Development and Application of Classroom Homepage Using Wiki (지식공유기법을 활용한 학급 홈페이지의 개발 및 적용)

  • Students should be able to find information and resources using the Internet. Also students need to have composite intellectual abilities to select information, convert to knowledge and communicate it to other people. However, most school and classroom homepages provide students with information but not contents that help them produce knowledge. This lowers the rate of connection to homepage. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop and apply homepage, which helps students make knowledge from comprehended and interpreted information(Knowledge.Sharing Technique; KST). In this study we use 'WIKI KST' and 'Q&A KST' to share knowledge. WIKI KST is 'an encyclopedia that we make,' which means that students upload their prior knowledge or knowledge produced from comprehended and interpreted information and create new knowledge to be added to their own knowledge and others'. As a result, the abilities to comprehend and interpret acquired information are improved and the ability to change implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge is also improved. Students create new knowledge to share their knowledge and, as a result, the rate to connection to homepage gets higher.

  • The tacit knowledge transfer cultivate the value and mount of tacit knowledge. The tacit knowledge transfer plays the most important role for improving the competitiveness of the organization. Despite the tacit knowledge transfer is very important, the research related with tacit knowledge transfer has not been actively carried out. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer interfere with the tacit knowledge transfer. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer are lack of understanding knowledge experts, heavy over-work, insufficient compensation, trust shortage and knowledge stickiness. In order to overcome the barrier of the tacit knowledge transfer, it is necessary to promote knowledge broker. The knowledge broker is the foundation for the tacit knowledge transfer and the critical success factor for efficient tacit knowledge transfer. However, most research related on the knowledge broker had focused on the degree, centrality and density of the knowledge network. The framework is needed to performance indicator for diagnosing the tacit knowledge transfer. Therefore, we suggest the knowledge broker framework based on the social network analysis.

  • Nowadays, domestic construction companies make an effort to share knowledge and experience accumulated while conducting a project. One way of improving knowledge sharing is to develop specifications which are linked to the expert's knowledge and experience based on the specification classification. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to review the current domestic specification system and develop the specification linked to the construction lessons learned database. It is expected that the proposed specification system will support the decision making process by effectively providing the knowledge and solution.

  • This study empirically analyzes game engine supplier's licensing strategy connected with supplier's technological regime and technological innovation. The results show that game engine supplier's technological regime is heterogeneously differentiated and it's user friendliness increases. "User Friendliness" of supplier's technological regime enables supplier's efficient technological transfer and increases supporting capability. Technological knowledge factors such as modularity of game engine structure, generic capability, codifiability of tacit game engine knowledge and degree of innovation turn incomplete technological market into efficient technological market by increasing supporting capability and by reducing transaction cost.

The Development of the Items on Mathematical Instructional Evaluation based on the Teacher's Practical Knowledge (교사의 실천적 지식을 반영한 수학 수업평가 기준 탐색)

  • This study is to establish the items on instructional evaluation based on the teacher's practical knowledge in mathematics educations. Namely, this study deals with the items on how pre-service or in-service teachers reflect and revise their own or peer's class. To accomplish this, first of all the items on instructional evaluation was developed by researchers of this study on the basis of the results of two previous study. One is the literature of Elbaz(1981) and the other is the literature of Hwang(2013). Elbaz(1981) defined the definition of practical knowledge and five sub-domains of the practical knowledge. On the other hand, Hwang(2013) defined the teacher knowledge in mathematics education and four sub-domains of the teacher knowledge. According to these four domains, Hwang(2013) developed the items on the instructional evaluation in mathematics class. From now on, based on these two study, this study was to develop the items on the instructional evaluation involving the practical knowledge. Futhermore, the final and ideal items on the instruction would be established through the reflection and comments of professionals such as mathematics teachers, professors, and researchers.

  • The ultimate goal of hotel corporations is to maintain their existence by securing competitive advantages over their competitors. In order to secure competitive advantages, they need to shed off the conventional paradigm of company management, which increasingly grows weaker as the industrial society turns into a knowledge-based one, and make effective use of knowledge, which is the core source of their wealth and competitiveness, in their management. Thus this study set out to identify knowledge management strategy to result in great management performance to hotel corporations. It also aimed to suggest specific action plans for them to do knowledge management efficiently based on the results. The causal relations between the knowledge management strategy and management performance were examined to figure out the former's influences on the latter. As a result, Two types of knowledge management strategy seemed to have positive(+) impacts on competitive advantages, but negative(-) impacts on financial performance.

