The basic equation of body and mind that can be represented as body and mind based on love model of Romeo and Juliet is presented in this paper. In order verify validity for physical idea of unification for body and mind when the external force is applied in the basic equation. We display the time series and phase portrait for nonlinear behavior, and this paper confirms the point of difference between body-mind neutral monism and body-mind dualism.

Ureteral obstruction can be causes of renal dysfunction and renal injury at late period of kidney pathology. The purpose of this study was to determine the protective effects of Oryeongsan (ORS), Geumgwe-sinkihwan (GSH), and Jwagwieum (JGE) in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). The animal models were divided into five groups randomly at the age of 5 weeks; Control group: SD male rats (n=10), UUO group: SD male rats with UUO surgery (n=10), ORS group: SD male rats with UUO surgery + ORS 200 mg/kg/day (n=10), GSH group: SD male rats with UUO surgery + GSH 200 mg/kg/day (n=10), JGE group: SD male rats with UUO surgery + JGE 200 mg/kg/day (n=10). Treatment with ORS, GSH, and JGE significantly ameliorate creatinine clearance(Ccr). The present results also showed that ORS, GSH, and JGE improved the morphological aspects of renal tissues. These prescriptions also reduced the expression levels of cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. In Kidney, UUO increased the expression levels of inflamasome markers such as NLRP3, ASC, and Caspase-1. However, ORS, GSH, and JGE suppressed these levele. Treatment with these prescriptions reduced kidney inflammation markers such as Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin (NGAL) and kidney injury molecule -1 (KIM-1). Therefore, these findings suggest that ORS, GSH, and JGE has a protective effect on renal injury by alleviating renal inflammation and improving renal function in rats with UUO.

Gracilaria Verrucosa (GV), a seaweed used in traditional Korean medicine, was studied for its effects on MI-induced heart failure in rats. MI is caused by a blocked coronary artery, leading to severe cardiac dysfunction. The study used a rat model to assess cardiac changes over time and evaluate the impact of GV on heart failure. Ischemia was induced through LAD ligation surgery, and the extent of ischemic area was measured as a prognostic factor. GV extract administration significantly improved cardiac morphology and reduced cardiac weight compared to the MI group. GV treatment also improved cardiac function, as evidenced by positive effects on chamber dilation during MI-induced heart failure. Parameters such as ejection fraction (EF) and fractional shortening (FS) were measured. The MI group showed decreased EF and FS compared to the sham group, while these parameters improved in the GV group. GV treatment also reduced levels of LDH, CPK, and CK-MB in the serum, indicating reduced myocardial damage. Histological analysis revealed that GV treatment attenuated cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis, with reduced collagen deposition in the myocardium. Immunohistochemistry analysis showed suppressed expression of TGF-β1 and collagen 1, involved in fibrosis. In conclusion, GV showed potential in improving cardiac function in a rat model of MI-induced heart failure. It alleviated myocardial damage, attenuated cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis, and suppressed fibrotic markers. Further studies are needed to explore its clinical efficacy and underlying mechanisms in cardiac diseases beyond animal models.

인간의 사고 및 행동능력은 환경부하, 작업의 내용 등 외부환경에 큰 영향을 받는다. 선박운항 시, 인간-기계시스템 환경에서 항해사의 일정한 수준 이상의 판단 및 조선능력은 안전운항을 위해 매우 중요한 요소이다. 특히 협수로 항해시, 선박통항량이 많은 해역을 항해할 경우 선교에서의 작업부하가 커지고 그로 인한 피로 및 긴장에 의한 심신 기능이 저하되어, 항해사의 조선(操船)능력에 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 그러나 선박운항 또는 입출항 시 항해사의 생리적, 심리적 스트레스를 측정하여 계량화한 연구는 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웨어러블 심박수 측정장치를 이용하여 항해사의 심박수 변화를 측정 분석하고, 항해사의 선박 운항작업 시 발생하는 스트레스를 계량화하여 모델을 개발하기 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다.

It is incontestable that the essence of the current fever of well-being is pseudo-ideology, which is the commercialized well-being. Nevertheless, the potential value as the cultural contests of Korean Design, reaching the philosophy of well-being, must not be overlooked. Being more than its dictionary meaning of 'happiness' and 'welfare', well-being aims peace of mind and richness in mentality, thus supports the life style of 'Body-Mind Monism'. As a trend that has taken a ride on the consumerism, it is inevitable to excavate the benign cultural value that an ordinary sign of well-being lacks in order to create a peculiar model of Korea's design contents by sublimating the commodity aesthetic of well-being into an alternative argument possessing the cultural identity of Korea. Well-being, not much different form an attitude of following the 'ways of nature', is a typical model of non-dualistic thinking of East Asia. By tracing back to the indication of well-being that already existed in the non-dualistic thought and design of East Asia, the genealogy connecting the current phenomena of well-being to the Body-Mind Monism can be found in the cultural traditions of as close as Korea and as far as East Asia. In the case of adopting the monistic way of East Asian thinking that sees body and mind as one not two as the theoretical background of well-being imported fro the West, it is expected to provide a solution for the design discourse of Korea to be out of colonialism. Well-being contributes to the monistic awareness in the period of self-reflected modernization, which needs to search new values based on the reconsideration of dualistic paradigm centered on the Western culture, thus it is worth putting anticipation on the potential significance well-being would have in the field of national as well as international design world.

