A Study on the Effects of Visual Merchandising (VMD) Components of Fashion Virtual Reality (VR) Stores on Psychological Benefits of Technology Adoption (패션 가상현실(VR)매장의 비주얼 머천다이징(VMD) 구성요소가 기술 수용의 심리적 효용에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The study analyzed the effect of VMD components of virtual reality (VR) stores on the psychological effectiveness of technology acceptance. As a result of the analysis, among the VMD components of fashion virtual reality (VR) stores, experientiality, aesthetics, and suitability had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment. There was no significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, or perceived enjoyment. The results of this study are significant in that they conducted an empirical study on the intention of use due to the VMD components of a fashion virtual reality (VR) store, which was rarely covered in previous studies on fashion virtual reality (VR) stores.

Phenomenological Case Study of the Experience of Telehealth Digital Art Therapy in a Self-quarantined Person before Confirmed with COVID-19 (코로나19 자가격리자의 원격 디지털 미술치료 체험에 대한 현상학적 사례연구)

  • This study assessed the experience of telehealth digital art therapy with a phenomenological case study method based on the need for a psychotherapeutic intervention of caring for the psychological health of self-quarantined people before confirmed with COVID-19. The research participant was a 17-year-old adolescent (girl) from Canada, who participated in seven sessions in a structured telehealth digital art therapy program for 90~120 minutes per session while she was self-quarantining. The analysis of the data was conducted in the process of assessing significant statements through content analysis and drawing themes based on the researcher's pre-understanding and epoche. As a result, 34 themes were drawn, which were classified into 10 common theme clusters and finally into three theses, including "psychology and emotions during self-quarantine", "limitation of remote digital art therapy', and 'positiveness of remote digital art therapy." This study is the case study of telehealth digital art therapy conducted first with a self-quarantined person before confirmed with COVID-19, and at the center of the crisis of COVID-19, hopefully, this study would provide important implications for "psychological quarantine," active self-care for self-quarantined people's psychological health.

Cultural Competence and Psychological Well-being in Nursing Students and Non-Nursing Students (간호대학생과 비 간호대학생의 문화적 역량과 심리적 안녕감)

  • This study was done to compare cultural competence(CC) and psychological well-being(PWB) in nursing students(NS) and non-nursing students(NNS). Participants were 251 NS and NNS at college in S and I city. Mean score(range:1~5) of CC in NS was 3.35 and NNS, 3.23 and PWB in NS was 3.53 and NNS, 3.37. Thus, mean score of CC and PWB of two group were above the average and NS significantly higher than NNS. Significant relationship were in NS CC, cultural awareness, knowledge, sensitivity, skill and experience, PWB, self-acceptance, environmental mastery, positive relations with others, autonomy, purpose in life, personal growth. Therefore, it is necessary to develop cultural competencies and to provide nursing considering cultural diversity in PWB through extracurricular activities, lectures related to multiple cultures and the placement of multi-cultural subjects in the curriculum.

  • Stanislavsky's acting system is based on the sensory memory of an incident that an actor has actually experienced, but Michael Chekhov insisted that in relation to the acting technique of actors, they should find the virtual and unreal external stimuli caused by emotion and imagination irrespective of their personal experience. As such, Stanislavsky's acting system and Michael Chekhov's acting technique are very different in terms of the acting method used. In actual acting, however, the acting system and the acting technique should have a close relationship. Any acting performed by an actor cannot be totally psychological or physical because the body and the mind cannot be separated. It is for this reason that all kinds of training should be both psychological and physical training and should not be conducted only mechanically. Acting is the ability of actors to imagine the virtual or fictitious reality and to express their indignation ability onstage. As actors stimulate and train their own fantasy and imagination, they can greatly improve their ability to embody or express the inner world of the characters they are portraying in a play.

The objective of the present study is, it is as follows: to understand education system and social and cultural atmosphere, diverse elements including in the value of the expressions material and method; to get an overall perspective on various aspects of life; and to develop contents for appreciation study which points to help learners perceived values.

Disparities in Perceived Constraints and Loyalty Based on Motivation to Visit Ecologically Sensitive Area(ESA) - Visitors to DMZ Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil - (생태민감지역 트레일 방문동기별 지각된 제약요인과 충성도 차이 - DMZ평화누리길 방문객을 대상으로 -)

  • This research was conducted to understand the extent to which visitors to the DMZ Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil Trail(located in one of the most Ecologically Sensitive Areas(ESA) of Korea) are motivated by perceived constraints and loyalty to the trail. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to the participants of the '2010 DMZ Border Trekking Course', which resulted in collecting 317 valid responses. For statistical tests, the respondents were divided into three clusters(accidental, activity-driven, and nature-driven) by their motivation for the visit. ANOVA was conducted to examine if the three groups differ in terms of the perceived constraints and loyalty to the DMZ Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil Trail. The results showed that nature-driven visitors were more likely to perceive "psychological constraints" than accidental or activity-driven visitors. As for loyalty, accidental visitors displayed the lowest level of loyalty while nature-driven visitors indicated the highest level of loyalty. These results illustrate that nature-driven visitors not only have the strongest desire to experience and learn about ESAs but also possess the highest sense of loyalty to the trail. It can further be argued that nature-driven visitors are the ones with the greatest concern for the trail's well-being. The paper concludes with the contention that understanding the demand and characteristics of trail visitors is critical to the future development of the trail.

