This study analyze empirically how the characteristics of a venture business' founder and company development stage will affect on B2B transactions and business management difficulties based on "2012 Survey of Korea Venture Firms". According to this study, there are different frequencies of difficulties in B2B transactions depending on the founder's age and educational background as well as different recognitions about business management difficulties with considering the founder's age, educational background, major and other factors. It is analyzed that in educational background factor, master's degree and in major factor, humanities and social science show comparatively frequent business management difficulties. On the other hand, it is analyzed that there is not meaningful difference in the recognition about the difficulty-frequency in B2B transactions in each company growth stage. It is considered that the difficulties occur frequently in every company growth stage but, these types of difficulties are solved routinely. At the Exit phase, however, there is high recognition about business management difficulties as the transaction with the companies in this stage is avoided.

해외건설협회는 지난 4월 8일 대한상공회의소 중회의실에서 우리 기업의 해외공사(수주) 성공 및 실패사례 경험 교류를 통한 해외산업 업무능력 제고를 위해 해외공사(수주) 사례 설명회를 개최했다. 이날 설명회에서는 O이란, 사우스파스 가스처리 시설공사(4,5단계) O싱카포르, 진출 프로젝트 사례 O카자흐스탄, 메가 레지던스 프로젝트 O중고시업 해외진출시 애로 및 실패사례 등이 발표 되었다. 본지는 협회 회원사들이 해외진출시 겪을 수 있는 애로사항과 실패사례에 대한 도움을 주고자 '중소기업 해외 진출시 애로사항 및 실패사례'를 게재한다.

이번호에서는 축산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 농가소득을 증진시키며 과세상 불합리한 점을 개선하기 위해 세법의 개정이 필요한 사항을 정리하고 모든 축산업자들이 의견을 모아 정부에 개정을 요구할 것을 제안해 본다. 다음의 사항은 어디까지나 세법의 개정이 필요한 사항이지 개정될 것이 아니므로 혼동하지 않길 바라며, 오로지 축산업자의 세무업무를 대행하면서 파악된 애로사항을 개선하고 축산 업자의 세부담을 완화하기 위해 꼭 필요하다고 사료되는 것들을 중심으로 기술해 본다.

In this paper, we consider the characteristics of information technology sectors women. By surveying IT women worker, we attempted to define the attributes of them and examine the problems and what they are needed to IT education following the changes in the highly competitive information technology industry. Especially, we used data mining tools says association analysis to analyze for the Women Information Scientist Association of Korea(WINSA) provides IT worker women with education packages and what is the general culture course from the point of IT employment view. The data was analyzed by SAS enterprise tools.

This study was conducted to identify the relation of bottleneck and satisfaction factors in Korean succession companies. The final goal of this paper is finding some strategies and supporting system for Korean succession companies. According to the results of the study, we found four latent variables of the cause variables and two latent variables of the result variables. Three latent variables of the cause variables have an direct effect on two latent variables of the result variables.

중대재해처벌법이 도입되었으나 여전히 실무적으로 정착되고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 공무원과 공공기관 652명의 실무자들을 대상으로 중대시민재해 관련 실무상의 애로사항과 중대재해처벌법의 개정방향에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 다양한 애로사항의 상당부분은 관련 기준이 부재하여 발생하고 있었으며, 중대재해처벌법 개정방향도 높은 비율로 의무사항을 준수하기 위한 구제적인 기준 제시가 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 그러므로 구체적인 기준제시를 위하여 시행령 개정과 함께 관계부처가 발간한 중대재해처벌법 해설서를 개정 및 보완할 필요가 있다.