1. Korean archery is very important in body-mind therapy because it has excellent effect in physical and spiritual culture. 2. Korean archery culture has physical effect that reinforce eum-gyeong(陰經) muscles, thus it much affect on reinforcement of ha-cho(下焦) and ha-dan-jeon(下丹田). 3. Korea archery has spiritual effect : etiquette, concentration, a state of balance, discipline, self-control, modesty, courage. 4. Author present model of korean archery culture and think enforcement the model will affect therapy and prevention Korean archery therapy is on elementary level, lack clinical datas. If the data of therapy which is proved objectively is more larger, korean archery therapy will be more popular by exercise therapies.

Objectives : Forsythiae Fructus has been reported to have anti-inflammatory effects in many diseases, and Corydalis Tuber has been used as a pain suppressor in Eastern Asia. However, the protective effects of individual water extract of Forsythiae Fructus (FF) and Corydalis Tuber (CT) and the mixture of FF and CT (FC) on chronic pancreatitis (CP) were not well-investigated. Therefore, we investigated the protective effects of FF, CT, and FC on CP in mice. Methods : To induce CP, cerulein was injected 6 times a day, 4 times a week for 3 weeks. 1 h before the every cerulein injection, 200 mg/kg of FF, CT, or FC was intraperitoneally injected to mice. Histological analysis of pancreas was examined by hematoxylin and eosin stain and collagen deposition was examined by Masson's trichrome stain. Fibrogenic parameters such as α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition, and fibrotic cytokines such as transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) were also analyzed by immunofluorescence stain and real-time PCR. Results : Histological damages in pancreas were inhibited by pre-treatment of FF or FC but not CT. α-SMA and ECM in pancreas were inhibited by pre-treatment of CT or FC but not FF. Moreover, the expression of TGF-β1 and PDGF in pancreas were inhibited by FF, CT or FC. Conclusions : Our results suggest that FC have protective effect on CP in mice through inhibition of α-SMA, ECM, TGF-β1 and PDGF in pancreas, and these findings could suggest new clinical strategy for CP.

Based on the theory of interactive experience in children's toy design, this paper analyzes and explores the interactive experience of education children's toys. Based on the basic elements of product design, a case study of the popular children's educational toys in the Korean sales rankings was carried out. In addition, according to the user experience model, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the popular children's educational toys sold in Korea. The results show that the top three children's educational toys by sales are smart toys. Satisfaction is highest for feeling, feeling, thinking, acting, and related experiences. It provides a theoretical basis for the interactive experience design of children's smart toys. Design experiential toys that are more suitable for children's physical and mental health and more suitable for children's psychological development.

In the M&S filed, The Battle Lab is available for acquisition, design, development tool, validation test, and training in the weapon system of development process. Recently, the Battle Lab in the military of Korea is still in an early stage, in spite of importance of battle lab construction. In the environment of network centric warfare, a practical use of the M&S which is connecting live, virtual and constructive model can be applied to all field of System Engineering process. It is necessary thar the Battle Lab is not restricted by time and space, and is possible for the technical implementation. In this paper, to guarantee the interoperability of live and virtual simulation, virtual simulators connect live simulators by using the tactical data link. To guarantee the interoperability of virtual and constructive simulation, both virtual simulators and constructive simulators use the RTI which is the standard tool of M&S. We propose the System that constructed the Air Defence Battle Lab. In case of the approach of target tracks, The Air Defence Battle Lab is the system for the engagement based on a command of an upper system in the engagement weapon system. Constructive simulators which are target track, missile, radar, and launcher simulator connect virtual simulators which are MCRC, battalion, and fire control center simulators using the RPR-FOM 1.0 that is a kind of RTI FOM. The interoperability of virtual simulators and live simulators can be guaranteed by the connection of the tactical data links which are Link-11B and ATDL-1.

Many people today suffer from stress originated from diseases, daily life, workplace, or environmental pollution. People want a comfortable and stable life along with physical and mental relaxation. As the number of people pursuing a comfortable life increases, terms of well-being and wellness have become more common, and wellness-related industries are also developing. Among the wellness and well-being industries, the wellness entertainment contents are one of the highest growing industries. This study aims to investigate how wellness contents contribute to improving the psychological well-being level of users through the mediating effect of telepresence in online. Specifically, this study suggests a hypothesized research model on the influence of online wellness entertainment content, which consists of sensory-, emotional-, and cognitive-attributes, on telepresence, followed by psychological well-being and word-of-mouth. With an empirical test using data on the experience of meditation app experience for 305 people, the result showed that the hypotheses in the research model were supported. The result of this study showed that wellness content induces users' telepresence and word-of-mouth, suggesting that wellness contents are needed to develop into a profit model rather than being limited to simple mental and physical stability.