Study on the Performer's Transference and Mental Borderline in a Performance (공연에서 나타나는 '전이'와 배우의 '심리적 경계'에 관한 연구)

  • The performers preparing for a performance usually experience the process of mental transference, contacting with text (drama) for the first time. It is movement from their everyday life to space in the play, when they try to break the wall between cast and themselves. The transference happens actually at the physical space, such as a dressing room, wing, (place just before appearing at a stage), and a stage (place to contact with audience). Performers keep moving among each psychological and physical space repeatedly, until the performance finishes totally. The transference means moving to each space to another, and the mental borderline means the point of mental change the performers experience during the process of transference. The mental borderline can be guessed to exist through mental aspects the performers feel when they move from each space to another. The most typical example, that shows performer's mental borderline well, is stage fright shown as tension, or anxiety among the variety of aspects. According to a research, the most performers experience that kind of mental aspect just before appearing at a stage. The study on it is already referred by my article.' This study aims at examining the relationship among psychological and physical space the performers experience, mental borderline when transferring and penetrating those spaces, and performer's mental change First, the concept of mental borderline is to be understood totally with preceded research. And the space the performers experience and mental borderline at transference are to be reorganized. Secondly, the area of transference in the process of performance is to be reclassified into physical and mental space. Third, analyzing the actual case of performers experiencing the mental borderline, the diversified use should be searched to make use of mental borderline as a positive element. The psychological symptoms, performers experience in the performance, can have positive consequence beside negative one. The tension occurring at the area of borderline is positive, and it can be the actual borderline for the performers. It will be researched how the performers change at the mental borderline, the state of mind is maintained, and they perform in an overall performance, through the study on the relationship between the transference and the mental borderline. And the stress and concentration caused by stage fright, and shyness will be confirmed, and the positive element of a stage, which is used as various defense mechanism.

A Study on experiential consumption and development of the customized cosmetics on female university students in their 20s -Preliminary Study- (20대 여대생의 맞춤형화장품 체험소비 및 발전방향 연구)

  • To find out the a Study on experiential consumption and development of the customized cosmetics on female university students in their 20s, this study conducted sampling using probability sampling from cosmetics major students in S City from September 1 to October 30, 2020. In this study, a study model was designed for a total of 30 people and studied as an Experience-Consume Experimentation. First, the result of the pre-purchase survey revealed that skincare cosmetics had the highest percentage for being selected by 30 people for "the preferred cosmetic type per the perception regarding customized cosmetics." Second, the result of the pre-purchase survey revealed that 11 people answered skincare cosmetics, 1 person answered shade cosmetics, and 2 people answered fragrance products (perfume, diffusers, etc.) for "the experience type for customized cosmetics." Third, the result of the post-purchase survey revealed that 29 people are willing to recommend the products, while 1 person is not. For the appropriateness of the price, 23 people answered yes; 7 people answered no. for the characteristics of the experience, 24 people (80%) answered that they selected ingredients according to their skin type; 9 people answered that the price is cheap considering they received 1:1 consultation; 18 people answered that they made a choice per their preferences (skin type) rather than per brands; 3 people answered that their self-esteem is stronger as if they received personal care. Therefore, customized cosmetics are expected to increase the attractiveness and purchase rate of female students in their twenties given that 'Human Touch,' genetic analysis, and 'hyper-customization technology,' which requires new development of customized cosmetics experience consumption for female college students in their 20s.

  • 인간이 쾌적하다고 느끼게 되는 것에는 인간과 환경간의 상호작용이 포함되어 있다. 쾌적한 환경을 만든다고 할 때에는 인간과 환경을 하나의 시스템으로 두고 관련되는 여러 요소들이 계속적으로 피이드백 되는 것으로 생각하여야 한다. 쾌적감이란 여러 가지 감성 요소가 복합적으로 조합되어 하나의 이미지와 합치되는 것으로 표현되는 고도의 심리적인 체험감이다. 그러므로 쾌적환경에 대하여 인간의 특성을 중심으로 설계하려고 하면 인간이 쾌적환경을 인지하는 과정이 어떤 과정을 거치게 되는가를 알고 그 특성을 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구는 쾌적감을 구성하고 있는 요소이미지가 어떻게 구성되어 있으며, 환경요소에 대한 감각이미지와는 어떤 구조로서 이루어져 있는 지를 실험적으로 알아보고 퍼지 추론을 이용하여 표현하였다.

Research on toy design based on children's education and experience (교육 및 체험 기반으로 한 어린이 장난감 디자인에 관한 연구)

  • Based on the theory of interactive experience in children's toy design, this paper analyzes and explores the interactive experience of education children's toys. Based on the basic elements of product design, a case study of the popular children's educational toys in the Korean sales rankings was carried out. In addition, according to the user experience model, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the popular children's educational toys sold in Korea. The results show that the top three children's educational toys by sales are smart toys. Satisfaction is highest for feeling, feeling, thinking, acting, and related experiences. It provides a theoretical basis for the interactive experience design of children's smart toys. Design experiential toys that are more suitable for children's physical and mental health and more suitable for children's psychological development.
