A Study on the Life Cycle for Launch Vehicle in NASA (NASA의 발사체 수명주기에 대한 연구)

  • A Launch vehicle which consists of many sub-systems is one sophisticated huge system. A lot of experience and system integration technique are needed for the launch vehicle to accomplish a mission successfully. The characteristics and complexity in the development of the launch vehicle depend on the size of that. However the systematic work flow is similar to each other. This paper introduces a standardized development process which is based on the whole program life cycles and experiences of NASA on the development of the launch vehicle. The development process can be categorized into 10 phases through the life cycle of the launch vehicle.

A Study on Difference between Private Security and Private Investigation (민간경비업과 민간조사업의 차이점 연구)

  • In advanced country, private investigation system is made up of private security and in domestic, there is growing need constantly to introduce private investigation but it is not passed until now in assembly so a messenger office which is run illegally is growing because of demand by subdividing business areas. That is a proof that both the police and private security don't meet demand of public peace to the public. that's why the police has own businesses like a investigation, traffic, intelligence, crime prevention and private security's business areas are limited like a facilities security, escort security, protection of a person, machine security, special security as the Private Security Act. This study attempts to know structural difference between private security system and private investigation system in case private investigation system becomes one of the private security. on some question, respondents reply like that private security and private investigation is very different(71.2%), different(22.4%), average(6.3%), similar(0.0%), very similar(0.0%). the result seems like respondents recognize private security and private investigation as different businesses. In the result of non-quantity analysis, the differences seem like a business character, expense, business scope, public power, scale of organization, object of threat, legislation. In domestic, effort to legislate private investigation system has undergone difficulty since congressman Ha Soon Bong's motion in 1999 and today, congressman Yoon Jae Ok's All Amendments Private Security Act and congressman Song Young Geun's Private Inveswtigation Act are pending in assembly. This study's result is intended for examining difference in exploration between private security and private investigation and then there is going to propose to the policy in case private investigation system is passed in assembly by amending Private Security Act like congressman Yoon Jea Ok's All Amendment Private Security Act.

  • 본 연구에서는 건설CALS/EC 기반의 정보화 추진을 위한 정보시스템을 개발할 때 적용되는 기존의 소프트웨어 개발방법론의 문제점을 분석하고, 표준화되지 않은 개발방법론의 적용으로 시스템 개발에 비효율적인 비용을 투자하는 문제점과 특성상 입찰, 구매, 계약 등 분야별로 상이한 기능의 업무에 따라 구축되는 건설산업 정보화에 있어서 상호간에 데이터 및 프로세스를 원활히 통합하지 못하므로 인하여 발생되는 개발의 중복성, 정보 활용의 비효율성 등의 문제점을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 최근 새로이 부각되고 있는 방법론인 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론(CBD: Component-Based Development)을 사용하여 건선CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스를 위한 시스템의 업무프로세스를 모델링하여 사용자가 쉽게 재사용가능하고 타업무분야에 확대 가능한 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 방법론의 적용상 문제점 분석을 통하여 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론의 필요성을 증명하고 비즈니스 컴포넌트 프레임워크를 사용하여 건설 CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스의 업무프로세스에 적용할 기술적인 방법론을 고찰하고 업무에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 업무프로세스 컴포넌트를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 컴포넌트 모델은 향후 타업무분야의 시스템을 개발할 때 사용자요구분석 단계부터 별도의 재 작업이 없이 사용될 수 있으며 시스템을 구현할 때 개발 모듈의 중복방지와 용이한 비즈니스로직의 변경 등이 가능하며, 추가의 업무 프로세스나 연관된 다른 분야의 업무프로세스의 반영 및 추가 시 컴포넌트의 활동모델을 쉽게 수정하여 정의함으로써 쉽게 시스템의 기능을 확장할 수 있다.LE 산정에 관한 지속적인 실험적 연구가 이루어져야 하겠다. 증가할 것이다. 또한 부분육을 이용한 완전제품, 적색육제품, 유기농이나 별미식 제품과 같은 형태의 다양한 포장육 제품이 도입 될 것으로 생각되어진다.e in vitro SPF test method will be able to be used as an alternative method for in vivo SPF in case of lotion and cream. replica. The Factors Influencing of Professional Consciousness of Long-term Care Workers (요양보호사의 직업의식과 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose basis data to nursing intervention development in order to raise the professional consciousness of long-term care workers grasping influence factor and professional consciousness. The subjects were about 185 long-term care workers at D megalopolis and 4 cities of 3 provinces from November to December, 2009. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression. The correlated factors of professional consciousness included self-efficacy(r=.420, p=.000), sense of the calling(r=.636, p=.000), education training effectiveness(r=.441, p=.000), internal locus control(r=.378, p=.000), and external locus control(r=-.356, p=.000). Factors influencing of professional consciousness of them were to show in order of sense of the calling(B=.329, p=.000), education training effectiveness(B=.250, p=.000), internal locus control(B=.216, p=.000), external locus control (B=-.165, p=.002), consideration and opplicable job choose characteristic(B=.207, p=.004), these variables accounted for 57.5% of the variance of professional consciousness. Further research needs to develop well organized educational program, training of enhancing internal locus control, and clear examination about roles and tasks of long-term care workers. Also, it suggests education and research that can enhance professional consciousness by utilizing these factors.

