  • 소프트웨어의 개발환경에 관련하여 개발과정, work methods, 업무구조를 논하였다. TDX-1 소프트웨어를 성격에 따른 분류와 기능에 따른 분류로 대별하여 설명한 후 중점적으로 교환기(Exchange) 소프트웨어에 대하여 그 특성과 구조를 논하였다. 특성에서는 계층분산 구조, 분산다중처리 등 4개의 특성을 논하였으며 구조에서는 프로세서의 구성, 각 프로세서의 기능, 논리적 구조로 나누어 설명하였다.

A Study on Records Management System through Kyeonggukdaejeon(經國大典) (『경국대전』의 기록관리 규정)

  • This study is focused on clarifying the Joseon Dynasty Period's records management system mentioned on Kyeonggukdaejeon(經國大典). Through out investigations of the legislations of public records in 'creating stage', it was revealed. that is, records in creating stage had characters of original records and those was managed as the records themselves and circulated by sending and receiving, and finally those was kept and used in each agency. Through out investigations of the legislations of public records in 'management stage', it was revealed that is, as the Records Management Organization the Chunchukwan(春秋館) was a government agency that is composed by 15 central government agencies' concurrent officials(兼任史官) and took charge of both records creating and records management, and was a central government body for compilation of the Sillok(實錄). As National Archives the Sillok was not accessible at that time. In this point the Sillok is basically different from modem archives that is preserved for use. And the Sillok was compiled from original records, In this point the Sillok is basically different from modern archives that is arranged from original records.

Nursing Performance and Organizational Socialization of New Nurses according to Teaching Style of Preceptors and Personality of New Nurses (프리셉터의 지도유형과 신규간호사의 성격특성에 따른 신규간호사의 간호업무수행과 조직사회화)

  • Purpose: In this study, we examined the differences and relationship between teaching style of preceptors, and personality, nursing performance, and organizational socialization of new nurses. Methods: The participants were 118 new nurses. The data collected from March to May 2011 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Teaching style of preceptors was most frequently judgement-initiative, and personality of new nurses was most frequently extraversion. Nursing performance ($3.05{\pm}.59$) and organizational socialization ($3.05{\pm}.59$) of new nurses were at an average level. Nursing performance and organizational socialization of new nurses were not significantly different according to teaching style of preceptors. Significant correlations were found between personality and nursing performance, and between personality and organizational socialization. Conclusion: These findings indicate that changes in perceived teaching style of preceptors and personality of new nurses may be necessary to increase efficiency of preceptorship related to nursing performance and organizational socialization of new nurses. The above-mentioned results should be reflected in the development of effective preceptor training programs.

The study on the job stress of dental hygienists by the personality type (치과위생사 성격유형에 따른 업무 스트레스 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting job stress and relationship between dental hygienists personal characteristics and them. Final purpose of this study provides the basic data of dental hygienists interventions to help dental hygienists' job stress reduction program. Data were drawn from a convenient sample of 401 dental hygienists who were working for dental clinic, general hospitals, and university hospitals in Seoul and Kyungi areas. The results were analyzed with spsswin 10.0 and the conclusion is as follow: 1. General special quality distribution of dental hygienist is 25-59 and respondent who work in the dentist's office by maiden less than was most. 2. The dental hygienists' job stress was 2.68, it indicates considerably high compare to normal another groups. 3. 'By work, feel fatigue' appeared highest by 3.60 in 5 points full marks from item of business amount connection stress. 4. Only business amount connection stress was expose that is significant in relation with job stress and individual character type. 5. Age, dependent's number, faith, character type variable appeared to keep in mind for connection factor which influence in job stress. 6. Job stress connection factor by character type was expose by variable savages significant thing 'that do work year all as dental hygienist' in A type.

The Study on Welfare bureaucrats' Discretion (사회복지전담공무원의 재량행사에 관한 연구: 동사무소 사회복지전담공무원을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine variation and result of welfare bureaucrats' discretion. To achieve this research purpose, ten welfare bureaucrats participated depth interview. The major findings of this study are as follows. welfare bureaucrats exercised high degree of discretion in the process of implementing public welfare programs. As a result they influenced recipient selection process and the recipients' allowance level. These results suggest that welfare bureaucrats' professional accountability is as important as public welfare programs' institutional standardizations and monitoring to approve the quality of public welfare service. And limitations and implications of this study were discussed with respect to further studies.

