This research purposed to verify early childhood teacher's self-differentiation and self-efficacy on psychological well-being. The subjects were 293 teachers in 39 early childhood education institutions in K city and J province.The research tools for measurement have been used to self-differentiation (Je Seokbong, 1989) self-efficacy(Park Seonyeong, 2012) and psychological well-being(Ko Kyungae, 2010). The data is analyzed through t test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation, regression analysis. In conclusion, their ages of general background that have a distinction betweeen self-differentiation and self- efficacy as well as psychological well-being, these two self-defferenciation and self- efficacy have a correlation and for being affected by psychological well-being as a fluctuation. That is, teachers who have psychological struggle and anxiety are insufficient to teach young children warmly and comfortably, therefore, they should accept self and young children positively, maintain warm relationship, and develop their own ability or talent, and achieve self matureness as professionals.

현대 사회에서 사람과 사람이 아닌 기계와 사람 간의 거래가 대중화 되고 있다. 무인 거래 시스템(이하 키오스크) 사용이 지속적으로 증가하는 이유는 높은 인건비의 절감, 편리성, 시간 단축으로 볼 수 있다. 반면, 키오스크 사용은 다음과 같은 단점이 있다. 메뉴 선택에 있어서 주위 사람들에 의해 심리적 불안감이 생겨 충분한 시간을 가지지 못하고 메뉴를 선택하여 원치 않은 주문이 발생 할 수 있는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 키오스크로 메뉴 선택에 있어서 심리적 불안을 가지는 사람 및 키오스크 사용에 불편함을 가진 사람들이 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 통해 해당 매장에서는 다른 고객들의 눈치를 보지 않고 충분한 시간적 여유를 가지고 메뉴를 선택하여 편리하게 사용 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

This study aimed to examine the effects of rejection sensitivity on depression and anxiety, and the moderating effects of school violence victimization experiences on the relationships between rejection sensitivity and both anxiety and depression. Based on the results, we suggested a method of screening soldiers at high risk of depression and anxiety and interventions for their psychological adaptation. The data about anxiety, depression, rejection sensitivity, and school violence victimization experiences was collected from 126 airmen in S city, South Korea. To test the moderation effects, multiple regression analyses were conducted in which the rejection sensitivity, anxiety, school violence victimization experiences and their interaction terms were hierarchically entered. The moderation of school violence victimization experiences was found in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and school violence victimization experiences. The specific interaction patterns in each of these significant interaction effects were examined. Finally, the importance of school violence victimization experiences as a high-risk factor in army life and the clinical implication of these findings were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to identify the convergent influence of social awareness and health status on social support in Korean echo generation by using Korea adult psycho-social anxiety survey data. Korea adult psycho-social anxiety survey data were collected from August to September 2015 and included 1,653, who responded to the question regarding social support. The data were analyzed by t-test, chi-square and hierarchial multiple regression using SPSS WIN 23.0 program. The mean score of social support was 19.60. The influencing factors on social support were neighborhood relations, perceived class, euphoria, equality in society, stability in society, self Esteem, communication, and stress, respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to establish strategies to strengthen social support of echo generation. A more careful examination may be warranted.

This study was conducted to explore the experience of emotional change among senior citizens aged 65 and older experienced COVID-19 social situation. COVID-19 not only directly affects the elderly as a high-risk infectious disease, it also causes social isolation and depression caused by social distinctions, decreased cognitive skills, and worsened chronic diseases, and has indirect effects. As a result of the study, one component and four sub-components were derived, and the components were emotional changes. As the elderly experienced COVID-19, fear of spreading, fear of increasing the number of deceased and dead, and social distance I experienced depression, tightness, and anticipation for ending due to self-control. No matter how hard you try 'technical prevention', without 'psychological prevention', the anxiety of the elderly will inevitably increase. In this study, mediators for negative emotions experienced by the elderly are provided by providing accurate information to prevent the spread of fear caused by COVID-19 and proving emotional support programs such as 'psychological prevention' as well as 'technical prevention'. I think it will be necessary.

This study was conducted to examine the mediating effects of social anxiety and academic self-efficacy in the relationship between adolescent covert narcissism and school life adaptation. The subjects were 423 middle school and high school students. The results of this study are as follows: First, covert narcissistic personality tendency had a negative correlation with school life adaptation(r=-.51, p<.01). Covert narcissism had significant positive correlation with social anxiety(r=.70, p<.01) but had negative correlation with academic self-efficacy(r=-.39, p<.01). Social anxiety showed a significant negative correlation with school life adaptation(r=-.50, p<.01), academic self-efficacy had a positive correlation with school life adaptation(r=.63, p<.01), and social anxiety had a negative correlation with academic self-efficacy(r=-.51, p<.01). Second, as a result of verifying the mediating effects of social anxiety and academic self-efficacy, academic self-efficacy has mediating effects on the relationship between covert narcissism and school life adaptation(${\beta}=.41$, p<.001), and social anxiety has no mediating effect on school life adaptation(${\beta}=-.05$, p<.001). The results of this study suggest that If adolescents with covert narcissism have difficulties in adapting to school life, increasing academic self-efficacy, especially self-control efficacy and self-confidence, may be helpful to improve adolescents' adaptation to school life.

The objective of this study was to the effects of depression, anxiety and stress on the aggression among depressed adults. Subjects are 91 depressed adults in D city. The structured and self-reported questionnaires were administered to subjects and IBM SPSS 21.1 program were performed for data analysis. All of aggression and depression(r=.62, p<.001), aggression and anxiety(r=.58, p<.001), aggression and stress(r=.62, p<.001) showed positive correlation. Depression affects the aggression that is significant explanatory variables(42.3%). The findings suggested that depressed adult's aggression for managing psychological management programs with interventions seem to be necessary.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether middle-aged people's anxiety about economic well-being in old age affects problem drinking and to verify whether there is relationship between anxiety about economic well-being in old age and to examine the problem drinking could be mitigated by social supports. We used the 2015 Korean Adults' Psycho-Social Anxiety Survey data. To detect the moderating effect of social supports, we employed a method of hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the higher the anxiety about economic well-being in old age among middle-aged adults, the higher was the likelihood of problem drinking. Moreover, the relationship between anxiety about economic well-being in old age and problem drinking could be moderated by social supports. Based on the empirical findings, this study suggests that education to deal with middle-aged people's anxiety about economic well-being in old age should be developed and recommends that counseling and community programs for social supports to be implemented as a preventive approach.

This study has performed to propose the plan of effective career management systematically for the enhancement of mutual communication with internal and external customers based on the effect of career management activity in hospital organization on the job instability for administrative staff's. Data was collected from 192 hospital administrative staff's located in Busan area where 7 general hospitals and 7 hospitals were involved, and examined the factor analysis, the reliability, the regression analysis and the correlation analysis using SPSS statistical program. The organizational career management activities were classified into direct and indirect activities through the verification of validity and internal consistency, and the job instability was influenced by the direct career management activities. "Consider of countermeasure of necessary training required for the career of staff's" has the strongest relationship with the job instability among the organizational direct career management activities, and "Provide sufficient information service for new job opportunity" and "Develope career management plan participate with the staff's" were also relatively shown the higher relationship. Thus, it was indicated that the organizational effective career management activities for the enhancement of mutual communication with customers were necessary for the strategy establishment of career management activities.
