청년 창업가의 심리적 회복탄력성이 창업역량, 창업동기에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 높은 청년실업률과 평생직장의 개념이 축소된 현대사회에 청년들은 평생직장을 찾기 보단 자신의 역량을 발휘하여 조기창업을 선호하고 있지만 창업 이후 사업유지의 불안, 인적자원관리, 생계유지에 대한 불안이 매우 높다. 이런 요인은 청년들이 창업을 유지하며 자신의 잠재된 창업역량 및 창업 유지에 부정적 영향을 미치며 청년의 창업 불안은 개인의 심리적소진을 야기하고 창업에 대한 동기가 약화되어 사업을 운영·유지에 어려움을 겪고 조기 폐업으로 연결되며 청년부채, 청년 심리문제, 청년 학업중단등 심리적 및 사회적문제로 확대되고 있다. 따라서 창업역량. 창업동기와 심리적 회복탄력성과의 상관관계 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 청년창업가의 심리적 회복탄련성의 요인이 창업동기와 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 사전 조사하고 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 토대로 청년의 심리적 회복탄력성을 높이고 창업 역량, 창업동기의 긍정적 영향을 미치기 위한 심리상담, 창업 관련 사회심리교육 및 심리서비스 지원등 해결방안을 모색하여 사회에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청남도에 창업을 준비하는 청년들을 포함하여 창업활동을 하고 있는 만 20세~28세의 청년이다. 이를 위해 창업 청년 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 28.0을 활용하여 자료를 분석하려 한다.

A Study on Motivation and Utilization of SNS for High School Students in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how social motivation, functional motivation, playful motivation, and psychological motivation affect SNS user satisfaction in order to find out what factors are important to Korean high school students in using SNS. As a result, playful motives, functional motives, and psychological motives except social motives have an effect on SNS user satisfaction, and this satisfaction has a positive effect on students' value formation. These results suggest that the reason why Korean high school students use SNS is that they need it and enjoy it, that is, they use SNS from a personal point of view, and are not related to social phenomena. However, social motives were found to have a positive effect on functional and playful motives. In other words, various social phenomena, which are social motives, provide an opportunity and theme for the use of SNS, and functional motives have positive effects on playful and psychological motives. In other words, the various functions provided by SNS have a positive effect on the selection and use of SNS.

An Empirical Study on the Effect of Internal and External Motivation and Psychological Ownership of Organizational Members in a Land Transportation Company on Organizational Effectiveness (육상운송업체 조직 구성원의 내·외재적 동기와 심리적 주인의식이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • This study examined the impact of internal and external motivation (enjoyment, challenge, sense of accomplishment, recognition, reward) and psychological ownership of members of a land transportation company on organizational effectiveness (job satisfaction, organizational commitment), and internal and external motivation and organizational commitment. We aim to analyze the moderating effect of psychological ownership in the relationship between effectiveness. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting employees working at land transportation companies, and the results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, among the intrinsic motivation factors of land transportation companies, challenge and sense of accomplishment had a significant impact on job satisfaction of organizational effectiveness, and enjoyment was confirmed to have an impact at a significant level. And only the sense of accomplishment had a significant effect on organizational commitment, while enjoyment and challenge had no effect. Second, recognition, an extrinsic motivator, had a significant effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment of organizational effectiveness, and compensation had an effect on job satisfaction but had no effect on organizational commitment. Third, psychological ownership had a significant effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fourth, psychological ownership was found to have no moderating effect in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and organizational effectiveness, enjoyment in the relationship between challenge, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, and to have a moderating effect in the relationship with a sense of accomplishment. Fifth, psychological ownership had a moderating effect in the relationship between extrinsic motivation and organizational effectiveness, recognition, compensation, and job satisfaction, but was found to have no moderating effect in the relationship with organizational commitment. Therefore, there is a need to improve management performance by inducing organizational commitment through job satisfaction and subsequently leading to psychological ownership.

A Study on the Relationships among Intrinsic Motivators, Psychological Empowerment, Affective Commitment and Service Quality (내재적 동기요인, 심리적 임파워먼트, 정감적 몰입 및 서비스품질 간 관계에 관한 연구 -호텔종사자를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among intrinsic motivators, psychological empowerment, affective commitment, and service quality among hotel industry employees. For this study, data were collected from 233 hotel employees in Seoul Metropolitan City with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modelling technique. This study found that two job characteristics variables(job challenge and job autonomy) had positive effects on hotel employees' psychological empowerment; that three job characteristics variables(job challenge, job variety and job autonomy) and psychological empowerment had positive effects on hotel employees' organizational commitment; and that psychological empowerment and organizational commitment had positive effects on hotel employees' service quality.

