Current Status and Improvement Plans for Local Governments' Public Mobile Applications (지방자치단체 공공애플리케이션의 실태와 개선방안)

  • This study suggests, based on analysis of current status, improvement plans for the local government's public mobile applications. Fist of all, this study selected analysis elements and established an analysis framework for public mobile applications. Then the study analyzed the applications developed by all local government and application management practices in Seoul-City. The status of public applications shows that there are no institutional guidelines and the practical use of the public application is low in relation to the invested costs. Additional problems are the imprudent development, non-reflection of demand, absence of systemic management. For the improvement plans, the study suggests understanding of exact demand, detailed examination of validity, offering of effective information and the utilization of double-way interaction application. The management side of the improvement plans addresses the preparing for public application ordinance, building proper management system, regular check, education and active promotion.

The Development of Smart Applications for the Cognitive Enhancement of the Elderly (노인의 인지적 기능 향상을 위한 스마트 애플리케이션 개발 연구)

  • This study suggests how to use tablet PC application to improve the cognitive functions of the elderly. As a part of lifelong education, this study analyzes cases of developing and applying smart application programs to contribute to the enhancement of science education as an elderly education. For the research, we set the direction of the program and developed the programs 'Coloring,' 'Building lights,' 'Matching shapes,' and 'Pressing button' accordingly. As a result of applying the program to nine participants, each program has a positive effect on the improvement of cognitive function of the elderly. This shows the possibility of using smart applications as a cognitive function enhancement program for the elderly.

Selective Management of System-level Access Permission in Android-based Application (안드로이드 기반 애플리케이션의 시스템 수준 접근 권한에 대한 선택적 관리)

  • In this paper, we propose a new method to enhance an android security by exploiting a selective management of application permission. To that purpose, we analyze behavior of the current android security, via which we draw out possible vulnerabilities. After that, we develop a tool to implement the selective management of the application permission, witch has a function to give a permission selectively for the application when we install a new application. Via experiment we show validity of the developed tool in solving the drawn vulnerability in the current android security.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 차세대 MEAP 환경에서의 보안 평가 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 기업용 애플리케이션 개발환경은 PES 및 MEAP을 거쳐 완벽한 OSMP구현을 위한 HTML5 환경으로 발전하고 있다. 이와 더불어 보안의 위협도 증대되고 있으나, HTML5 환경에서의 보안에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제에 대비하기 위해서는 기존 개발환경의 보안 특징을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 보안위협요소를 Back-End System, Client, Developer, OS 4가지로 도출한 후, 이에 해당하는 보안 위협 문제들을 살펴보고 보안 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 본 모델은 단계별 보안이슈를 포함하고 있으며, 향후 HTML5 시대에 논의될 보안 이슈의 방향성을 제시한다는데 그 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업형 하이브리드 애플리케이션 개발을 준비하는 기업 및 연구자에게 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 일반적으로 대학교에서 제공하는 통학버스 애플리케이션은 버스의 위치나 도착시각 같은 정보를 제공해주기 위해서 GPS 수신기와 같은 추가 장비를 설치해야 하는 비용 문제로 인해 버스 시간표, 노선도 등 단편적인 정보만을 제공해주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 해결방안으로 실시간 도로 교통 정보가 반영된 네이버 길 찾기 API를 사용하여 버스 도착시각을 학생들에게 제공해주는 통학버스 애플리케이션을 설계한다. 현재 단편적인 정보만을 제공해주는 대학교 통학버스 애플리케이션에 도입된다면 대학교 학생들의 통학버스 이용의 질을 향상할 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on Development of Application Model for Prevention and Management of Obesity in Children with Disabilities (장애아동 비만 예방·관리를 위한 애플리케이션 모형 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information necessary for development of the applications that could facilitate the prevention and management of obesity in children with intellectual disabilities and to present improvement measure for development of practical applications. Mobile applications for prevention and management of obesity for children with intellectual disabilities need to be configured to enable effective flow of information and services delivered between parents and children with disabilities through applications. This configuration is expected to allow effective obesity control to be derived through parental involvement in the process of motivation.. The composition of contents consists of three parts: nutrition, exercise(physical activity), and lifestyle. It is desirable for each content to be applied in a simple but easy-to-understand method, reflecting the characteristics of an intellectually disabled child. In addition, this study presented the user expansion and their continuous involvement through interface simplification, alert function, reward, voice recognition and subtitle support strategies in consideration of the characteristics of the children with intellectual disabilities.