  • This paper deals with the results of development tools for knowldge base implementation on personal computers which is focused on university's student affairs as the education sector.Tje consultant expert system consists of the inference system which makes the object-oriented inference possible by using the present typical rule-based expert systems organized with inference engine,knowledge base,and user interface the user interface management system providing a variety of interfaces,the knowlege managment system for the efficient management and acquirement of knowledge which is independently constucted,and the object management system for the effective management of these systems. This system's design is the consultant expert system'C-I(Consultant-One),in which users can consult with expert at the use's various points of view and which can be operated on the easily accessible personal compuers. We implemented the Student Affairs Administration Consultation Expert System(SACES)'which constructed the knowledge base for three fields of university student affairs management such as timetable management,curriculum and grade points.

  • E-learning has become one of the popular educational method in these day. In recognition of the growing e-learning, numerous researchers of S&T have utilized for the training aimed at enhancing competency. In the circumstances, previous studies have yield interesting results regarding certain factors that competency based programs may increase effectiveness of education. Therefore this research described here contributes to design competency modeling and education roadmap for human resource in S&T. The study uses survey, FGI, delphi technique, and expert workshop for selecting the main competencies. In particular, the results are including training roadmap of 5 level in each of two groups as researchers and S&T managers. These findings can be possible to develop customized programs and supported long-term career development path plan for human resource in S&T.

A Phenomenological Study on the Job Stress experienced by Emotional Labors: Focusing on the Call Center Consultant (감정노동자가 경험하는 직무스트레스에 관한 현상학적 연구: 콜센터 상담사를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the content of job stress experienced by call center consultants. For that purpose, the investigator interviewed 11 call center consultants one-on-one in D City, conducting qualitative analysis of content of job stress they experienced according to Giorgi's phenomenological analysis procedure. As a result, there were classifications of job characteristics and individual characteristics. They were further classified into 8 categories and 24 subcategories. As for job characteristics, there were "limitations of work performance," "work burden," "inflexible work style," "uncontrolled customers," and "controlled demand." As for individual characteristics, there were "psychological instability," "personality vulnerabilities," and "poor coping resources." The categories of job characteristics and personal characteristics were classified into limit and control levels, respectively. It is found that poor coping resources mediate between job stress and personal characteristics. Based on these results, we discussed not only the existing organizational responses but also the combined interventions that mitigate the psychological stress after the unstable psychological state of the individual.

