Recently, the risk of safety accidents in the coastal zone has been increased due to revitalization of marine leisure and tourism. The effective measures, however, to prevent safety accidents in the coastal zone have not taken with increasing rate of the accidents. The nature of land and sea should be taken into account properly when the countermeasures to prevent the safety accidents in the coastal zone are devised, since the characteristics of land and sea are mixed in the environmental condition of the coastal zone. Through the field survey, this study analyzes the current problems on the safety in the coastal zone. Also, it suggests the future direction of the safety standards in the coastal zone on the basis of the safety improvement direction in the coastal zone.

공항내 설치된 보안등의 운용실태를 조사하고 인적경비에 맞춘 보안등 설계에서 첨단의 CCTV 카메라 및 주변기기를 이용한 과학화된 경비체제에 맞는 안정된 보안등 설계가 요구되어진다. 본 논문에서는 과학화된 보안시스템에 맞는 조명 설계을 위하여 단방향 투사용 LED 램프를 이용한 등기구와 2.5m 높이의 폴로 현장에 이동 배치하여 적용하였으며, 기존 시설된 고압나트륨과 시범 설치원 LED 광원의 조도 및 눈부심을 비교하여 최상의 CCTV 감시 화면의 특성파악 및 정확한 물체를 식별 할 수 있는 조도을 유지하여 안정된 보안등의 조명설비를 제시하고자 한다.

지식경제부 기술표준원과 한국파렛트컨테이너협회는 11월 11일 제6회 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상 시상식을 개최했다. 올해 여섯 번째가 되는 이 행사는 물류수송체계의 기본설비인 파렛트와 컨테이너에 대한 표준화를 촉진하기 위하여 표준 파렛트 및 컨테이너 생산과 사용실태가 우수한 업체를 선정하여 매년 시상하고 있다. 한국파렛트컨테이너협회 이경호 회장, 서병륜 아시아파렛트연맹 회장 등 물류업계 관계자 300명이 참석한 시상식에서 표준파렛트 및 컨테이너 생산에 기여한 동양목재(대표 김창환) 등 4개 업체와 유공자(권안식 교수)가 영예의 장관표창을 수상했으며 표준파렛트 및 컨테이너 사용으로 일관수송체계를 구축하여 물류효율화에 많은 노력을 한 범양로지스틱(주), 공간파넨(주) 등 4개 업체가 기술표준원장 표창을 수상했다. 본 고에서는 수상자들의 활약상을 살펴보도록 한다.

외부이물질에 의한 손상(FOD)으로 인해 항공기 및 엔진 등의 원상복구를 위한 비용손실 뿐만 아니라 항공기 안전운항에 큰 위협요인으로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라 FOD와 관련 된 연구 실태는 엔진부품, 타이어, 기체 및 조류충돌에 의한 사건사고에 대한 통계분석 등이 주를 이루고 있으며, 잠재적으로 FOD를 유발할 수 있는 항공기를 정비하고 취급하는 정비사 및 지상 조업직원 등의 인적요인을 고려한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 FOD의 정의와 발생 원인들을 살펴보고, 항공정비사를 비롯한 지상 조업직원들의 인적요인에 의한 FOD 유발가능성 등을 연구하여 FOD방지를 위한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer consumption and product concept demands of Korean rice-wine. An online survey, conducted from April 28, 2010 to May 6 2010, targeted 200 consumers in Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do area. More than half of the respondents (51.3%) drank rice-wine because of the taste. The common reasons for dissatisfaction with rice-wine were hangovers (35.7%) and taste (16.9%). From analyzing rice-wine preferences, the most preferred ingredient was rice (57.8%), while the most preferred aroma and taste was derived from the fruit (48.7% and 58.4%, respectively). The most common methods consumers observed for promoting rice-wine consumption were the "development and management of rice-wine brands" (59.7%), and "continuous promotion" (44.8%). The most important attributes of a rice-wine product included its taste (4.60), followed by its quality (4.41) using 5-point Likert scale. An importance-performance analysis (IPA) was performed for the 17 attributes of rice-wine and identified targets for product management strategies, including the "usage of domestic ingredients", "ease of purchase", clarity of "product information", and "external image". Therefore, developing solid concepts in marketing strategy are required and may be achieved by understanding the consumer preferences and demands of rice-wine.

