네트워크 상에 다수의 방화벽이 설치되어 있을 경우, 각각의 방화벽에 대한 정책을 설정하고 관리하는 데 있어서 각 방화벽의 정책이 서로 충돌하거나, 하나의 방화벽에 설정된 정책이 다른 방화벽에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이의 결과로, 네트워크 방화벽의 존재가 무의미해 지거나 네트워크의 정상적인 동작을 방해할 가능성도 존재한다. 따라서, 네트워크 방화벽 정책의 중앙 집중적인 관리가 필요한데, 각 방화벽이 서로 다른 제품일 경우, 각 방화벽의 중앙 집중적인 정책 관리는 더더욱 어려우며, 보안 관리자의 업무를 가중시키고 혼란을 초래하여 문제 발생의 소지를 내포한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 이질적인 방화벽을 중앙 관리하기 위한 시스템의 전체적인 구조를 제시하고 관리자의 요구를 처리하며, 중앙 정책 데이터베이스를 통해 네트워크 상의 각 방화벽 정책을 조정하고 유지하는 네트워크 방화벽 통합 관리 시스템의 핵심 부분인 관리 엔진의 구현 기술에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

This study is to present a improvement directions for the protection of industrial key technology. For the purpose of the study, the survey was carried out on the administrative security activity of 68 enterprises including Large companies, small-midium companies and public corporations. survey result on the 10 items of security policy, 10 items of personal management and 7 items of the assets management are as follows; First, stable foundation for the efficient implement of security policy is needed. Carrying a security policy into practice and continuous upgrade should be fulfilled with drawing-up of the policy. Also for the vitalization of security activity, arrangement of security organization and security manager are needed with mutual assistance in the company. Periodic security inspection should be practiced for the improvement of security level and security understanding. Second, the increase of investment for security job is needed for security invigoration. Securing cooperation channel with professional security facility such as National Intelligence Service, Korea internet & security agency, Information security consulting company, security research institute is needed, also security outsourcing could be considered as the method of above investment. Especially small-midium company is very vulnerable compared with Large company and public corporation in security management, so increase of government's budget for security support system is necessary. Third, human resource management is important, because the main cause of leak of confidential information is person. Regular education rate for new employee and staff members is relatively high, but the vitalization of security oath for staff members and the third party who access to key technology is necessary. Also access right to key information should be changed whenever access right changes. Reinforcement of management of resigned person such as security oath, the elimination of access right to key information and the deletion of account. is needed. Forth, the control and management of important asset including patent and design should be tightened. Classification of importance of asset and periodic inspection are necessary with the effects evaluation of leak of asset.

In large public construction projects with a certain size or larger that need to be carried out over a number of years, the Authority must secure a budget for construction project management activities by the construction manager. There is no problem if the project management budget secured by the issuing Authority and the project management budget executed by the issuing Authority are the same, but if not, various problems will arise. Therefore, in this study, the following measures were proposed to improve the system for efficient operation of construction project management: First, the construction project management terms and tasks specified in the statutes and the guidelines of government agencies should be unified and the standard for calculating consideration should be unified. Second, the total project cost management guideline should be specified so that the missing construction project manager can receive compensation for the technical proposal. Third, if the project cost is changed in the long-term continuous construction project, the construction project management expense should be adjusted accordingly. Fourth, if construction project management service is required from the Authority, the basis for consignment to a specialized institution should be specified in the total project cost management guideline.

한국항공우주연구원은 공공기술연구회 산하 한국지질자원연구원, 한국해양연구원, 한국건설기술연구원과 협력하여 2002년 4월 17일에 본격적인 원격탐사 연구 및 공공지원 업무의 주축을 담당하게 될 공공원격탐사센터를 설립하였다. 별도의 독립조직이 아니라 원격탐사위성인 아리랑위성을 개발, 운영하고 있는 한국항공우주연구원을 중심으로, 한국해양연구원, 한국지질자원연구원, 한국건설기술연구원등 관련기관이 해양분야, 지상분야, 건설분야 등 각 전문분야 별로 협동연구 체계를 구축, 실질적인 국가원격탐사센터 역할을 수행할 것이다. 이와 같이 설립된 공공원격탐사센터에 대한 홍보, 위성자료의 공공활용 지원 및 원격탐사 Tutorial 등을 사용자들이 쉽게 접속하여 이용할 수 있도록 공공원격탐사센터 홈페이지를 구축하여 Open 하게 되었다. 공공원격탐사센터 본부인 한국항공우주연구원을 비롯하여 전문센터별로도 홈페이지를 구축하여 서로 연결되도록 하였다. 2003년도에는 이와 같이 open 된 홈페이지에 위성자료 통합 DB를 구축하여 서비스할 예정이다.

현재의 산업 상황은 제한적인 내부 네트워크의 사용만으로는 충분히 뒷받침할수 없 는 새로운 업무형태로 바뀌었다. 기업에서는 내부 네트워크의 구성뿐만 아니라 증가하는 지 사나 이동 근무자나 재택근무자들을 지원하기 위한 네트워크 확장이 필요하게 되었다. 그러 나 기존 네트워크 구성에서 사용하던 전용선이나 PSTN을 이용하는 방법은 많은 비용 때문 에 기업에 과중한 부담을 가져오게 되었으며 이에 대한 해결책으로 VPN이 제안되었다. VPN은 공중망을 매개로 한 가상적인 네트워크 구성으로서 네트워크 확장에 소요되는 비용 을 크게 절감하고 네트워크 관리를 용이하게 하였다. 특히 근래에 인터넷 사용자가 급격하 게 증가하면서 보안 솔루션으로서의 IP 기반 VPN에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다, 본 고에서 는 VPN 기술의 전반적인 내용에 대해 소개하고 VPN의 핵심기술이라 할수 있는 터널링 기 술을 IPsec 중심으로 살펴보기로 한다.