  • 기존의 웹 디자인은 웹이라는 매체의 특성 상 디자인적인 요소가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 디자인은 위한 구체적인 방법론이 미약하다. 특히, 많은 소비자들을 유인하고 구매를 촉발시켜야 하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경우에는 더욱 더 그럼하에도 불구하고 이를 위한 전략적인 방법론이 부족하다. 즉, 기존 연구들은 제품의 다양성, 서비스, 촉진, 항해량, 편리성, 사용자 인터페이스 등이 중요하다고 하였지만 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인하는 입장에서는 활용하기가 상당히 애매하다. 그 이유는 이들 요인들은 서로 영향관계를 가지고 있어서 사용자 인터페이스가 복잡하면 항해량이 늘어나 편리성이 감소하고, 제품이 늘어나더라도 검색엔진을 사용하면 상대적으로 항해량이 감소하게 되어 편리성이 증가한다. 따라서, 이들 요인을 활용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 구축하려면 요인간의 영향관계를 면밀히 파악하고 이 영향요인이 소비자의 구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지가 충분히 검토되어야 한다.이에 본 연구에서는 퍼지인식도를 이용하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 소비자의 구매행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 추출하고 이들 요인간의 인과관계를 도출하여 보다 구체적이고 전략적으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 디자인할 수 있는 방법으로 web-Cogmulator를 제시한다. Web-Cogmulator는 소비자의 쇼핑몰에 대한 암묵지식 형태의 구매행동을 형태지식화하여 지식베이스 형태로 가지고 있기 때문에 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 다양한 요인의 변화에 따른 소비자의 구매행동을 추론 시뮬레이션하는 것이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시나리오를 바탕으로 추론 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 Web-Cogmulator의 유용성을 검증하였다.를, 지지도(support), 신뢰도(confidence), 리프트(lift), 컨빅션(conviction)등의 관계를 통해 다양한 방법으로 모색해본다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 이러한 개념계층상의 흥미로운 부분의 탐색은, 전자 상거래에서의 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)나 틈새시장(niche market) 마케팅 등에 적용가능하리라 여겨진다.선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The Effect of Relationship Learning on Recontracting Intention in the Foodservice Franchise Industry (관계 학습이 프랜차이지의 재계약 의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to examine the structural relationships between relationship learning, their antecedents such as transaction specific assets, and environmental uncertainty, and long-term orientation, overall satisfaction and recontracting intention in the context of the foodservice franchise industry. The data is analyzed with structural equation modeling with Amos 5.0 and SPSS 14.0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: $x^2=57.75$, df=9, p=0.00, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.81, RMSR=0.03, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.93. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The results of this study are as follows: First, information sharing of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Second, information sharing of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on overall satisfaction. Third, shared interpretation of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fourth, developing memories of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fifth, overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Sixth, long-term orientation and overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on recontracting intention. Finally, transaction specific assets and environmental uncertainty had a significantly positive effect on relationship learning. At the end of this paper, limitations, further research directions, and implications are suggested.

The Effects of Knowledge Sharing Culture and Strategy of Hotel Companies on the Psychological Ownership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MZ Generation Employees (호텔 기업의 지식공유문화와 전략이 MZ세대 종사원의 심리적 주인의식과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to verify how the knowledge sharing culture of hotel companies affects psychological ownership awareness and organization citizenship behavior through knowledge sharing of millennials and generation Z employees. It also assumed that two types of knowledge, such as tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, would have the effect of controlling knowledge sharing culture and knowledge sharing. This paper collected data from 138 employees working in hotels in the metropolitan area. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that the knowledge sharing culture of hotel companies influenced knowledge sharing. In addition, it was confirmed that it had a positive effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. In the case of hotel companies, it was found that the tacit knowledge was more effective in inducing knowledge sharing among employees that the explicit knowledge. If a company provides a knowledge-sharing culture using various forms of tacit knowledge strategies, it is expected to increase the organizational citizenship behavior and psychological ownership of MZ generation employees.

  • The purpose of this study is to look into practical knowledge of geography teacher that lead the teacher's conduct in performance assessment situation. In Classroom all activity of teachers is their unique creature and the behavior which express teacher's knowledge and competency as expert. Practical knowledge can be seen as a system of understanding that guides the teacher s decision, which involves the construction of contents to teach, methods of instruction, resources to use etc. Therefore if we fully read the teacher's instruction, we have to understand the practical knowledge of teacher. As an ordinary activity of teaming and teaching, performance assessment is conducted on active learning and teaching situation and has intention to advance learning. Thus All evaluating behavior conducted by teacher can be understood through the practical knowledge of teacher. For this purpose a series of performance assessment scenes conducted by teacher were selected observed and captured the imagery, principles and rules of practical knowledge through the qualitative research method. The result supposed that practical knowledge influence the whole process of geography teacher's performance assessment activity.