As private sewage treatment facilities in Korea are constantly concerned about the distribution and poor construction of defective products, minimum standards for each unit process applicable to the planning and design of sewage treatment facilities are deemed necessary. The problems and requirements of the analysis results of the operation status discussed in this study are as follows. 1) Strengthening education of supervisor of private sewage treatment facility. 2) Poor operation and management of Sewage treatment facilities. 3) A mandatory review of sewage treatment facilities for less than 2 ㎥/day of facilities other than sewage treatment zones. 4) Necessity of management of sewage treatment facility in feedstocks. 5) As a result of the technical review, Improvement plans for Ineligible facility are needed. It is also necessary to prepare a guidebook for design construction and maintenance by investigating and analyzing guidelines and data related to domestic and foreign private sewage treatment facilities.

This study utilized CART algorithm, a decision tree analysis method, to comparatively analyze factors affecting housing and residential environment satisfaction by region using data from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's housing survey in 2020. First, in terms of residential environment satisfaction, accessibility to medical facilities and school district showed higher importance in metropolitan cities and areas compared to other regions, whereas safety from accident showed the opposite trait, showing difference between region. Second, housing characteristics were important in housing satisfaction, indoor environment level satisfaction and indoor safety and hygiene being important in almost all regions, while residential environment characteristics were more important in residential environment satisfaction and influencing factors were relatively evenly distributed. In order to generalize these regional characteristics, research using time series data needs to be conducted later.

The supply of apartments has continuously increased, and the housing supply rate has exceeded 100 percent and the demands and standards of tenants have also been raised as technology has developed. This has led to the conflict and caused social and economic losses. In this study, the case investigation and research methods of the prior research are analyzed as the basis for identifying the defects cases of causes and influences occurring in the apartment building. To analyze various studies, we divided the prior research into the defect management process and the study on the type of defects and countermeasures, and investigated the features and limitations. Future research will be conducted on apartment buildings within 10 years of completion among conglomerate's nationwide apartments to compensate for the limitations of prior research. In addition, AHP static method and relational chart will be used to identify the relationship between the type of defect and the cause and the importance of the influencing factors.

The objective of this study was to investigate the actual state of the national project to promote the management of Forest Management Cooperatives(FMC). To fulfil the objective, we have reviewed recent statistics, regulations, and publications related with FMC and interviewed officials and professionals engaged in FMC-related organizations. Also cognition of members on the actual state of the management of FMC's was studied by a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was designed to get understandings of the general cognition of FMC's members associated with forest management and FMC's management activities. According to the results of the survey, more than 50% of members are not interested in forest management and most of them are not satisfied with the activity of FMC. In this paper, the results of analyses for the survey are discussed in detail. On the other hand, statistics indicate that the basic policy for FMC contributes to rapid growth in the number of local FMC's. However, the increase of FMC's has negative effect on management conditions of existing FMC's because of reduced budget allocation from the government. In addition, we concluded that some parts of current regulations for FMC are unfavorable in promoting the spontaneous management activities of local FMC's.

Light has been an essential part of human life. The advancement of technology has changed cities' nightscape and night activities in a drastic way. Lighting has influenced the identity of a city while promoting a variety of civic nighttime cultural pursuits, yet lighting design has not been considered adequately in the field of landscape architecture. This study aims to analyze the current status of lighting in urban parks through interviews with professionals, literature and regulation reviews, analysis of design documents and a field survey focused on Yeouido Park in Seoul. The findings and improvement directions are as follows. First, it is necessary to develop a specific lighting design method in order to avoid a marginalized, passive approach such as light fixture installation. Second, the existing standards of illuminance by KS A 3011 regulating only horizontal illuminance has turned out not to evaluate the current nightscape of urban parks properly. Therefore the criteria and guideline for analysis and design for nightscape should be articulated. Third, there are no design or management strategies to consider the changing landscape of urban parks, which is necessary due to the changing characteristics of park ecosystems. Lastly, detailed guidelines for distinguished spaces in urban parks should be studied and suggested.