  • The nuclear knowledge management is now being operated in the KAERI and also actively practiced in other member states of the IAEA. The INIS secretariat leads the knowledge management. As the traditional service areas of librarians are decreasing, the knowledge management is considered as a promising service area replacing the traditional librarian's role. This new area is in Blue Ocean and needs to great concern and understanding. INIS is the world's leading information system on the peaceful uses of nuclear energy. INIS is operated by the IAEA in collaboration with its member states and cooperating international organizations. INIS has more than 2.7 million items and provides users a comprehensive information reference service for literature in nuclear science and technology. The input amount ranks fifth in the world and it operates the INIS 2 host site. INIS in Korea is playing a leading role in the IAEA.

사학연금공단 지방세 감면 지원에 관한 연구

  • 정부에서는 공적연금 운용 업무를 수행하는 연금공단에 대해서 지방세특례제한법상 조세감면 혜택을 부여해 왔으나, 2014년도부터는 지방자치단체의 재정확충을 위해서 지방세 특례를 폐지하였다. 이러한 지방세 특례 폐지가 연금재정에 부정적인 영향을 미치게 됨에 따라, 본 연구에서는 현행 사학연금공단에 대한 지방세 감면 폐지의 문제점를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 법 개정 등의 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 2014년 말에 시행된 지방세 감면 규정의 일괄적인 폐지는 2002년에 개정된 연금소득 과세원칙에 비추어볼 때 과세원칙 위배와 함께 미적립 연금충당부채를 지니고 있는 연금공단의 제도적인 특성을 감안하지 않는 문제점이 있어 이를 검토하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과거와 같이 사학연금공단에 대한 지방세특례를 부활하여 연금재정의 안정화를 제고할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 연금소득 원칙상 갹출 시 공제, 운용 시 비과세 및 연금 수령 시 과세를 하도록 하고 있으므로 현행 연기금을 운용하고 있는 사학연금공단에 대하여 운용단계에서 지방세를 부과하는 것은 연금소득 과세 원칙상 재검토가 필요하다. 셋째, 현재 연금기금의 운용이익에 대해서는 법인세가 비과세되으나 지방세는 과세가 되고 있어 국세와 지방세의 형평성 측면에서 문제가 있으므로 원칙적인 검토가 필요하다. 넷째, 미적립 연금충당부채를 지니고 있는 연금공단의 성격을 고려하여 현행 지방세의 부과는 연금공단의 기관 특성을 고려하지 않은 것으로 보여진다. 마지막으로, 가장 공적인 업무를 수행하고 있는 기관임에도 불구하고 타 비영리법인에서는 아직도 지방세특례가 존재하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 사학연금공단은 공적인 업무를 수행하는 기관임에도 불구하고 지방세 특례가 폐지되었으므로 이에 대한 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구는 사학연금공단의 연금재정 안정화와 함께 과세원칙에 부합하도록 운용단계에서 반드시 필요한 연금관리 조직의 지방세 특례 부여 방안을 모색함으로써 사학연금공단의 지방세 지원의 타당성과 개선방안을 제시했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

The Relationship between Visual Stress and MBTI Personality Types (시각적 스트레스와 MBTI 성격유형과의 관계)

  • This study is aimed to investigate the association between web-based visual stress and MBTI personality types. The stressor deriving visual stress is built by 14 vowels out of Korean alphabet as a content and parallel striples as a background on the screen, which is given to each subject during 5min. The dependent variable indicating how much human takes visual stress is the reduction rate of flicker fusion frequency, which is evaluated with visual flicker fusion frequency tester. The independent variables are gender and 8 MBTI personality types(E-I, S-N, T-F, and J-P), and hypotheses are based on human information processing model and previous studies. The results address that the reduction rate is not significantly affected by gender, S-N, and J-P, but E-I and T-F have significant influences on it. The reduction rate in I-type is almost 2 times as much as that in E-type and T-type has the rate 2.2 times more than F-type. This study can be applicable to determine the adequate personnel for jobs requiring less sensibility to visual stressors in areas that human error may lead to critical damages to an overall system.
