The other is complex about not-specializing security, which causes discord with his/her supervisor or co-workers and a feeling of uneasiness. 2. Factors of stress related to human relationship. The stress due to human relations is constantly resulted from discord with his/her supervisor and inclined to be accumulated. The mental conflict is elated in feeling that the manager's instructions are not right. So this factor makes them want change of occupation. • Social workers' behaviors in their organizations are governed not only by explicit rules but by implicit rules. This study aimed to measure the extent that the implicit rules exist in social work agencies, and to assess the impact of the implicit rules on the degree of social workers' devotion, burnout, and satisfaction in their own work places. This study also endeavored to search any sort of sanctions that agencies apply against workers who refused to follow implicit rules in their organizations, along with any harms and/or benefits which organizations may experience according to the extent that the implicit rules exist. The results showed that the implicit rules do not exist so much in social work agencies in Korea. Not so many sanctions in the organizations were not found against workers who violated the implicit rules. The amount of implicit rules, however, affected the degree of damages that organizations sustained. The more implicit rules exist in the organizations, the higher was the level of social workers' devotion, burnout, and dissatisfaction in the work places. The impact of implicit rules was powerful in a few areas of work. That is, social workers were required to do whatever things at hand rather than carrying out professional tasks only. Social workers were also asked to stay way beyond the closing hour. The explicit rules were dominant in the area concerned with social work ethics. Some strategies to substantiate social work practice were suggested on the basis of careful examination of the powerful implicit rules.

  • The development of open-pit mines leads to large-area topographical changes in highland forests and can lead to severe deterioration of forests, requiring continuous monitoring. The drone photogrammetry is performed at a lower altitude than the existing manned aerial photogrammetry, and thus has a relatively high accuracy. The purpose of this study is to construct spatial information of large open pit mine using drone photogrammetry and to evaluate the accuracy and utilization of the results. The accuracy of the drone photogrammetric results was 0.018 ~ 0.063m in the horizontal direction and 0.027m ~ 0.088m in the vertical direction. These results satisfy the permissible accuracy of 1: 1,000 digital topographic map and it can be used for open mine monitoring. The geospatial information of the open pit mine can be used in various ways, and it can be used to monitor the quantitative change of a specific area for time series change through data management by periodic data acquisition. If drone photogrammetry is applied to open-pit mine monitoring in the future, work time and cost can be greatly reduced compared to the conventional GNSS or total station method, and the work efficiency can be greatly improved because more visible data can be generated.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of a government-supported project developed to improve the quality and hygiene levels of food, service, and restaurant facilities for foreign customers in Chungnam province. Data was collected from 53 restaurant owners and restaurant managers. This study empirically analyzes and presents a mode with key factors influencing transfer of training and training satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis methods were used to test the relationships among four factors for transfer of training, training satisfaction, and retraining intentions. There are three main findings. First, teaching methods and relevance factors had a significant effect on transfer, but instructor and education environment factors did not. Second, the teaching methods, instructor and education environment factors had a direct influence on training satisfaction, but the relevance factor didn't. Third, transfer and satisfaction both were influenced significantly by retraining. Based on the findings of this study, a trainer, designing training curriculum for a production environment, should emphasize the role of the trainer and focus on learning tools. Finally, a thorough learning design is needed for learner's satisfaction.

Methods: Using combinations of the terms 'nursing' and 'humor' as key words, the researchers searched four electronic databases to relevant identify studies. Thirteen studies were selected through full text screening of related research published in academic journals from January 1993 to April 2013. Results: Through in-depth discussion and investigation of the relevant literature, three components emerged; 1) using instruments of coping for stress relief, 2) symptoms relief through pleasant feeling, and 3) job satisfaction and work improvement of nurse using humor. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that humor is valuable as a nursing intervention for children and the possibility of bringing about positive results in nursing care if nurses utilize the sense of humor as fully as they can. Therefore, it is critical for nurses to develop a diversity of humor interventions for children as well as measurements to test quality and quantity of humor used in clinical pediatric settings.