  • In the past, the mutual saving finance service was managed by the Packages which consisted of the softwares managing data under the text mode environment. The data was mostly managed at only one place. So it becomes very important things that we efficiently deal various services and systematically support public-relation activities and efficient managements of a security mortgage. Therefor. we develope the system which efficiently manages customer service and management of a security mortgage by using GIS under the Client/server environment.

  • The purpose of library automation is to enhance the library function by the computer. Systems Librarian Is the person who manages the automation systems, appeared with the presence of library automation. He/she has the professional knowlege of library and information science, experience of library services and computer technology, The purpose of this study is to introduce the role, characteristics, details of job, nature about systems librarian and to sugest how to educate them. It is important to support systems librarian and to study on them for the purpose of promoting library automation.

위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점: 'KTX 여승무원 사건'을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 'KTX 여승무원 사건'을 통해 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 분석한 것이다. 노동부는 이 사건에 대한 두 차례의 조사결과(2005, 2006) 당시 한국철도공사와 (주)한국철도유통이 체결한 'KTX 고객서비스 위탁 협약'이 적법한 도급에 해당한다고 발표했다. 그러나 실제 노동을 제공한 KTX여승무원 등에 대한 면접조사와 관련 사건자료를 바탕으로 한 분석결과에 따르면 위와 같은 노동부의 판단은 여러 가지 문제가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 지적한 후, 이 사건 업무위탁이 사실상 '위장도급'에 해당하며, 한국철도공사 사업의 성격 및 지금까지 수행해온 여승무원 업무의 본질상 승무업무를 담당하는 근로자를 간접고용 하는 것은 사실상 적법한 한도 내에서는 어려운 일임을 밝히고자 했다.

  • 전문직 종사자는 많은 정보활동을 수행한다. 특히 끊임없이 변하는 소비자의 욕구에 부응하는 새로운 패션상품을 기획해야하는 머쳔다이저는 의상디자인 능력과 상품기획 능력을 동시에 겸비하고 있어야 한다. 이 두가지 다른 내용을 동시에 흡수할 수 있는 전공교육 프로그램이 마련되어 있지 못한게 국내실정이다. 그리하여 패션 머쳔다이저는 업무수행에서 필요로 하는 정보 및 지식을 끊임없이 수집, 분석하려는 노력을 취해야한다. 이들이 주로 탐색해나가는 정보의 성격이 업무수행성과에 영향을 미치는 가를 판단코자함이 본 연구의 관심주제이다. 정보활동에 관한 기존연구는 개인의 특성, 경험 등이 정보활동 형태에 영향을 주는 요인이리고 지적한다. 본 연구에서는 머쳔다이저가 성장해온 경력외의 분야에 더 많은 정보를 탐색하게되면 보다 합리적인 머쳔다이징 의사결정을 내릴 수 있게되고 또 한 이들의 업무수행 성과도 그에 따라 차이가 날 것이라는 주요가설을 설정하였다. 아울러 이의 검정을 위해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 국내 주요백화점의 특정 지점에 매장을 갖고 있는 의류제조업체의 머쳔다이저를 대상으로 조사한 결과, 본 연구의 주요가설은 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 의류업체가 머쳔다이저를 위한 정보활동 프로그램을 마련할 때 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구가 패션분야를 떠난 일반적 정보활동 분야에 기여한 점은, 업무를 효과적으로 수행하는데 부족하다고 여겨지는 분야의 정보를 많이 획득해나갈수록 그 활용에 따른 효과가 크게 나타난다는 점이다. 이는 정보활동에 대한 계획수립시 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

Exploring Ways to Improve Operation on the System of Administrative Executive Staffs (행정실무사 제도의 효율적인 운영을 위한 개선 방안 탐구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the ways for effective operation of System of Administrative Executive Staffs(SAES) by analyzing the perception of teachers and Administrative Executive Staffs(AES). To do so, FGI was used on teachers and AES, in Gyeonggi-do. As a result, teachers and AES agreed with SAES' management and positively evaluated SAES' performance in diminishing teachers' administrative duties. AES classified methods of works-division into 'one-way', 'voluntary', 'discussion' and distinguished 'trivial-works' from 'support-teaching works'. SAES's positive outcomes were strengthening teachers' competencies, establishing AES's identity, changing school atmosphere to focused-instruction. But there were also problems as workload sharing's ambiguity, absence of system for workload-share, poor competencies of members, lack of communication among members, etc. Several ways for the successive operation of SAES are as follows; principal's understanding and positive mind on SAES, offering manual of work-division reflecting the school's real condition, teachers' consideration on AES, offering proper training by considering one's ability.
