지금까지의 한영 번역 방식은 규칙 기반 방식이 주를 이루었지만 현재 패턴을 이용한 번역 방식이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 그러나 패턴 기반 방식은 그 적용성(Coverage)에 대한 치명적인 단점을 지닌다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국어 패턴을 어절 단위의 일반 문틀과 동사구를 중심으로 하는 용언중심의 문틀로 나누어 각 패턴들에 대한 적용성 및 실현성을 조사한다. 실험은 기존의 형태소 분석기를 이용하여 방송 자막 문장 351,806 문장을 대상으로 자동으로 문틀을 구축하여 4,995 문장의 테스트 데이터에 대한 적용성 검사를 실시하였다. 즉 본 논문에서는 방송 자막 문장을 대상으로 한영번역을 위한 일반 문틀 및 용언 중심의 문틀 방식의 적용성을 조사하여 문틀 기반 방식의 실현성을 평가하고 앞으로의 한영 번역 시스템 개발 방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest practical ways to improve the 5th Government Employees Pension System(GEPS) in the near future. This article surveyed the civil servants cognition in three different levels(validity, feasibility, efficiency) by Q methodology. The value and mean of GEPS in the validity level, procedure and participants of GEPS reform process in the feasibility level, and contribution rates, benefit rate, replacement rate of GEPS in the efficiency level were analyzed. There is no successful policy without securing compliance and acceptance of implementation organization and target group. So next 5th GEPS reform could proceed successfully when it took into account civil servant's-who is the implementation group and target group- thought about variances of the 3 levels of GEPS.

The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of the childcare teachers regarding accreditation procedures and feasibility of the second accreditation index according their past participation in the accreditation process. The objects were 193 childcare teachers working at child care centers that were accredited using the initial accreditation index. The collected data was analyzed using frequency, percentile, $X^2$, and t-test. The major findings are as follows: First, childcare teachers without accreditation experience perceived 'continuing education of child care center directors and teachers' to be the most important for quality maintenance after successful accreditation. In contrast, childcare teachers with accreditation experience placed the most importance on 'childcare teachers' motivation and continuing enrollment'. Second, childcare teachers with accreditation experience perceived higher feasibility in the subcategories of 'art activity materials' in the category of child care environment, 'providing operation policies and information of child care teachers', 'care for children', and 'employment contract' in the operation & management category, 'sanitary management of food, cooking and feeding', 'care of sick or injured child', 'health management of children and childcare teachers', 'snacks for children' in the category of health and nutrition and 'safe procedures for handing over children' in the category of safety. In general, childcare teachers with accreditation experience perceived higher feasibility of the second accreditation index in all categories.

원자력발전의 실현성은 그의 경제적 가치에 의하여 결정되나 그 경제적 가치는 그 지역의 전력 수급전망과 "에너지"사정, 공업발전에 관한 사정 등 복잡한 여러 요소에 의하여 결정되는 것이다. 이와같은 인자를 현재 얻을 수 있는 개략적인 자료에 의거 분석하여 원자력의 경제성을 검토하고 한국에 있어서의 그 전망을 논하고져 한다.을 논하고져 한다.

본 논문은 Laguerre함수의 Fourier변환에 의한 Wiener와 Lee의 회로망구성법을 일반화한 것이다. 즉 Laplace변환을 사용하여 시간영역에서 임의의 과도특성을 나타내는 회로를 구성하는 문제를 복소주파수면상의 직교함수계에 의한 근사문제로 귀착시켰으며 이때 얻어진 근사함수의 물리적실현성을 확인하고 실제구성예를 들었다. 이때 근사함수로는 복소극이 포함되었을 때도 적용할 수 있도록 이론과 방법이 일반화되었다.

This study introduces e-purchase potential matrix and examines whether the Web purchase suitability mediates the effects of the internet consumer characteristics such as diversification, innovativeness, self-realization, and informativity on online purchase intention through an empirical analysis. Specifically, this study investigates whether the Internet consumer characteristics affect the two dimensions differently. The results show that the Web purchase suitability partially mediates the effects of the internet consumer characteristics on online purchase intention.

배합사료 생산회사는 사료의 개발방향에 있어 전략적인 선택을 요구받게 된다. 즉, 질과 가격의 문제이다. 소비자 입장에서는 고품질에 저가의 사료를 원하지마는 이는 난센스일 수 밖에 없다는 것이 당연한 이치이다. 물론 고품질을 유지하며 저가로 개발이 진행되는 것은 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해서도 필요하지마는, 현재 양어사료의 개발단계에서는 어종별 완전배합사료의 개발이 당면과제로 대두되어있으므로 두 마리의 토끼를 잡는 것은 실현성 없다는 것이 현실이다. 그렇다면, 지금 양어사료 개발의 방향은 어디로 향하고 있는 걸까?

MPLS는 고속 전달, 트랙픽 엔지니어링 그리고 가상 사설망 서비스를 가능하게 한다. MPLS 레이블 스위치와 제어기 사이에서 동작하는 GSMP 프로토콜은 연결, 구성, 장애, 성능관리 및 동기화 기능을 제공하는 개방형 인터페이스 프로토콜이다. GSMP가 적용된 개형형 인터페이스의 망 관리 기능은 제어기 또는 레이블 스위치에 위치할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPLS 레이블 스위치의 단순화 및 자원 이용의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 SNMP 에이전트가 제어기에 탑재되는 망 관리 모델을 제시하였다. MPLS-LSR 및 FTN MIB와 GSMP 메시지의 매핑 시나리오를 제시하였으며, 제어기의 구현을 통하여 본 논문에서 제시된 망 관리 모델의 실현성을 확인하였다.

In this paper, we introduce the improved control method are communicated between a master and a slave robot in the teleoperation systems. When the master and slave robots are located in different places, time delay is unavoidable under the network environment and it is well known that the system can become unstable when even a small time delay exists in the communication channel. The time delay may cause instability in teleoperation systems especially if those systems include haptic feedback. This paper presents a control scheme based on the estimator with virtual master model in teleoperation systems over the network. As the behavior of virtual model is tracking the one of master model, the operator can control real master robot by manipulating the virtual robot. And LQG/LTR scheme was adopted for the compensation of un-modeled dynamics. The approach is based on virtual master model, which has been implemented on a robot over the network. Its performance is verified by the computer simulation and the experiment.
