In stereoscopic or multi-view three dimensional display systems, the synthesis of intermediate sequences is inevitably needed to assure look-around capability and continuous motion parallax so that it could enhance comfortable 3D perception. The quadtree-based disparity estimation is one of the most remarkable methods for synthesis of Intermediate sequences due to the simplicity of its algorithm and hardware implementation. In this paper, we propose two ideas in order to reduce the annoying flicker at the object boundaries of synthesized intermediate sequences by quadtree-based disparity estimation. First, new split-scheme provides more consistent auadtree-splitting during the disparity estimation. Secondly, adaptive temporal smoothing using correlation between present frame and previous one relieves error of disparity estimation. Two proposed Ideas are tested by using several stereoscopic sequences, and the annoying flickering is remarkably reduced by them.

The term 'well-being' which becomes a popular trend in various industries has been introduced in the housing market as well. This trend could be understood as an emerging trend rooted to customers' preference for apartment enabling residents to live comfortably and healthy in 2000s. The housing industry has attempted to meet customers' requirements by presenting' well-being apartments' emphasizing healthy and natural-friendly aspects. For instance, suppliers in the industry has adopted master plans and unit plans to support well-being residence. In addition, they introduced less-toxic-emission materials to interior However, it has been unknown that customers in the housing market also agree to well-being functions presented by suppliers and, if then, which aspects they consider mon important In order to answer questions stated above, a research to investigate perceptions of potential customers in Busan towards well-being apartments is designed and this paper is a summarized result. Based on the real-world investigations, the important functions or concepts relevant to well-being apartments perceived by customers are defined and suppliers' approach to meet these Is presented.

Some promising design criteria for the construction of artificial beaches are presented. Based on the result of visitor's enquete and field observations, the degree of satisfaction for some parameters such as wave height, water and air temperature and quality of sediments are obtained. Correlations between these parameters and the degree of satisfaction are also derived and discussed. From the study, the desirable design conditions for artificial beaches with the degree of satisfaction over 70% are proposed as; the minimum comfortable utilization area per capita is found to be approximately $10m^2$, maximum mean wave height 0.7m, the lowest water temperature $22^{\circ}C$, average diameter of sands 0.5mm approximately with identical grain size and roundness, and the foreshore slope less than 1 : 20.

A 6-year-old, intact female Dachshund was presented with generalized seizure for 2 days. Based on the neurologic and physical examinations, intracranial diseases were suspected. 1.5T and 7.0T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain were taken. The MRI results revealed diffuse hyperintense lesions in the area of the diencephalon to the medulla oblongata in the T2-weighted images. Canine distemper virus-induced meningoencephalitis was confirmed by the result of RT-PCR of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The dog was euthanized 7 days after diagnosis due to poor prognosis and clinical deterioration. Postmortem histopathologic examination was consistent with the MRI findings. This is the first case report using 1.5T and 7.0T MRI to compare the virus-induced intracranial lesions in meningoencephalitis.

A 5-year-old male Cocker spaniel was presented with an abrupt seizure episode. The dog was moderately dehydrated, hypersalivation and loss of consciousness at the presentation. Tentative diagnosis was made through history taking, clinical signs, physical examination, neurologic examination, basic laboratory examinations, radiological examination and cytologic examination. In addition, serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) value was measured to diagnose in this case. The serum AFP concentration was marked elevated (1513.5 ng/ml). The patient was suspected as HCC and medical therapy was initiated to control hypoglycemic-associated seizure. However, the dog was euthanized because of the owner's request. It was diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) based on the histopathologic examination. This case indicates that AFP measurement might be valuable to diagnose HCC in dogs.

Lumber support as the part of automotive seat supports the pressure applied on waist by clearing the tiredness of passenger at long driving. In this study, lumbar support of automotive seat is modelled. Various bids are built up at its bed. The main purpose is to look for adequate model on comfortableness by calculating displacement according to applied force when some passenger sit at automotive seat. Full build -up type of 5 rows can be seen most suitable for passenger's comfortableness and its durability as the inner displacement of 5mm and contact force of 500 N.