모바일 GIS를 홍수재해관리 시스템에 도입하기 위한 목적은 홍수에 대비한 신속한 상황대처 통해 인명 및 재산피해를 최소화하는데 있다. 모바일 GIS 시스템 구축의 기본 방향은 하천유역에 대한 행정업무 및 정보화 업무의 효율성을 높여 현장업무에서 실시간으로 제공되는 수문정보 및 지형정보에 대한 다양한 컨텐츠를 주민들이 쉽게 접근하여 서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 하고 현장 실무자가 하천 수위 및 유량을 관리하는 데 있어 즉각적인 조치를 가능하도록 하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서 이동 클라이언트와 홍수재해관리시스템 서버간의 무선통신채널은 AP(Access Point)를 통한 WLAN이나 CDMA망의 모바일 네트워크 또는 차세대 휴대인터넷 망을 대상으로 하였다. 홍수재해관리시스템은 ArcIMS, HTML, Java Script를 이용하여 구축하고 웹 서비스를 위해 마이크로소프트사의 IIS(Internet Information System) 사용하며, ArcIMS의 정상적인 구동을 위해 JRE(Java Runtime Environment)를 설치하도록 하였다. 주요 GIS 기능은 줌인, 줌아웃, 팬, 속성정보 검색, 거리측정, 버퍼링 기능 등이고 Layer는 침수위험건물, 대피건물, 침수지역 건물용도, 건물, 도로, 수계, 침수예상지역(100, 200년 빈도), 위성영상, DEM, 행정경계 등이 포함되도록 하였다. 시스템 구축에 사용될 데이터는 수리수문학적 데이터(유출량, 강우강도, 대상지역의 면적, Manning 계수 등)와 대상지역의 수치지도, DEM, 고해상 위성영상, 문헌조사와 현장조사를 통해 얻은 자료를 바탕으로 구성하도록 하였으며, 수리수문학적 데이터와 DEM 데이터를 바탕으로 침수지역 데이터를 생성하고 문헌조사와 현장조사를 통해 얻은 속성정보와 디지털 지도인 공간정보를 연결하기 위해 디지털 지도에서 건물 Layer, 도로 Layer, 등고선 Layer, 수계 Layer를 추출하여 ArcGIS에서 Coverage로 변환하여 위상관계를 설정한 후 다시 Shape 파일로 변환하여 속성정보와 연결시키도록 데이터베이스 구축방안을 제시하였다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 홍수재해 관리시스템에서 모바일 GIS를 적용하기 위하여 Pocket PC를 탑재한 이동 클라이언트인 PDA에 GPS 모듈을 확장하여 GPS 위성으로부터 위치정보를 획득하고 지리정보를 제공하는 모바일 GIS 서버간에 XML 기술을 이용하여 수문정보 및 지형정보 서비스를 제공하는 방안을 제시하였다.

In this study, three health teachers assigned to J-do were analyzed through the FGI research method to find out the difficulties, resolution process, and implications of new health teachers in adapting to teaching during COVID-19. As a result of the study, first, there were difficulties in relationships with parents, especially in the course of numerous calls and daily school status reports in the course of handling infectious diseases. After getting used to the COVID-19 work to some extent, beginning health teachers were burdened with having to think about health room work alone, difficulties in health classes for various students, and the burden of showing expertise as the only medical personnel in emergency situations. Second, new health teachers continued to share and communicate related information through online health teacher groups and YouTube to solve the difficulties of teaching. Third, this teaching adaptation process suggests that specific training to provide practical help to new health teachers is needed at the education office level, and it is necessary to support infrastructure such as class contents related to health classes.

This study was conducted to define the level of job stress and to determine its association with sociodemographic and health related characteristics, as well as job-related factors. The subjects surveyed were 1,240 out of 119 rescue workers who worked in 14 fire stations across the country by self-administered questionnaires during the period of 1 March, to 30 April, 2016. As a result, the score of job stress was significantly higher in the unmarried, no coffee drinking, poor subjective sleep evaluation, unhealthy, lower position, lower job career, hard physical burden of work, job dissatisfaction, unfit for job groups without group of consider quitting the job than their respective counterparts. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the factors influencing job stress included coffee drinking, subjective sleep evaluation, job career, physical burden of work, sense of satisfaction in work, fitness for the job and considering quitting the job. Overall, the results of this study results suggest that the job stress of 119 rescue workers is influenced by variable factors as well as sociodemographic characteristics, health-related behaviors and job-related characteristics.

Web Globalization(이하 WG)은 global e-biz의 핵심으로 인터넷에 남은 가장 큰 사업이라고 할 수 있다. WG은 국제 시장 대응을 위해 다국어 웹사이트를 구축 및 관리하는 일이며 업무의 복잡성으로 인해 다국어 프로세스 자동화와 관리 도구가 절실히 요구되는 분야이다. 이에 WG의 시장 및 기술 동향을 살펴보고, Cadieux 모델에 기반한 모비코앤시스메타(이하 MnS)의 새로운 WG 시스템을 설명하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 e-biz 세계화의 가장 큰 특징인 빈번한 트랜잭션과 콘텐츠 번역 프로세스를 자동화함으로 높은 비용 효과 달성을 기본목표로 하였으며, 다국어 글로벌 커뮤니티 지원 기능과 복잡한 문서 및 동영상과 같은 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 세계화가 가능하도록 설계되었다. 마지막으로 프로토타입인 iGLOBIZ 시스템을 실제 구현해 봄으로 기술 및 상업화 가능성을 확인하고 향후의 연구 방향을 모색해 보았다.
