  • By becoming 21st century which run be charactered as highly industrialized society which spreads diversification and individualization, there have been elevation of income level and increase of time for leisure activity by introducing 5 working days system. And this brings out increasing of aquatic leisure activity population and the contents of the leisure becomes very active. Static indoor activity which was the main current of the leisure activity in the past, however, it is now called for outdoor activity accompanied by the society growth and even expands towards that people get into action and experience by their own free will. With this point of view, the aquatic leisure run become a safe activity. But with a rapid growth of aquatic leisure activity, safety concerns become a serious problem. To prevent safety accident, training should be given, safety inspection and registration should be requested, and strong support of system is needed so users can have an insurance for safety accident. These complements are necessary for overall nourishment and management measure to charge in systematical safety for the users.

Development of Security Functional Requirements for Secure-Introduction of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (무인항공기의 안전한 도입을 위한 보안기능요구사항 개발)

  • With the possibility of wireless control of the aircraft by Nicola Tesla, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) was mainly used for military and defense purposes with the rapid development through World War I and II. As civilian applications of unmanned aerial vehicles have expanded, they have been used with various services, and attempts have been made to control various environmental changes and risk factors of unmanned aerial vehicles. However, GPS spoofing, Jamming attack and security accidents are occurring due to the communication in the unmaned aerial vehicle system or the security vulnerability of the unmanned aerial vehicle itself. In order to secure introduction of Unmanned aerial vehicle, South Korea has established Unmanned Aerial Vehicle verification system called Airworthiness Certification. However, the existing cerfication system is more focused on test flight, design and structure's safety and reliability. In this paper, we propose a unmanned aerial vehicle system model and propose security functional requirements on unmanned aerial vehicle system in the corresponding system model for secure-introduction of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. We suggest the development direction of verification technology. From this proposal, future development directions of evaluation and verification technology of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle will be presented.

  • Multicast services are gradually diversified and used widely. Proportionately, they become the center of attackers' attention and there are growing possibilities of an intelligence leak. Therefore, research related to secure multicast should be required to provide multicast service efficiently. This paper presents the architecture for secure multicast which provides efficient group management mechanism in group consists using member's dynamic join and leave. This architecture can provide secure multicast services to many users with regard to security aspects in one-to-many communication. The simulation results show that the proposed architecture achieves an efficient group management and a secure data transmission with low latency compared with the other existing secure multicast architecture.

Some earlier companies are appling to construction site ,but that is limited great construction company But it need to solve the origin problem because of it continually keep up the rate of disaster.   • A considerable number of construction disasters occurs on pathway. A safety management in construction sites is usually performed to prevent accidents in activity areas. This means that safety management level of hazards on pathway is relatively minified. Many researchers have introduced that a hazard identification is fundamental of safety management. Thus, algorithms for helping safety managers' hazardous area identification is developed using automated data collection technology. These algorithms primarily search potential hazardous area by comparing workers' location logs based on real-time locating system and optimal routes based on BIM. And potential hazardous areas is filtered by identified hazardous areas and activity areas. After that, safety managers are provided with information about potential hazardous areas and can establish proper safety countermeasures. This can help improving safety in construction sites.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the necessary measures for the school safety experience education space to provide the elementary school students with the ability to provide safety education through experiences routinely and repeatedly. For this purpose, we investigated the conditions of safety experience in Jeollabuk-do and the case of other cities as a factor for operating the school safety experience educational space. In order to clarify the appropriateness of this, a questionnaire was conducted for the teachers in the local area. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the use of two classrooms in the place and the scale in the operation of the school safety experiential education space should be sought in various places such as hall, multipurpose room, and gymnasium according to the school condition. Experiential areas should be operated by elementary school students customized, but specialized facilities or large scale should be used for professional safety experience facilities. For efficient operation, the base school wanted to be located in a place where accessibility of other school students was easy, and that a school with sufficient space would be selected.

  • Beyond the millennium industrial development affects all of our life, and the growth of the automobile among them provides us with convenience of the living. One, however, was regarded as important to recognize the safety of the parking rather today than any past, getting together with the increasing auto population into the popularization gradually. It was needed to develope an active system and safety equipment in order to protect against an accident because there were so many accidents during the parking about which one felt relief. The objectives of this study was to develop a supporting structure with high static friction, adapt to various road environments, such as an unpaved road, a wet paved road, controling an angle, considering a portable and moveable device in order to prevent an accident during parking. As it mentioned above, the novel supporting structure had four strengths rather than a previous supporting structure, a practical new design (1998 084336 B60C) The implication of the study was the inspiration from warning of the parking accident almost 10 % of the total traffic accident in Korea, tries to find a solution to a problem in order to decrease the parking accident, in addition, makes it regulation ,and it was implied to the orientation about the popularization and the practical use of the new supporting structure which was developed

A Study of Connection Stability for Reinforced Retaining Wall Constructed with Soilbag with Varying Connection Strength (연결강도 변화에 의한 Soilbag 보강토 옹벽 연결부의 안정성 평가)

  • Environmental-friendly and economical construction are the recent issues for civil structures and soilbag as facing wall is widely used for cut-slope remediation projects. However, the stability of structures is an important issue for the use of environmental-friendly and economical materials. In order to understand the stability of soilbag reinforced retaining wall, tensile resistance, rupture, tensile strength, and internal/external safety factor of the wall were analyzed with MSEW program and the results were compared to the safety factor of block-type reinforced walls. The stability of retaining wall was analyzed with reduction coefficients of connection strength to check the connection stability. Because it is possible to move between soilbag and geogrid connector for soilbag retaining wall, the safety factor of the wall was analyzed with different inclination angles of soilbag. The analysis result shows that the connection strength and internal/external stability of soilbag reinforced wall satisfy the stability criteria.

  • Using transportations like railway, aviations and roads have been increasing continuously. Traffic accidents have been increasing as well. To prevent or lessen these accidents become a big issue to solve. Therefore, more enforced safety levels are being required to meet. In railway field, continuous efforts of railway safety are being executed to prevent traffic accidents. In present, railway accidents have been decreasing since subway accident happened in Daegu Subway in 2003. However, safety levels in railway field have not yet achieved as much as in advanced countries. Basic concept for enforced safety level in railway system is to prevent or minimize accidents by managing systems like related facilities, management method, organization, education. This is the same concept to minimize error rate in six sigma theory. In this paper, we are to apply six sigma techniques used in manufacturing industry to railway safety and go through ways to make more efficient railway safety system.

  • The leaking of personal information is mostly occurred by internal users. The confidential information such as credit card number can be disclosed or modified by system manager easily. The secure storaging and managing scheme for sensitive data of individual and enterprise is required for distributed data management. The manager owning private data is needed to have a weight which is a right to disclose a private data. For deciding a weight, it is required that system is able to designate the level of user's right. In this paper, we propose the new algorithm named digit-independent algorithm. And we propose a new data management scheme of gathering and processing the data based on digit-independent algorithm. Our sharing and recovering scheme have the efficient computation operation for managing a large quantity of data using weight table. The proposed scheme is able to use for secure e-business data management and storage in ubiquitous computing environment.
