Norepinephrine이나 angotensin II가 그 작용을 나타내는데 $Ca^{+2}$의 세포내 유입 또는 유출과 밀접한 관련이 있다는 관점에서 $Ca^{+2}$ -channel차단제중 benzothiazenpine계인 diltiazem의 norepinephrine과 angiotensin II의 혈압상승작용에 대한 영향을 가토에서 관찰하였다. Norepinephrine과 angiotensin II의 혈압상승작용에 대한 diltiazem의 영향을 관찰하는 경우는 diltiazem을 투여한 일정시간후에 norepinephrine이나 angiotensin II을 투여하여 나타나는 혈압변화를 diltiazem투여전의 norepinephrine이나 angiotensin II의 혈압상승치와 비교 검토하였다. Diltiazem은 norepinephrine과 angiotensin II의 혈압상승작용을 억재하였으나 그 억제 시간은 지속적이지 않았다. 이와는 달리 diltiazem투여 30-40분에는 norepinephrine의 혈압상승작용의 강화현상이 나타났다. Diltiazem은 교감신경말단차단제인 bethanidine이나 신경절 차단제인 chlorisondamine 처리 가토에서도 norepinephrine이나 angiotensin II의 혈압상승작용을 억제하였다.

The double composite box girder is a structural system filled with concrete at the bottom of the steel box in the negative moment region increasing the flexural strengths. Flexural strengths of the double composite steel box girders are investigated through a series of the experimental tests and the numerical analysis. The experimental tests are performed on the three kinds of steel box girders with the different concrete depths including loom, 15cm, and 20cm. Moment-curvature relations are calculated based on the sectional analysis method describing the nonlinear natures of concrete and steel. In the finite element analysis the nonlinear nature of concrete is described based on the three dimensional four-parameter constitutive model recently developed and that of steel is described based on von Mises failure criterion. The ultimate flexural capacities of the box girders predicted using sectional analysis and finite element analysis show good agreement with those of the experiments.

High-precision surface actuator, in which in-plane motion is realized by not two-dimensional actuator superposing linear actuators but integrated planar actuator, has been developed to cope with the severe target performance like precise motion with large envelope. It is very difficult to accomplish the performance with the traditional actuating principle. So, various methods have been tried to break through the problem. This paper discusses some meaningful trials performed in the Nano Measurement and Precision Motion Control Lab. of Korea National University of Transportation.

Direct numerical simulation is conducted to observe the behavior of microbubbles in isotropic turbulence. Navier-Stokes equation and the motion of equation for microbubbles are solved with periodic boundary condition in a cube domain. Vorticity contour, enstrophy ratio, relative reduction of bubble rise velocity, and the closest distance of particles are investigated for various Stokes numbers and gravity factors to understand clustering of microbubbles. Also, clustering due to the effect of the lift force is investigated.

21세기 프론티어 사업의 일환으로 고온 초전도 케이블을 한국전기연구원과 LS 전선(주)이 공동으로 개발 중에 있으며, 고창에 있는 한전 전력시험센터에 초전도 전력케이블을 설치하고 시험 운전중에 있다. 초전도 전력케이블을 실계통에 설치하기 위해서는 많은 시험을 거쳐야 한다. 본 논문에서는 초전도 전력케이블이 거쳐야 하는 많은 시험 중 하나인 직류 임계전류 측정방법에 대해서 다루었다. 초전도 전력 케이블에 여러 가지 방법으로 전압탭을 설치하고, 각각 직류 임계전류를 측정하였다. 이렇게 측정된 데이터를 분석하고, 초전도 전력케이블의 직류 임계전류 측정에 가장 적합한 전압탭 연결 방법을 제안하였다.

지동 및 음향분야의 발달과 더불어 가청주파수 이상의 초음파에대한 연구가 여러분야에 걸쳐 다양하게 많은 학 자들에 의해진전되어 왔다. 이중에서 실용적인 초음파 장치가 처음으로 등장한 것은 1921년경 프랑스의 랑지방 (P. Langevin)에 의해 만들어진 초음파측심기라고 전해지고 있다. 당시 사용된 진동자는 두 장의 금속원판 사이에 수정을 샌드위치 형태로 만든것으로써 랑지방형 진동자라고 한다. 최근 각종기계의 경량화, 고도화, 고성능화가 요구 되면서 고인성, 고내열성, 고경도 등의 특성을 갖는 재료를 가공함에 있어서 저동력 및 고정밀도가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선삭가공에서 초음파발생기에서 보낸 초음파신호를 초음파 진동혼의 설계에 의한 진폭을 증가시켜 사각형 단면을 갖는 양단자유지지 굽힘진동 공구홀더의 공진조건을 초음파 진동절삭 가공시스템에 적용시키는데 목표를 두며 또한 초음파 진동절삭을 적용시켰을 때의 절삭 특성을 규명하기 위하여 선정된 절삭조건으로 선삭할 때 발생하는 절삭분 력 및 표면거칠기를 측정하고 분석하여 그 결과로부터 절삭특성을 해석코자 본 연구를 수행하였다.

세종병원 흉부외과에서는 폐동맥 페색증, 좌측폐동맥 무형성증, 심실중격결손증, 다발성 MAPCA등을 동반한 상행 대동맥으로부터 이상기시한 우폐동맥 11례를 경험하였다. 10개월 때 1단계 수술로써 좌측 unifocalization과 함께 좌폐동맥을 만들고 우폐동맥 벤딩을 하였고, 1개월후 우측 MAPCA의 coil 색전술 단계를 거쳐, 1년후 완전 교정술을 시행하였다. 술후 경과는 양호하였고 수술 1년후 조영술과 혈역학적 검사상 만족스런 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

좌 관상동맥 폐동맥 이상 기시증은 드문 선천성 심기형으로 유아기에 심부전을 일으키는 질환으로서 수술적인 치료를 하지 않을 경우 대부분 치명적인 것으로 알려져 있다 대혈관 전위의 교정술이 보편화되면서 신생아에서 관상동맥 이식에 대한 기술이 발전되어 근래에는 좌 관상동맥을 대동맥에 이식하여 이중 관상동 맥 체계를 만들어주는 수기가 본 질환의 일차 선택 수술법으로 인정되고 있다. 본 교실에서는 심부전으로 입원한 생후 44일된 여아에서 좌 관상동맥 폐동맥 이상 기시증이 발견되어 좌 관상동맥 대동맥 이식술로 치 료하여 좋은 결과를 얻었으므로 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

A general practice in software ordering behavior in public sector has been an enormous obstacle standing in development path of Korea's software industry. Standard on software development cost estimation is supposedly based on Function Point, but in general, it is on headcounting (a number of people involved in a project). Moreover, it is difficult to change a contract in an on-going project, since statement of work is not precisely and carefully described. But it has a simple solution. Design and Implementation should be a separate project, as in construction industry, and both power and responsibility for design should be given to an expert with a national-level qualification. Here, there is a simple way for Korea to reborn as one of the strongest software country.

본 논문에서는 Content의 배급 및 구독을 위해 등장한 시맨틱 웹의 대표적인 기술인 RSS 를 통하여 모바일 환경에서의 사용자가 원하는 Content를 전달 받을 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 이 시스템은 DCD Server를 사용하여 각 Content에 대한 정보를 담고 있게 되며, UDDI를 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 Content를 키워드 검색으로 통해 지정할 수 있게 된다. 또한 사용자가 선택한 각각의 Content는 RSS를 통하여 사용자의 모바일 Client로 전달되게 된다.
