelligence and job engagement were important elements as key factors affecting the continuous work performance of the hotel industry. Through these study results, this study provides practical implications that help hotel employees to better understand their emotional factors are critical predictor of job engagement and it will be useful information for utilizing human resources and improve their work performance.

VTS 관제사의 가장 기본적인 업무는 모니터링과 동시다발적으로 발생하는 사건을 처리하는 업무라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 모니터링 업무와 동시발생 업무의 관리의 소홀 또는 실패가 VTS 관련 사고로 이어지는 경우가 많다, 그러함에도 불구하고 지금까지는 이 분야에 대한 연구가 부족하였다. 본고에서는 VTS 모니터링 업무와 동시발생 업무 관리의 특성을 분석하고 특히 방해와 산만을 일으키는 요소들을 집중적으로 검토하고 이것이 관제사의 역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 또한 이러한 문제의 해결책으로 미래계획기억과 분산 기억 시스템 이론을 적용하여 실질적으로 관제사 업무에 도움을 줄 수 있는 방법을 모색하였다. 또한 e-Navigation 과 관련하여 VTS 장비에 장착하여 관제사의 모니터링 업무와 동시다발 발생 업무 관리를 도울 수 있는 도구 개발에 대한 아이디어를 제안하였다.

This study investigates the effect of work environment-in terms of job demands and job resources-on worker job engagement and burnout based on the JD-R model. The aim is to provide preliminary data to formulate policy and practical measures to strengthen job engagement and prevent burnout of workers at a community children's center. To this end, a self-administered questionnaire was answered by 447 workers at such a center in the city of Daejeon, Korea, and the results were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The research model had a statistically acceptable fit, with CFI = .900, TLI = .887, and RMSEA = .077. The following correlations were found among the key variables: i) a greater perceived amount of job resources led to a stronger worker job engagement but did not directly influence worker burnout; ii) more perceived job demands caused a higher worker burnout but did not directly influence worker job engagement; and iii) the greater the worker job engagement, the less burned out the workers were. These conclusions contribute to understanding the effect of the work environment on worker job engagement and burnout based on the JD-R model. We emphasize the need to improve this environment in community children's centers with supportive policy and practical measures to enhance worker job engagement and reduce burnout.

The purpose of this study is to provide materials necessary for planning and designing of passive solar post offices by comparing and analyzing the satisfaction degree on old passive solar post office environment characteristics according to the post office pattern. In conclusion, passive solar systems are effective and economical when they are applied to post offices for heating systems.

Recently environmental and ecological river management have been held in high repute, therefore it needs to river restoration and management works considering topographical shape of river. This study estimated the change of topographical shape in Gab- and Yudeung-River using time-series aerial photos. Especially, we selected location points of river facilities as weir and bridge that were built and removed and the confluence of Gab- and Yudeung-River. And we investigated the change of time-series flux and flow-direction. Also, through the estimation of sediment by river flow together, it is possible to supply decision making data that is very important to instream flow and environmental and ecological river restoration in urban stream.

In this study, the change of heat loss due to the degree of deterioration of the XPS insulation in KEPCO's office buildings is analyzed. The acceleration aging test of the XPS insulation was carried out according to the test method A of KS M ISO 11561: 2009. The performance of the insulation was analyzed by applying it to the three - dimensional steady state heat transfer analysis program. The acceleration aging test of the XPS insulation, show that the thermal resistance performance decreased by 1.44% at the A regional headquarters, 0.85% at the B regional headquarters, 6.41% at the C branch office, 7.76% at the D regional headquarters, 8.51% at the E branch office, and by 8.54% at the F branch office respectively. Using simulation, we determined that the thermal resistance value of E branch office decreased by 8.04%, while its heat loss increased by 8.52%. At A regional headquarters, the thermal resistance decreased by 1.38%, and the heat loss increased by 1.51%. At D regional headquarters, these value are 6.82% and 7.17%, respectively.