In this paper we collect data concerning sleep environments in a bedroom and analyze the relationship between the collected condition data and sleep. In addition, this paper detects scene changes from the subjects in a sleeping state and presents the physical conditions, reactions during sleep, and physical sensations and stimuli. To detect scene changes in image sequences, we used color histogram for the difference between the preceding frame and the current frame. In addition, to extract the tossing and turning for different situations, the subjects were instructed to enter the level of fatigue, the level of drinking, and the level of stomach emptiness. For the sleep experiment system, we used the H-MOTE2420 Sensor composed of temperature, humidity, and light sensors. This paper is intended to provide the best sleep environment that enhances sleep quality, thus inducing people today to get regular and comfortable sleep.

스포츠웨어 중 바람막이제품의 용도에 사용되는 소재는 폴리에스터와 폴리아미드 소재가 주류이며, 그 중에서 고품격의 바람막이 제품에 대해서는 주로 나일론6 소재를 사용하고 있다. 최근 소비자들은 삶의 질 향상과 야외활동의 증가로 인해 제품의 경량화, 안락한 착용감, 고기능성 등을 동시에 겸비한 제품을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 수요에 발맞추어 국내에서 많이 생산되고 있는 나일론6 소재를 이용하여 제품화 간계에서 경량감과 신축성이 발현될 수 있는 나일론6 소재의 경량 신축직물에 대한 연구개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직물 단계에서의 경량감과 신축성이 발현될 수 있는 나일론6 소재 신축직물을 개발하기 위해 공중합 나일론6 폴리머와 일반 나일론6 폴리머를 복합방사 설비를 이용하여 side by side POY 26d/6f의 원사를 제조한 후 가연공정을 거쳐 개발된 DTY 20/6f 가연사를 직물 설계 시 위사방향으로 적용하여 제직을 실시하였다. 직물 설계 조건은 기존 T사에서 생산중인 나일론 DTY 20d/7f을 경사로, 개발 소재인 DTY 20/6f을 위사에 적용하였으며, 제직 시 경사밀도 2가지, 위사밀도 2가지로 설계하였으며, 조직의 변화에 따른 신축특성의 변화를 확인하기 위해 평직, Rib. 도비직으로 제직하였고, 이렇게 제조된 직물에 대해 전처리, 염색, 후가공, 코팅가공 공정 조건별로 테스트를 진행한 후, 신축성발현을 위한 최적 공정조건 확보를 위한 공정별 직물의 신축성 변화분석과 최적 공정을 통해 개발한 최종 직물에 대한 신축성 평가를 실시하였다. 테스트 결과, 제직 조건별로는 경사밀도와 위사밀도가 낮은 경우가 원단 내 수축이 더욱 많이 발생함으로써, 신축성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었으며, 조직별로는 평직, Rib. 도비직 순서로 신축성이 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 공정별 신축성 변화분석 결과, 염색 시 가장 신축성 발현이 두드러지게 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 전처리는 일반 연속식 전처리 보다 CPB 전처리 공정이 이후 염색가공 및 코팅을 통해 제조된 직물의 신축성 향상 및 표면 평활성에 높은 기여를 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 상기 조건에 서 얻어진 최적 공정 조건으로 제조된 최종 코팅직물의 경우에 22% 정도의 신축성이 나타나 개발 소재의 신축특성이 우수함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of biomedical ethics awareness, empathy among college students. The participants were 469 university students in South Korea. The average score for biomedical ethics awareness was $2.89{\pm}.21$ ; The average the scores of empathy was $2.41{\pm}.35$. Biomedical ethics awareness showed a positive correlation with empathy(r=.203, p<.001). Emotional empathy showed a significant effect on biomedical ethics awareness. And the empathic concern of emotional empathy showed a significant effect on right to life fetus, artificial abortion, artificial insemination, prenatal diagnosis of fetus, right to life of newborn, euthanasia, brain death of biomedical ethics awareness. The results of this study suggest that biomedical ethics education to the emotional empathy should need for general university students.

In this study, we investigated the image of tourist destination for foreign tourists impact on tourist satisfaction and revisiting intension. Among foreign tourists it was surveyed, which account for a large number of Chinese tourists. And Seongsan Sunrise Peak is a major tourist destination of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province was selected as a study destination. Results showed that the tourist destination image on only some elements affect tourist satisfaction. Also, tourist destination image showed only some of the elements on the impact on tourist revisit intension. Tourist destinations' satisfaction appeared to affect revisit intension. As a result, Seongsan Sunrise Peak is among the cognitive image showed two important factors, environmental factors and charmming factors. And You can learn from emotional images on the interest factor, the comfort factor, the pleasant factor is satisfied.
