The evaluation of consumer counseling tasks: comparison with Japan (소비자상담사의 업무수행평가: 일본과의 비교를 중심으로)

  • This research evaluated counseling tasks performed by consumer counselors between Korea and Japan. Results of this research could be summarized as follows. First, not only female but also male counselors occupied counseling tasks in Korea, in Japan, all counselors were female, most of whom were married and older than in Korea. The average number of counselors in Korea was large than those in Japan, but income of counselors was higher in Japan. Average numbers of counseling were large, the level of perception on the significance of counseling tasks was lower in Korea, but degree of job satisfaction was higher in Korea than their Japanese counterparts. Second, evaluation scores of Korean counselors were higher than those in their Japanese counterparts in the light of objectiveness and fairness of counseling. On the other hand, the degree of job satisfaction among counselors and their perceptions on the significance of counseling tasks affected the evaluation scores. In contrast, both degree of job satisfaction and hours of job-training education generated those impacts. finally, Korean counselors highly evaluated their agencies' counseling tasks than their Japanese counterparts. In sum, this study showed that the overall performance of consumer counseling tasks was more positive in Korea than in Japan.

Development of Performance Evaluation Tool for Operating Room Nurses (수술실간호사 업무수행평가 도구개발)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a performance tool to evaluate operating room nurses. Method: In the first stage, 59 preliminary items were selected after two focus group meetings were carried out using as background a reference review. At this stage 59 items were developed. Next, the selected preliminary items were modified by an expert group of nurses with over 10 years experience, nurses holding doctoral degrees and professors in nursing. In the third and fourth stage, these items were analyzed by the expert group to determine validity and tested by hospital nurses with over 10 years experience to determine reliability Results: For the final tool, the 59 items, 47 items for the performance evaluation dimension and 12 items for the competence evaluation dimension were found to be valid and reliable. Cronbach's $\alpha$ was .9622, a promising alpha value for the total instrument. Conclusion: This tool is an efficient performance evaluation instrument providing meaningful feedback for operating room nurses.

  • Web-based distance teacher training should focus on increasing self-directed problem solving skills of trainers by problem-based instruction(PBL). Performance assessment evaluates achievement of learning goals through the practical performance learning to solve problems in the real situation. This study proposes a web-based performance assessment model for the distance teacher training. It reflects fairness and objectiveness issues of performance assessment which elementary teachers are concerned about through the survey on distance teacher training, and relieves instructors from overload of managing and scoring performance tests. The proposed model provides problem-based learning situations, interactions between individuals and groups, and web-based cooperative evaluation and the peer evaluation.

  • The evaluation and analysis method of information system (IS) is studied from the system perspective, the user perspective, and the management viewpoint. The detailed analysis method performs qualitative evaluation by user questionnaire or expert opinion. In this study, Measures the productivity and the effect of building administrative information systems. In the previous study, qualitative productivity and universal effect indicators were used, but in this study, quantitative productivity indicators and indicators specific to administrative complaints were selected. KONEPS, an administrative service system, used electronic contract records and information recorded in the intermediate process. The information was converted into the number of days, and the productivity based on the input manpower was calculated. The effect analysis analyzed the questionnaire related to civil affairs, which is the goal of the administrative work system. Each factor was divided into reflective structural variable and formal structural variable, and internal consistency and multi-collinearity were diagnosed. In order to verify the model, the influence of the work was set as a hypothesis, the reliability was verified according to the descriptive statistics method, the influence was measured through the regression analysis, and the model was analyzed by the multiple regression model path coefficient. Model validation methods are Chi-square (df, p), RMR, GFI, AGFI, NFI, CFI and GFI as indicators according to CFA.

  • 본 논문에서는 기술자격시스템에 대한 관리 운영상의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 내부관리시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 비정기성 기술자격시스템은 정보처리 관련기업에 개발 및 구현에 대한 전체적인 사항을 위탁업무로 수행하고 처리 결과에 대한 자료를 시행기관에서 인수하여 내부업무를 처리한다. 이러한 관리체계는 추가적 요구정보에 대한 재처리에 많은 문제점을 내포한다. 부가적인 추가적 요구사항에 대하여 재개발 절차가 필요하며 효율적인 업무처리와 관리체계를 수행하는데 불안정한 요소들을 가지고 있는바, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 특수 자격 분야에 시범적으로 적용한 내부관리시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 내부관리 시스템의 기능 평가는 시뮬레이션 방식으로 최소 규모의 파일럿시스템에서 구현 기술을 적용하고 검증 한 후 실시간 기술자격 시험에 시범 적용한 결과 처리 과정상의 안정성과 실용성이 인증되어 대단위 자격시스템에 확대 적용할 계획이다. 위탁기관과 연계하여 부가적 요구정보 처리 시 발생되는 추가 개발기간에 대한 문제점을 해결하였으며 안정적인 시스템 운영상태와 최대의 효율성을 보여주었다. 특히 내부관리시스템을 사용하는 전문가와 비전문가그룹으로 이루어진 자격시행기관의 시스템 평가에서 사용자 편리성과 확장성 부문에 탁월한 평가를 도출하였다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 내부관리 시스템은 다양한 방식과 구성요소를 통합하여 공통영역을 표준화 한 후, 체계적으로 실시간 자격관리시스템에 적용 될 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of a role model is to find a master or expert who conduct their business effectively and work as a model that helps staff in charge to conduct their works effectively. This process is an effort to find out the deviation of work performance capability among staffs in charge and settle the work process to be optimized to practical business, the standardization of protocol. Materials and Methods: Seoul Asan medical center nuclear department developed 6~7 role modeling items and has applied it to work. I report two operation improvement cases we had applied a role model to Seoul ASAN medical center. Result: By comparison with none application of a role model, we could improve operation efficiency. Conclusion: The main purpose of role modeling is to make the employees who do the business in their charge effectively as a role model and contribute to work performance of employees who are lack of work performance although they performed their works hard. Our team is going to develop role model items continuously and to make a use of it to practical work then improve work performance. We regard it as a useful tool to performance improvement. The performance improvement by using a role model was very useful instrument.