A Study on the Development of Home Humanity Education Mobile Application (밥상머리교육 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 연구)

  • This study was conducted with the aim of developing a mobile app so that parents and children can provide questions and conversation-based Home Humanity Education. App development was developed in four stages: analysis, design, development, and evaluation by modifying the ADDIE model. In the analysis stage, education goals were set and seven core competencies were extracted for the app. In the design stage, 15 menus, including character to implement seven core competencies, were selected for learning contents. In the development stage, questions were asked based on 1,000 photos, and parents and children naturally talked to strengthen their core competencies. In the evaluation stage, the user's evaluation interview was followed by a reflux process that produced and reflected improvements. Based on research results, it is going to suggest follow-up research on developing apps for home humanity education. First, it is necessary to verify the learning experiences and changes that occur when parents and children use apps for a long time through longitudinal research. Second, a follow-up study is needed on how to use the home humanity education app by age and how to improve it accordingly. Third, as the number of cases in which grandparents raise their grandchildren increases, it is necessary to study the process and learning effects of grandparents and grandchildren using the app.

The Recognition Comparison for the Utilization State of Smart Devices and Culinary Education Application Development of High School Students (고등학생의 스마트 기기 활용 실태와 조리교육 애플리케이션 개발에 대한 인식 비교 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the utilization state of smart devices and the recognition level of educational application development of the general high school and the specialized high school. Specialized high school students preferred the utilization of smart devices more and daily spent on the devices more time than general high school students. As for the learning field, language for the general high school and the certificate of qualification for the specialized high school were shown high. The merit of smart device utilization is the use of spare time and its infrastructure was most required. The most expected content is a video lecture for the general high school and cooperative learning for the specialized high school and the most satisfied point was mobility. The specialized high school students feel more necessity about the application development for culinary education and had a plan to utilize it more and more preferred practice videos. As for the food development areas, the general high school students hoped simple food and the specialized high school students did cooking technician food and they both hoped the application to be uploaded in portal sites and the department homepage. The application development for culinary education is required to focus simulation learning including practice videos and cooking recipes and add an evaluation function to check the academic achievement levels. It is required to provide the subject goals of each course and concrete information on solving problems. Contents including video, music, texts need to be attached to improve learning immersion. There should be the beginning and development of a lesson and the flow of arrangement and communication between main bodies of learning should be improved by utilization of SNS cooperative learning services.

A Study on Component Modeling Tool based on Design Pattern (디자인 패턴 기반의 컴포넌트 모델링도구에 관한 연구)

  • 현재 소프트웨어 개발 생산성과 품질을 개선하기 위해 컴포넌트 재사용에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 특히 분산 개발 환경에서 팀 개발의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 컴포넌트 재사용 방법이 연구되고 있다. 그러나, 이들 컴포넌트들을 효과적으로 개발, 공유, 관리하기 위한 방안이 부족한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트의 재사용성을 최대화하기 위하여 반복적 설계 문제를 해결하기 위한 구조를 갖고 있는 디자인 패턴을 대상으로 하는 공유 가능한 디자인 패턴 기반의 컴포넌트 개발 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 DPCM(Design Pattern Component Modeling) 도구는 추상적인 디자인 패턴 구조와 구체적인 컴포넌트 구조를 저장하기 위해 각각 별도의 Library를 구축한다. 그리고, 두 Library 사이에는 패턴 구조를 특정 애플리케이션에 적합하게 구체화하는 과정을 시각적으로 모델링 하며, 구체적인 구현 코드와 함께 COM 사양의 컴포넌트로 변환한다. 본 논문에서는 개발자들이 애플리케이션 개발에 필요한 컴포넌트를 제공 받을 수 있는 디자인 패턴 기반의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 개발 도구의 방향을 제시하였다.

  • 최근 크로스 플랫폼을 지원하기 위한 애플리케이션 개발 언어로서 자바스크립트가 채택되어 사용되고 있다. 하지만 스크립트 기반 애플리케이션에서도 C, C++ 라이브러리를 활용해야 하거나 성능적인 이슈를 해결하기 위하여 Native 코드를 사용하는 경우가 있다. 따라서 Native 코드가 적용된 자바스크립트 애플리케이션 패키지는 여전히 Native 코드 사용으로 인하여 CPU 및 OS 와 같은 플랫폼에 의존성이 발생하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위한 관련 기술들을 분석하고, 이를 통해 성능을 보장하면서도 크로스 플랫폼 지원이 가능한 시스템 설계 방안에 대하여 제시한다.
