Convergence of facial image efficacy on job satisfaction of SME workers (중소기업 직장인의 얼굴이미지효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 융합연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between facial image efficacy and job satisfaction in a sample of 167 workers in SMEs in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. and to examine the effect of SME workers' face image efficacy on job satisfaction. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a statistically significant correlation between management ability and job satisfaction, which is a sub - area of facial image efficacy. This means that the higher the management ability, the higher the degree of job satisfaction. There was a statistically significant correlation between perception attitude and job satisfaction, which is a sub - area of face image efficacy. Second, management ability, which is a sub - area of face image efficacy of SME workers, has a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. The sub - domain of face image efficacy has no effect on job satisfaction, Expression confidence, which is a sub-domain of image efficacy, has a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction.

  • For competitiveness of national B2C (Business to Customer) service industry, improvement of process and analysis focused on customer and change of service system are needed. In other words, a business and an organization should deduce and provide what kind of services customers want. Then, evaluate customers' satisfaction and improve the service quality. To achieve this goal, accurate feedbacks from customers play an important role; however, there are not quantitative and standard systems a lot in nation. Recently, the researches about ICT (Information and Communication Technology) that can recognize emotion of human being are on the increase. The facial expression recognition among them is known as most efficient and natural human interface. This research analyzes about more efficient facial expression recognition and suggests a customer satisfaction feedback system using that.

Design and Implementation of 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System (3D 얼굴 성형 제작 시스템 구현)

  • This paper is a study and implementation of 3D facial aesthetic surgery system using 3D graphic technology. First, this system shows 3D shape of face which is close to the real face of human by using Pre-Processing and Face-Part-Making modules. Three-dimensional Facial Aesthetic Surgery System is also designed and implemented. Each controller controls the degree of changes for the corresponding part of face. The implemented 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System in this paper shows more accuracy, effectiveness and satisfaction in compare with 2D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System that is used in the hospital.

  • 최근 정보화 사회에 있어 멀티미디어의 향상으로 기술의 중심은 사람에게 맞추어져 가고 있다. 만약 기계가 사람의 감정을 인식하여 그들의 상황을 이해할 수 있다면 감지된 상황에 따라 능동적으로 사람에게 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. B2C(Business to Customer) 산업에 있어 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 고객이 원하는 서비스를 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질 및 성과를 향상 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그것을 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 현재 국내에는 고객의 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 열악한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 B2C산업 서비스 분야에 있어 고객 만족도를 실시간으로 수집 및 분석할 수 피드백 시스템으로서 고객 만족도를 고객의 얼굴감성인식을 이용하여 추론할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하며 효율적인 얼굴 감성 인식에 대한 분석을 한다.

  • This paper is to study and implement 3D Virtual Face Aesthetic Surgery System which provides more satisfaction by comparing the before-and-after plastic face surgery using 3D face model. For this study, we implemented 3D Face Model Generating System which resembles 2D image of the user based on 3D Korean standard face model and user's 2D pictures. The proposed 3D Virtual Face Aesthetic Surgery System in this paper consists of 3D Face Model Generating System, 3D Skin Texture Mapping System, and Detailed Adjustment System for reflecting the detailed description of face. The proposed system provides more satisfaction to the medical uses and stability in the surgery in compare with other existing systems.

  • The purpose of this study is to implement 3D Face Model, which resembles a user, using 3D Graphic techniques. The implemented 3D Face model is used to further study and implement 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System, that can be used to increase the satisfaction rate of patient by comparing before and after facial aesthetic surgery. For designing and implementing 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System, 3D Modeling, Texture Mapping for skin, Database system for facial data are studied and implemented independently. The Detailed Adjustment System is, also, implemented for reflecting the minute description of face. The implemented 3D Facial Aesthetic Surgery System for this paper shows more accuacy, convenience, and satisfaction in compare with the existing system.

  • 맞벌이 가정이 증가함에 따라 영유아, 장애인, 노인 등의 사회적 약자를 낮시간 동안 보육/보호하는 데이케어 센터의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 데이케어 센터는 센터 경쟁력 확보 및 보호자 만족도 제고를 위해서 피보호자의 일상 사진을 제공하는 곳이 대부분이다. 하지만 데이케어 센터의 직원이 다수의 사람에 대한 사진을 촬영 및 선별해서 메시지를 전송하는 일은 데이케어 센터 본연의 업무를 방해할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사진 선별을 업무 부담을 완화시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 얼굴 특징 기반 사진 자동분류하는 시스템을 개발한다. 제안한 방법에서는 얼굴 특징 추출 기법과 클러스터링 알고리즘인 DBSCAN을 이용하여 얼굴기준 사진 분류시스템을 설계하엿다. 특히, OpenCV와 face recognition 라이브러리를 이용하여 카메라로 촬영된 사진 속의 얼굴 객체를 인식하고 얼굴사진을 저정한 후 얼굴의 특징을 추출한다.

  • The SAS macro faces program by Friendly (1992) is for Chernoff face analysis, which is one of methods for the visualization representation of multivariate data. In this paper, we examined 18 face features used in the program and presented the modified program depending on the definition of a good face in days present. In addition, a good bank evaluation for 15 domestic banks was performed through Chernoff face analysis based on 11 bank economic indicators representing stability, the consumer satisfaction, soundness, and banks profitability.