Mediating Effects of Intrinsic Motivation on The Relationship Between Positive Psychological Capital, Psychological Empowerment and Creativity (긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과 검증)

  • This study examined the relationship among PsyCap(positive psychological capital), psychological empowerment, personal creativity and verified the mediated effects of intrinsic motivation in this relationship using the SEM(Structural Equation Model). For this study, the data was collected through on/off-line surveys of members and managers from 12 different enterprises. Among the 418 answers from voluntary participating employees, 332 answers were finally used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows. First, PsyCap had a positive influence on the intrinsic motivation and personal creativity. Second, Psychological Empowerment had a positive influence on intrinsic motivation, but psychological empowerment has no influence on creativity. Third, intrinsic motivation had a meaningful influence by partially mediating PsyCap and personal creativity but completely mediated psychological empowerment and personal creativity. This study focused on intrinsic motivation among the internal factors that have influences on showing personal creativity and has importance in the point that it has suggested the statistical significance by analyzing the psychological/emotional mechanism to reinforce this intrinsic motivation in a positive way. Positive analysis on the relationships among these variables suggests a theoretical meaning on providing a future direction for the study and practical meaning on providing ideas to reinforce the employees' personal creativity. Relation between Motivation, Psychological Euphoria and Adherence Intention in Elders (댄스스포츠 참여 노인의 참여동기, 심리적행복감, 지속의도의 관계)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between motivation, psychological euphoria and adherence intention in elders. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 249 dancesports participant from J and K city in Jeonbuk. Data were collected through the self-administrated questionnaires which were used by preceding study. The factor analysis method was used correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction). Second, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on adherence intention. Third, psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction) had positive effects on adherence intention. Forth, psychological euphoria mediated between motivation and adherence intention.

The Relationship between Class Participation Motivation, Acting Expressiveness and Psychological Happiness of the College Students Majoring in Acting (연기전공대학생의 수업 참여동기, 연기표현성, 심리적 행복감의 관계)

  • This research is to understand the causal relationship between class participation motivation, acting expressiveness and psychological happiness through the class of the college students majoring in acting. For this purpose, the simple random sampling method was used and the college students majoring play and acting in the college located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do as a sample group and total 499 questionnaires were used. For the questions, 73 questions of which the reliability and validity is examined were used. As for a data processing method, it used the statistical package of IBM STATISTICS SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 and analyzed the results by applying the descriptive statistics analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation model. The conclusion of this research is as follows. Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation among the class participation motivation of the college students majoring in acting have a significant effect on all sub factors of acting expressiveness and psychological happiness statically, and a motivation has no effect on it. Both personality and expressive impulse of acting expressiveness have an effect on a psychological happiness, and mobility has no effect on it.

  • 본 연구는 청소년들의 SNS 이용동기와 이용실태를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 부산에 살고 있는 고등학생들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 사회적 동기, 유희적 동기, 기능적 동기, 심리적 동기, 정보공유, 탈출욕구, 교우실현, 전문적 혜택 등에 대한 설문문항을 토대로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문 결과, 대부분의 학생들이 페이스북을 사용하고 있었으며, 그 다음으로 인스타그램을 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 청소년들은 기능적 동기와 유희적 동기와 교유관계 유지를 위한 동기 때문에 SNS를 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 현재 청소년들이 SNS를 활발히 활용하고 있고 왜 이용하고 있는지에 대한 동기를 파악하여 청소년들의 심리상태를 점검해 볼 수 있다는 차원에서 연구의 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다.

Effects of Individual Motivation on Turnover Intention among Social Workers : Focused on the mediation effects of multiple commitment (사회복지사의 개인적 동기가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 다중몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 -)

  • This study set out to investigate the effects of individual motivation on turnover intention among social workers and examine their turnover intentions in details by focusing on the mediation effects of multiple commitment. To be specific, it aimed to propose and test a prediction model for social workers' turnover intentions based on the Self-determination Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior. For those purposes, a mail survey was taken among social workers working for use facilities, residential facilities, public health centers, social welfare foundations and associations, and all kinds of centers and institutions in 15 cities and provinces across the nation. Total 1,918 questionnaires were distributed, and 1,671 ones were returned, and 979 whose respondents expressed a turnover intention were used in final analysis. The analysis results indicate that psychological motivation of social workers had direct impacts on their turnover intention. However, their role stress had no direct impacts on their turnover intention, which suggests that the impulsive routes model for turnover intention is supported only in psychological motivation and job characteristics. Secondly, their psychological and job motivation turned out to have indirect impacts on turnover intention through the multiple commitment, which suggests that the reflective routes model for turnover intention is supported in all career, job, and organizational commitment. Career commitment had the most significant impacts on turnover intention, being followed by job commitment and organizational commitment in the order, which suggests that the social welfare academy should increase their interest in career commitment. On the purchase of luxury motivation factors and use benefits Causal Structure Model Analysis (명품구매동기와 사용혜택요인이 구매의도에 미치는 인과구조 모형 분석)

  • This study covered the Korean consumers' Luxury Purchase Motivation and benefit factors associated with the consumption behavior. Causal structural relationships between these variables were examined. Examined for the preceding literature on the basis of an analysis of the factor structure of Korean luxury purchase motivation factors and use benefits for Luxury of purchasing to help any relationship whether these factors were confirmed. Firstly, the results confirm the relevance luxury purchase motivations and benefits among the factors, materialistic motives, the economic benefits and practical benefits factors had a positive impact. Personal benefits and social benefits, and cost-benefit factors had a positive impact on the psychological motives. Secondly, the luxury of buying does not have a significant effect on the material motives. The other hand, had a positive effect on psychological motives. Third, the benefits of relevant factors on the purchase of luxury used. Personal factors, economic and practical benefits, they did not have a significant impact. Social benefit factors had a negative impact. Finally mediated side effects among these factors was confirmed. Only psychological motives mediating effects on factors of social benefits through the purchase of crazy. The results of this study to describe the consumer luxury purchasing behavior on buying behavior, as well as a simple linear relationship between the factors for the benefits to be gained by using luxury purchase motivation indirectly explained the process for luxury marketers in the future, and psychological characteristics offered to consider the implications.
